Robin Garrison, an off-duty 42-year-old firefighter, was walking in Berliner Park in Columbus, Ohio, in May when he saw a woman sunbathing topless under a tree.
He approached her and they started talking and getting comfortable, the woman smiling and resting her foot on his shoulder at one point.

Eventually, she asked to see Garrison's penis; he unzipped his pants and complied.
Seconds later, undercover police officers pulled up in a van and arrested Garrison; he was later charged with public indecency, a misdemeanor, based on video footage taken by cops who were targeting men having sex or masturbating in the park. Those Americans have strange ways to catch criminals. People get temptations they need to overcome :?
Police should concentrate more on people who often commit crimes. Not setting up traps like this.
Showing off your dick doesn't directly make you a sexual offender. Maybe he would never do this if she didn't ask him.
If you find something on the street you can feel lucky. But it's better to be honest and try to return it to the owner.
Too bad they try to catch criminals in such ways.

You know, when I was a kid I was on a trip to Six Flags Amusement Park. I found a wallet with $40.00 and no ID. With no ID I kept it, I mean what 15 year old wouldn't? Point is, if there was an ID, drivers license, credit card; hell even a name written in there I would have taken it to security. Nothing like that the "Finders Keepers" rule goes into effect. So what, would the police arrest a minor in such a sting?
