Omar Osama bin Laden bears a striking resemblance to his notorious father — except for the dreadlocks that dangle halfway down his back. Then there's the black leather biker jacket. The 26-year-old does not renounce his father, al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden, but in an interview with The Associated Press, he said there is better way to defend Islam than militancy: Omar wants to be an "ambassador for peace" between Muslims and the West. Exactly what I was thinking, haha.

I actually reckon he looks like a cross between Osama and Omid Djalili...with a bit of Alexi Sayle thrown in for good measure.

Everyone deserves the right to define their own place in the world. I might not entirely trust him, but if he wants to work towards peace than I hope he succeeds.

It'd be nice if he's sincere about this. It's going to take a lot for him to earn the trust of others though.
