I can't believe this is happening.
No, I know what I am doing...
I love her...
The two kissed for quite a while before they broke apart. It had been a long journey for both of them to come to this moment. One girl had tears in her eyes as the other girl smiled. She wiped away the tears from her friend's eyes and kissed her again. She almost felt like crying herself, knowing that she would have never kept going in her career without the person in front of her.
When she first met her, she never would have expected that this would happen to her right now. Love was something that was never planned. However, true love was a different story. It was not just once in a lifetime, but once in almost eternity.
"Do you really love me?" the girl asked.
"Yes," she said. "I was hoping you would say the same thing."
"How long has it been?"
"Ever since we met, I believe."
"But, why me? Everybody loves you."
"I don't want anyone else, I just want you."
"I love you."
"I've waited for you to say that for a long time now."
Their long story proved they had a lot of catching up to do...

How did you guys know? I'm really surprised that you knew before I wrote anything else, but it is IshiYoshi. I apologize in advance for the beginning, the shock over what has happened has been too much for me
Chapter 1: April 2000
Tsunku had the four girls in her office. They had been picked for the Fourth Generation of Morning Musume. He looked them over before giving out their first assignments to the girls. "First of all," he said, "I would like to congratualte you on passing the auditions and welcome you into Morning Musume. You will be in their new upcoming single, 'Happy Summer Wedding'. This will also be the last single for Yuko Nakazawa."
"Yes," the four nodded.
"Also, for you Rika and Kago," Tsunku added, "you will be placed in Tanpopo."
"Thank you," the two girls replied.
"That is all for today. We start recording for the song tomorrow."
The four girls left the office as Tsuji and Kago began to chat away with each other. Rika began to walk away before someone call out to her. "Rika-chan!" someone shouted.
"Huh?" Rika asked.
"You doing anything right now?" the girl asked.
"No, why?"
"Wanna hang out?"
"I don't know who you are."
"Name's Hitomi Yoshizawa, you can call me Yossie."
"All right, Yossie. What do you want to do?"
"Just hang out, what do you like to do?"
"I don't know...guess we'll think of something, won't we?"
"Congratulations on being included in Tanpop. Tsunku must have really like you enough to be in another group."
"You think so?"
"Of course. I believe in you."
"You do?"
"Of course." Yossie took Rika's hand into hers as she saw Rika blush. "Come on," she said, "let's go out for the day."
Little did Rika know, that she would be entwined to her new friend Yossie for years to come...

Chapter 2: Hello!Morning(October 2000)
Rika was on the stage, hoping that she would find Yossie. She had been hanging out with Yossie almost twice a week ever since she met her six months ago. She felt a kindness in Yossie that she longed for in someone. However, today was a complete exception.
"What's wrong?" Nacchi asked.
"Where's Yossie?" Rika asked.
"Unfortunately, she's not here today."
"Oh.." Rika's face quickly turned into sadness as she began to walk away, only to find someone come up to her.
"What's wrong?" Maki asked.
"She's sad that Yossie's not here today," Nacchi answered.
"Don't worry," Maki said. "We'll keep you company."
"I know," Rika sighed.
"What's wrong?" a girl asked.
"Who are you?" Rika asked.
"I'm Ayumi Shibata from Melon Kinenbi," she said. "Need someone to talk to?"
"I think so," Rika answered.
The two walked off the stage as they went into a dressing room. "Don't worry," Shiba-chan said. "You can talk to me if you ever feel bad."
"I just wish Yossie was here," Rika said.
"I'm sure she'll call you."
"I know, but I want to see her."
"Then go to her house."
"That's OK. I'll call her after the show."
"Rika?" Kaori asked from outside. "We're getting ready to start the show."
"Just a minute." Rika put out a short message on her cell phone and sent it before coming out of the dressing room. She didn't think about Yossie as she did the show. After the show, she heard her cell phone ring as she saw Shiba-chan run up to her. "Hey Rika!" she cried. "Wanna do something?"
"One second." Rika looked at the message and began to smile. It was the first time that she had smiled without having to force it all day.
Hey Rika! Sorry I wasn't here today, but thought about you.
Give me a call tonight and well do something this weekend.
Yossie
"Rika-chan?" Shiba-chan asked. "Everything OK?"
"It is now," Rika smiled. "Now, what do you want to do?"

Chapter 3: One week later
"You sure you want to do this?" Shiba-chan asked.
"I'm sure," Rika replied. "This will get her attention."
"I'm not sure she'll like pink."
"Just watch." Rika smiled as she left her dressing room. She knew her friend Yossie was gone again for the week, but she didn't care. She had heard from Yossie the night before the show. Yossie told her to surprise her on TV. Rika didn't know what she had meant by it, so she started thinking how to do that the entire night without any sleep. It didn't matter if she was sleepy, just hearing Yossie's voice was enough to keep her awake the entire day.
As she walked onto the stage, the group's leader, Yuko Nakazawa couldn't help but stare and laugh. "What is that?" she asked.
"I'm going to surprise Yossie," Rika answered.
"She's not here today."
"I know, but she'll be watching today."
As the enitre group got ready for today's show, Rika already had butterflies in her stomach. She hoped this would be enough to get Yossie's attention. She had never done anything like this before, but knew that whenever she was with Yossie, she could do almost anything.
She was dressed in pink from head to toe, plus she had a microphone with her. As the camera pointed toward her, she took one last deep breath and began talking. However there was one problem, her microphone was not working. She looked like she was ready to cry, but she kept her composure and began to talk again(after turning her mike on, of course).
"Hello everybody! Charmy Ishikawa desu!" she cried.
She led the older members of Morning Musume against Mari and her Minimoni group into a game, which would be known as Challenge Moni for the show. As she hosted the show, she couldn't help but smile and laugh, knowing that her friend Yossie would be proud of her.
After the show, Rika went back to her dressing room. She heard her cell phone ring on the counter, which she picked up. She hoped that it was Yossie on the other end. "Hello?" she answered.
"You look so cute!" someone said.
"Yossie?"
"Too bad I wasn't there to see it."
"It's on again next week if you're going to show up."
"I'll be there. Besides, there's something I want to show you."
"What is it?"
"You'll see."
"Are you busy right now?"
"I'm free for the day. What do you want to do?"
"Nothing really. I just want to see you."
"I know. I missed you too."
"Really?"
"Of course."
"Ishikawa-san!" a loud voice called out from beyond the door.
"What is it?" Rika asked.
"What are you doin?"
"Nothing."
"Really?" It was Yuko from behind the door. "Thanks to you, we have another game like this next week."
Rika didn't listen to Yuko, she was hearing Yossie tell her about what had been going on the past week. She couldn't wait to meet her that day.

Chapter 4: Hello!Pro News
"Charmy Ishikawa desu!" Rika cried, starting the skit.
Yuko looked over at Rika, with her patented Yuko-like stare. It was because of Rika that she was on this new skit. She wished she didn't want to be on it, but she was host of Hello!Morning and that was enough for her. Besides, she would be graduating soon and heaven help Yuko if Rika was to take over the show one day.
Meanwhile backstage, Shiba-chan was watching the show and laughing. She wished that Yossie was there before the skit had ended. What Shiba-chan didn't know was that Yossie was doing more work for her group Pucchi Moni with her friends Kei-chan and Maki. Shiba-chan heard footsteps coming toward her. She turned around and saw Yossie walk over to her.
"What did I miss?" Yossie asked.
"Almost the entire skit," Shiba-chan answered. "Where were you?"
"Sorry. I do have other projects, you know."
"I hate to cover for you all the time."
"I told you I was sorry."
The two watched as Rika began to close out the skit. Yossie couldn't help but smile at Rika, who looked so cute in her Charmy costume. She began to think what she would do to have her with the costume. Unfortunately, that would have to wait for another time. She looked over at a monitor and her heart nearly skipped a beat.
"Ciao!" Rika exclaimed.
Yossie watched the stage being moved by the stage people as both Rika and Yuko walked off the stage. Yossie waited until Rika was alone until she grabbed Rika and led her into her dressing room. "I love the costume!" Yossie said.
"I didn't see you," Rika said. She had her arms crossed, showing how she felt.
"Sorry, but I have a surprise for you though."
"What is it?"
"Wanna go to my concert next week?"
"Really?"
"Why not?"
"We haven't been to each other's concerts, except for Morning Musume."
"I know."
"Will you be wearing something for me?"
"What do you mean?"
"From your PB?"
"I'm beginning to think I should have never given you my PB."
"Why not? You look cute in those pics."
"I will..with one condition."
"What is it?"
"If you wear that costume to the concert."
"Yossie..you're so funny."
"Seriously." Yossie said, grabbing one of Rika's hands. She saw Rika blush as she moved closer to her. Just as she was about to move toward Rika's face, the door began to knock.
"Rika?" someone asked. "Are you there?"
"Who is it?" Rika asked.
"It's Kaori. We have to get ready for our PV."
"Okay." Rika looked over at Yossie, who knew that she wished she would do what she wanted to do with her. She began to walk away before Yossie call out to her. "I'll call you tonight," She said.
"I know you will," Rika said. She winked at her before leaving.
Yossie stood frozen in the dressing room for a few minutes before walking out. Her one plan was spoiled, for the time being.
"God, I love that girl," she said.

Chapter 5: Nakazawa's Grad concert(after the show)
"You look so cute!" Tsuji and Kago both said to Yuko.
"Told you so," Mari said.
"Least Rika isn't here to hear that," Yuko smiled. "Where is she anyway?"
"I don't know," Kei replied. "I saw her with Yossie after the concert."
"Don't those two leave each other alone?" Yuko asked.
"To be honest," Kaori replied, "I don't believe I've seen them two that happy before."
* * * * * * * *
Both girls were talking and laughing at wach other. They have not took their jumpsuits off as they didn't want to leave each other's side. They knew they had to be with the group in a few minutes, but they were too busy with each other to notice.
"So, what are we going to do?" Yossie asked.
"What do you mean?" Rika asked.
"I mean, what do we do from here?"
"Well, I still can do Charmy on Hello!Pro News. Besides, you make a great assistant."
"I know that. I can have Charmy anytime I want."
"Come on Yossie, I know you're joking."
"Look at me." Yossie's eyes lowered as she grinned a wicked smile. "Do I look like I'm joking?"
"Well," Rika began to say, "I know you've been talking to Maki a lot lately."
"We just hang out a lot all the time. Nothing personal."
"What about that one girl I've heard about?"
"Which one?"
"The one that they just hired."
"Oh, her. She hasn't been in Morning Musume. Besides, I haven't seen her much anyway."
"Well.."
"Let me tell you something," Yossie held up Rika's chin(which had been the focal point for everyone to make fun of lately) and drew her close. "You're the only person I want."
"Guys!" Mari yelled from outside. "Are you coming or what?"
"Just a minute!" Yossie replied.
"Minute's up!" Yuko yelled. "Get out here or you two will be in trouble."
"Fine..." Yossie muttered, wishing that both she and Rika had a few more minutes to themselves. They both left the room before Maki walked over to Yossie and pulled her aside.
"So?" Maki asked.
"Not now," Yossie replied, trying to pull away.
"I want to know now."
"I told you, no." Yossie walked away as Maki just shook her head and sighed. She followed her friend over to where the group was as somone watched in the shadows. The person walked into the light as she saw the group had pictures taken.
Little did she know, she would have her chance with Yossie soon.

Chapter 6: Ganko family(part 1)
The fourth gen girls were huddled up in a dressing room as one of the writers from Hello!Morning came in and gave each of the girls their scripts. "We're going to start a new skit involving all four of you," he said.
"What is it?" Tsuji asked.
"Yossie will play Ganko Ittetsu, your father in the skit," the writer said. "Rika, you will play the mother, Ganko Tomeko."
"What about me?" Kago asked.
"You and Tsuji will play the kids, Futosuji and Hitosuji."
For Yossie, it was almost the perfect role for her. Everybody looked at her as the tomboy in the group. She didn't seem to mind, since she did not like to wear dresses. She looked over at Rika, who was blushing at her friend. For Rika, it was almost like a dream coming true to finally be closer to her friend, or was it Yossie who wanted it more?
"You girls will start rehearsing for the first skit tomorrow," the writer said. "We'll see you girls then."
* * * * * * * *
"Tomeko, prepare the table!" Yossie said.
"Anata!" Rika said.
"Prepare the table!"
"Hai.." Rika ran off the stage temporarily to get a large table, to which she put in front of Yossie. She, along with Tsuji and Kago watched as Yossie toppled the table over.
"You idiots!" she exclaimed as she got up and started slapping everybody, which included Rika being slapped. Rika watched as Yossie led the other two girls hopping off the stage as she sighed. She already knew what she wanted to say to her friend, but was it too late?
Afetr the skit, Yossie went over to Rika, who was still in a daze. "Rika-chan?" she asked. "Are you there?"
"Huh?" Rika was startled by her friend's appearance.
"You OK?"
"I think so."
"No you're not, I can tell."
"How can you tell?"
"Because you have that look in your eyes."
"Yossie.."
"Yes?"
"There you are!" Miki exclaimed, who was dressed as Tsubomi in her pink outfit. "Wanna do something?"
"Well.." Yossie replied, "I'm a little busy right now."
"I have yakiniku."
"Well...OK." She began to leave with Miki before she turned around and mouthed Call me.
Rika looked away as tears were beginning to fall from her eyes. She didn't want anybody near her friend Yossie, even Miki. She didn't know what to do. Suddenly, she saw someone else come up on stage.
"Rika? Are you all right?" It was Makoto Ogawa, who had just joined the group weeks earlier.
"I'll be fine." Rika began to run off the stage as Makoto scratched her head.
"Wonder what's wrong with her?" she asked.

Chapter 7: Her or me?
"Well?" Maki asked.
"What?" Yossie asked.
"You know what I am talking about."
"Oh, you mean.."
"Don't play with me Yossie. I want to know what's going on."
"I told you already, nothing is going on."
"What about with Miki? I saw you with her last night."
"We just had some yakiniku. No big deal."
"Do you love her?"
"WHAT?"
"I want to know."
"Of course not."
"What about Rika? Do you love her?"
Yossie was struck by Maki's question , which pierced her heart. It seemed like for the past few months, she had wanted to tell Rika how she felt about her. It was almost the same when she and Maki first met. She knew she could always tell Maki eevrything. However, in the past few months, it seemed like she couldn't find anything to say to her at all. Yossie looked at her friend and gave her the only honest answer she could give. "I can't lie to you," she said.
"So you do love her.."
"No, it's not that!"
"Give me one good reason."
Yossie looked down again and tried to think of a reason why she loved Rika more than Maki(even though she had wondered if RIka felt the same way about Yossie). After a few minutes, she looked up again and gave Maki another answer. "I really can't think of a reason."
"I don't believe you," Maki said.
"I'm telling you there is no one else." Yossie placed her hands upon Maki's as she saw her friend nearly in tears.
"Seriously?" Maki asked.
"Absolutely."
"Yossie..." Maki's eyes began to water as she took her hands off or Yossie's and ran into her room. Yossie stood there for several minutes, trying to unravel the ball of yarn which she spun around three people. She was almost to the point of tears as well(which she cleverly hid from everyone around her). Minutes later, she went over to Maki and consoled her as the two stayed in that postion for what seemed like hours.
What do I do?Yossie asked herself. What do I do now?

I didn't really get that last chapter at all......... I think you skipped something or made a few mistakes there cause I cant seem to make sense of any of it...... I mean, first Yoshi and Rika meet and become friends and then have feelings for eachother and then you tell us that while this is going on she is seeing Maki right? Which by the way is really out of the blue and if she really was seeing her no wonder she was jealing coz according to u she was spennding all ehr time with Rika instead. So I was fooled into thinking that she was single, what with no mention of her and Maki being together alone in any other chapter that I can remember now, and since theres Miki as well, it's actually a love square, or a love star...... or a love rectangle. anyway some of the dialogue confused me too by the way. Like
""So you do love her.."
"No, it's not that!"
"Give me one good reason.""
That part confused the hell outa me. Give her one good reason for what? I was like 'wth?'. What does it mean? I mean it says "its not that" so shouldnt Maki say something like "then what is it?" or "Like hell it isn't!" but "Give me one good reason!" just doesnt fit. It seems like she's asking her why she's breaking up with her but Yoshi hasnt even said anything about breaking up so wth? And poor Maki. Heartbroken just because Yoshi can't keep it in her pants or wateva.... And Rika! Rika is always the innocent cute little girl, it's overrated. If she's not willing to fight for Yoshi I don't think she should get her! Even if it is what they both want. I think that Miki should get a turn dating Yoshi because at least she has guts and she will go after Yoshi untiill she gets her. Unlike some people. So if Rika's just gonna have a cry about it, everytime someone steals Yoshi from her at the wrong moment or whatever, she shoulldnt get to keep her.

Chapter 8: Later that night...
Rika was in her room watching old shows of Hello!Morning. She was trying to keep her eyes open before she heard her mother call out to her. "Rika-chan!" she called. "Someone's here to see you."
"Who is it?" Rika asked.
"A friend of yours," a voice called.
''Yossie?" Rika got off of her bed and opened the door to see Yossie. She let herself in as Rika sat back down on the bed. "What are you doing here?" she asked.
"I just needed to clear my head," Yossie answered.
"So you decided to come here?"
"I guess."
Rika didn't say anything else as the two watched H!M together for a few minutes. They watched a skit that Yossie began doing called "Yossie, check it out Yo!". During the skit, Yossie turned away. "Can you turn it off?" she asked Rika.
"What's wrong?" Rika asked.
"I have a headache," Yossie lied, not wanting Rika to know what had happened between her and Maki.
Rika turned it off as Yossie turned toward her friend. "We're shooting a new video next week," Rika said, changing the subject.
"I know," Yossie said. "Looks like you'll get the lead this time."
"All I get is a spoken word, but I like the song."
"What's the song called?"
"The ~Peace~!"
Peace?Yossie thought. Right now, I wish I had that in my heart.
"Yossie?" Rika asked. "What's wrong?"
"I better get going.." Yossie said, leaving the room.
"Wait!" Rika replied. There was no choice. She watched Yossie leave as Rika shut the door to her room. She grabbed a pillow and started crying into it. She wished she knew what was troubling her friend so she could think of something to make her feel better. She knew what was going on with Yossie and Maki(and almost with Miki recently), but she did not want to admit it at all.
Meanwhile, Yossie was looking up at Rika's window before she saw the light go out. Yossie felt tears coming from her eyes as she walked away from the house. By the time she could not see the house anymore, she began to cry uncontrollably. She felt her heart being tugged by everyone she had been in contact with ever since she started Morning Musume(or even earlier than that). She remembered when everything was all so simple.
"I'm sorry Rika," she cried. "I'm so sorry to put you through this."
But I love you,she thought. I really love you.

Hey sory if I was mean in my sleep deprived state. I kinda get whats going on........ But I'm still a lil confused. And I agree with zay, Yoshi should get all the girls. Coz it's Yoshi. If Maki can do it thatn so can Yoshi! And besides, the start was open. It said they finally ended up together, it said nothing about the other two. It didn't say "meanwhile Miki and Maki were dumped" or something. In the end you could add on something like "Miki and Maki walked into the room and cuddled Yoshi and Rika while they cried"........ Maybe, please *cute puppy face*.

Chapter 9: ~The Peace!~
After two days of shooting the video, the group was all but tired for their next show on H!M. Even though, they were tired, the mood was anything but pleasant with the parties involved in Yossie's web. Maki wasn't talking to Yossie, which she haven't talked to Rika since that night at Rika's house. Yossie knew that she had to find Rika before Maki could find her first.
She went off stage and found Rika heading into the bathroom. She went inside as well, to which she also locked the door. She hoped she could say what she had to for the next few minutes. "Rika?" she asked. "Are you OK?"
"Yossie?" Rika asked. She was almost to the point of tears. Minutes before, she was happy during the whole song. "Just leave me alone, OK?"
"I can't," Yossie replied. "I need to talk to you."
"Why?"
"Because I need to tell you something."
"What is it?"
"Are you crying? Did Maki say something to you?"
"No, I just needed to be alone."
"Why? Tell me what's wrong."
"I can't.."
"Why not?"
"I just can't.."
"Don't worry about it. There's something I need to tell you."
"What is it?"
"Rika..." Yossie said, placing her hands on Rika's shoulders. "I know you've been hearing things about me, but I want to tell you that they're not true."
"What is it?"
"Rika..there's only one person for me and that's you."
"What?"
"Rika...I love you."
"What?"
Yossie didn't say anything else. She leaned closer to Rika as she saw her friend beginning to close her eyes. To Rika, it was almost as though she knew what she was doing. Rika could feel Yossie's breath close to her. It was as though she was in a dream for her, only it was becoming true to her. Yossie... she thought, please kiss me..please.
"Someone open up!" soemone shouted.
"Damn..." Yossie said.
Rika hid in the bathroom as Yossie unlocked the door. "Sorry Kei-chan," Yossie said.
"Why'd you do that?" Kei-chan asked.
"Sorry..." Yossie replied. She walked away as Kei-chan went inside the bathroom.
Rika stayed in the bathroom until Kei-chan left. She went back outside as she heard the song being played again. It would go on to be one of her favorite songs from Morning Musume. She knew now that she had peace in her heart, all because of Yossie professing her love to her. She just wished she could say it back to her.
It was enough for her now to fight for her fellow friend(and possibly her would-be girlfriend).

Chapter 10: Country Musume...and Miki
Both Rika and Mai Satoda were talking when someone form ther higher ups at UFA walked up towards them. "I have a surprise for you girls," he said.
"What is it?" Mai asked.
"Tsunku will be adding two new members to Country Musume. Meet Konno Asami and Miki Fujimoto."
The two new girls walked up to Mai as she welcomed the two new girls to the group. Rika was shocked to realize that her own worst enemy was now working with her. She knew that Miki would be in Morning Musume soon, but she never thought that she would be working with Miki this early.
"Hello Rika," Konno replied. "I'm glad that we are working together. I also hope that we do our best for the new single."
Little did Rika know, that it would be her last single with Country Musume.
* * * * * * * *
"Where's Rika?" Yossie asked Shiba-chan.
"I'm not sure," Ayumi answered. "I haven't seen her all day."
"I'm worried about her..she never answered my call yesterday."
"I'm worried about her too."
"I think I know where she is," Ayaka replied. Her, along with Mai and Yossie were good friends outside of H!P.
"Show me," Yossie replied.
Ayaka led the two upstairs to the cafeteria as they saw Rika being consloed by Mai. "Why don't you girls leave us?" Yossie asked.
"I hope you can get to her," Mai replied. "She hasn't said much all day."
"What happened?"
"I'm not sure, but I think it's something to do with Rika's last sinlge with Country Musume."
"Let me talk to her." Yossie sat down with Rika as Mai went downstairs.
"Rika-chan?" Yossie asked. "Are you all right?"
"What are you doing here?" Rika asked between tears.
"Trying to make you feel better," Yossie said. "I hate to see you cry."
"I don't want you here."
"What?"
"Leave me alone."
"Why?"
"Just leave me alone!" Rika shoved Yossie away as she walked away into a corner of the room. Yossie was stunned, never believing that Rika would do this to her. It was as if saying that she deserved it for what she had done to Rika, playing with her feelings. She went over to Rika, who again shoved her away.
"Rika, what is wrong?" Yossie asked. "You're scaring me. You never answered my call last night."
"Why don't you call Miki?" Rika asked. "You seem to be hanging out with her, or with Ogawa-san nowadays."
"We're just friends."
"I don't believe you."
"Why not?"
"I don't..just leave me alone."
"I can't do that."
"Why not?"
"Because, for one, we work together."
""I don't think I can anymore. Just leave me alone."
"Rika..."
"No, just stay away from me." She ran downstairs as Yossie stood heartbroken. She began to cry as the rain began to start falling from outside. She had to do something quick, or she would lose the one person she truly loved forever.
"Rika..." Yossie said. "I'll never leave you.."
She ran out, hoping she could find Rika before it was too late.

Chapter 11: Don't leave me...
"Rika!" Yossie shouted to her friend. She had ran as fast as she could before she spotted her friend waiting at the subway station. She knew that if she lost her, she would never see her friend again. "Rika, don't leave!" she cried.
"Yossie?" Rika asked. "What are you doing here?"
"What do you think?"
"I told you to leave me alone."
"I can't..and I'm not going to."
"Why?"
"You know why.."
"Yossie..just leave.."
"No, I won't." Yossie had embraced Rika from behind, clutching as tight as she could. "Please," Yossie replied, "don't leave me."
"Why?" Rika asked, tears beginning to fall.
"Why not?" Yossie asked.
Rika began to sigh, knowing that she did not want her heart broken any more than it was. At the same time however, she knew that Yossie was the only person that knew her and made her feel better whenever the situation. She wanted to say those little words to Yossie, but she didn't know if Yossie felt the same way in her mind.
* * * * * * * *
H!M set: weeks earlier...
"Rika?" Yuko asked. "What's wrong?"
Rika didn't say anything. She had just lost her chance to let the girls eat a special kind of meat. She began to cry as Yuko kept talking to her. "Don't cry on TV!" she yelled.
"Everybody wanted to eat the meat," Rika cried.
"So?" Yuko asked. "It'll be okay."
Soon, all the girls surrounded Rika, telling her everything will be okay. Rika didn't know at the time that Yossie had embraced her from behind. She couldn't hear what Yossie was telling her, but she knew that everything would be okay at that time.
* * * * * * * *
"Yossie..." Rika said.
"Yes?" Yossie asked.
"I'm sorry."
"For what?"
"I'm sorry for not believing you."
"You do?"
"I'm really sorry."
Yossie let go as she turned Rika around and hugged her. They hugged for several minutes as the subway cars zoomed by past them. Minutes seemed to pass slowly in time as the outside world continued at its usual frantic pace. The two let go as Yossie stroked Rika's hair before she lightly kissed her on the lips. Neither of the two said a word as they left the subway station hand in hand.
They would be together again, with no interruptions just days later...

"Really?" Yossie asked.
"That's right," the Gatas coach answered. "You are going to be the captain of Gatas Brilhantes."
"Congratulations!" Rika cheered.
"That's not all," the coach said. "Rika will also be on the team as well."
"That's great!" Rika smiled.
Yossie hugged her friend and whispered, "Now I get a chance to watch you all the time."
"We will also have Miki and Shiba-chan, as well as Konno and Tsuji as goaltenders," the coach continued.
"Oh no...," Rika whispered.
"Don't worry," Yossie winked. "Leave everything to me."
"Anybody here?" Konno asked. She had just entered the room, getting the memo from Tsunku about the new soccer team. "Oh, it's you guys."
"Hi Konno!" Yossie replied. "Glad you're joining the team."
"It looks like you two have really made up now."
"Oh, I see what you're saying," Rika said. "About the Christmas special."

During 13nin gakkari xmas special...
"Apologize!" Rika exclaimed.
"I didn't do anything," Yossie explained.
"You knee hit my shin," Rika said. "I want you to apologize."
"I told you I didn't do anything," Yossie replied.
The group laughed as they tried to get the two pulled away. Little did they know of the friction that had happened the two before that imminent kiss near the subway station. Minutes later, another fight between the two occured.
"I want you to apologize," Yossie replied.
"I didn't do anything," Rika explained.
Yossie pushed Rika as she pushed her friend back. "Don't do that," Rika said.
"All I want is a apology," Yossie asked.
The two continued to argue(playfully for the special) for minutes before they began the soccer skit once again. Near the end of the special, the two shook hands, telling the host that they made up.

"Yep, we made up a lot," Yossie told Konno.
"Absolutely," Rika smiled.
It would begin to show as practice began to start and all throughout the games they played. The two always stayed together as Miki looked on, wondering what was going on. Rika didn't have to worry about anything, she let Yossie do all the work for her. Both girls always stayed close together during every moment they had during the times that they had.
Late one night...
"Hello?" Yossie answered.
"Yossie?" Rika asked. "I need to tell you something."
"Can it wait until tomorrow? We have the new video to shoot."
"Just come alone, OK?"
"Don't worry, I'll find some time for us."
Rika hung up the phone as she began to rehearse her lyrics for the new song--Roman~My Dear Boy~

Chapter 13: Mr.Moonlight to Roman~My Dear Boy~
After shooting the new video, Yossie began to look for Rika. She still had on her leather jacket as she finally found Rika talking to Ogawa. She knew that she had some feelings for Ogawa, but it was just a friendly crush. Ogawa had dyed her hair orange for the video, even though she loved her hair blonde.
"Hey guys," Yossie waved. "What are you two doing?"
"Just talking," Ogawa replied.
"Mind if I borrow Rika for a minute?"
"Sure, if you like."
Yossie took Rika's hand and led her upstairs to the elevator at the top. Yossie turned Rika around to face her, who still ahd her buttoned up white shirt on. The one thing that Yossie wished was that Rika would still have her hair dyed brown instead of black, but it turned her on even more.
"What did you want to talk about?" Yossie asked.
"Well, I just been asked to train some girls," Rika explained. "I think they want me to be leader."
"Really?" Yossie replied. "That's great!"
"I'm kinda nervous.."
"Don't worry. You'll be a great leader."
"I don't know..."
"Remember what I told you earlier?"
"You mean from the last video?"

on the set of Mr. Moonlight video shoot...
"Yossie?" Rika asked.
"What is it, Rika?" Yossie asked. She still had on her yellow jacket for the video and was about to take it off. She saw that Rika still had on her leopard-skin dress on as well.
"Did you mean what you said?"
"What do you mean?"
"That day at the subway station."
"Of course I did. Why do you say that?"
"It's just that...over the padt few weeks have been horrible."
"I know they have, for both of us."
"That's why I wasn't mad at you for being with Ogawa-san for the shoot. I know you two get along great together."
"I have a feeling we'll be alone for a while now."
"What do you mean?"
"Miki's talking to Aya a lot more recently."
"Does that mean..?"

"Miki's hanging out with Aya tonight," Yossie replied. "Wanna do something?"
"How about right now?" Rika asked mischievously.
"Whaaat? Rika-chan, what are you saying?"
"Oh, sorry. Got carried away there. Do you want to meet them tomorrow?"
"Sure..but let's get out of these clothes first."
"Yossie? What are you saying?"
"Never mind Charmy." Yossie kissed Rika lightly on the lips before they made their way downstairs as the rest of the band was about to leave as well. The two spotted Miki as she began to walk away(also seeing that she had a phone, assumingly about to call Aya).
Of course, things were about to become hectic in a hurry.

Chapter 14: Meeting Viyuden
The past several weeks were so busy for the two girls that it almost seemed like they would never get five minutes alone with each other. It started with Rika's new group called Viyuden, getting promoted for their first single. Luckily, Yossie got the chance to meet them before they got started.
"Yossie," Rika replied, "this is Erika and Yui. These are my new bandmates."
"Nice to meet you," Erika replied.
"Is that your girlfriend?" Yui asked.
"Of course not!" Rika exclaimed. "Why?"
"Because you two have been holding hands ever since we saw you," Erika explained.
"Huh?" Yossie looked over at her hand, which was being grasped by Rika's. Rika was about to grasp her hand away, but Yossie grabbed it back. "Actually, she was going to buy me dinner," Yossie replied.
"I was?" Rika asked.
"Of course," Yossie flirted.
"Told you Rika has a girlfriend," Yui said.
"Hope she doesn't get in trouble," Erika replied.
"I'll take good care of her," Yossie said. "She'll make a good leader."
"That's what I've been telling her."
Rika didn't say anything else. She knew that Yossie was right and she believed in her, being a leader or as a soloist. The two talked with the two new girls for a while before they left. Both of them continued to hold hands until they left for outside.
"So, was you really going to buy me dinner?" Rika asked.
"Of course," Yossie smiled. "Did you think I was lying to them?"
Rika smiled, knowing that she would have Yossie to herself soon. However, it would be the last day they would have to themselves for quite a while.

"We are going to be doing the promos for the new group tomorrow," Tsunku replied to the three girls. "I have a good feeling that this will be big."
"We will not let you down," Yui promised.
"I won't let you down," Rika said. Even though she didn't mean to say it, but she knew she had to make sure that she didn't let Yossie down as well.
As the three girls left, Erika could see that something was bothering Rika. "Is everything OK?" she asked.
"I hope so," Rika said.
"Don't worry," Yui smiled. "I have a feeling you'll see her soon."
Rika would see Yossie more later than sooner...but it would be for a much bigger reason.
Not even Yossie would have a clue to the final events which would lead the two girls in unison for each other.

sorry for the confusion..being tired and posting at 6AM on Saturday when you don't work and want to have fun does that to you. Again, this story has a long ways to go to the end..I'm almost finished with the first act anyway..that being said, onto the next chapter!
Chapter 15: Calm before the storm(part 1)
As Rika continued promoting her new group Viyuden, Yossie was inside Tsunku's office being lectured for the upcoming events for Morning Musume. "As you know, Kaori will be graduating soon," he said to Yossie.
"What does that have to do with me?" Yossie asked.
"It has been announced that Mari will be the new leader after her graduation. I have decided that you will be the new subleader."
"Really? Are you serious?"
"I should be the first to congratulate you on the promotion."
"I'm surprised that Mari or Kaori never told me about it."
"I told the two of them this morning. We will have a graduation special for Kaori next month on H!M, days before her last concert for Morning Musume."
"I don't know what to say..." The sudden announcement nearly made Yossie faint(mainly from the last practice she had with Gatas for the day).
"I'm sure you'll make a fine subleader," Tsunku smiled. "That will be all for today."
Yossie bowed to the producer as she left the office. She got out her phone and began to send a text message to someone she knew would understand this. Please call me! Yossie
* * * * * * * *
"I got your message," Rika answered from her phone, hours later.
"I need your help," Yossie explained.
"What's wrong?"
"Tsunku just made me subleader of Morning Musume."
"That's great news!"
"That's the problem..."
"Why? What's wrong?"
"I don't know if I can do that."
"Sure you can. If I can be leader of Viyuden, then you can sub-lead Momusu. Maybe if you get to be leader, I can be your subleader."
"Then, what would they say?"
"About what?"
"About...never mind. Tsunku says we have a grad special for Kaori on H!M next month."
"You look tired Yossie, why don't you rest?"
"Best idea anybody's had all day. I believe I'll do that."
"Goodnight Yocchan."
"Goodnight Charmy." Yossie hung up her phone and began to sleep. She dreamed that everything was back to its original place, when everything was simple. She also dreamed that her and Rika were singing to each other in concert. That was the only good thing to happen to her all day.
The only good thing to happen to her for the next month, since the hectic schedule of Gatas and Momusu were almost becoming too much for her. However, she couldn't give up now.
Not for Rika, since she saved her once. With things at that pace, Rika may have to save Yossie from the insanity.

Chapter 16: Kaori's graduation
Thousands of wotas headed to the last venue of the concert stage for Kaori's graduation. As the group of Morning Musume did their warm-ups with their leader for the last time, there was not a dry eye in the house. Especially for Rika, who couldn't control her emotions for Kaori, since she broke down on H!M days before.
"You OK, Rika?" Kaori asked Rika.
"No..." Rika cried.
"You're gonna make me break down," Kaori laughed as she embraced her friend. Meanwhile, Mari looked over at the two, almost about to cry as well. She comforted Rika during the show and was there after the taping was over. As the group got together, they knew they had to keep their emotions in check for the concert.
* * * * * * * *
After the concert, Rika was alone in her dressing room crying. She didn't want to be alone, but she knew that she couldn't stay in her romm forever. She began to walk out of her dressing room as someone came to see her. "Rika-chan?" she asked. "Are you OK?"
"I'll be fine Sayu," Rika said. "Don't worry about me."
"We have to prepare for the Ecomoni conference in a couple of weeks."
"I know. I'm sorry Shige-san, I just don't feel like talking right now."
"Why not?" Kaori asked. She had heard the conversation and wanted to talk to Rika.
"We're worried about you," Sayu replied.
"Why don't you go ahead Sayu?" Kaori asked. "I'll talk to Rika."
As Sayu left, Kaori led Rika back to her dressing room as they talked for a while. "Rika? Remember what I said a couple of years ago?" she asked.
"What is it?" Rika aasked.
"Don't tell me you forgot."
"I'm sorry."
"You have to be positive..and be happy. Because, that's you're character."
Rika thought about those words for several seconds before she flkashed her usual Rika smile that she was so famous for. That was when she felt Kaori's arms wrapped around her. Suddenly, she blurted out something she thought she couldn't say. "I'm in love with Yossie," she said.
"You are?" Kaori asked. "Well, that's no surprise."
"No..I mean, I love her.."
"Then, why don't you say it to her?"
"Because I don't know if she loves me. We've been so busy that we never had the chance to talk about this."
"Then, tell her."
It was easier said than done. Rika began to call Yossie on her phone, knowing that she wouldn't be able to find her and get her alone for the precious few minutes she needed. She thanked Kaori before leaving herself to get dressed to go home for the evening. She checked her phone every few minutes to see if Yossie called her, but to no avail. She almost began to cry before she heard someone knock on her door.
"Yossie?" she asked.
"It's Shiba-chan," someone answered.
Rika opened the door, and quickly led Shiba-chan into her room. "She hugged her close friend and kept saying over and over, "I love her. I love Yossie."
"Why are you telling me?" Shiba-chan laughed.
"I wish I knew where she was."
"Why don't you call her?"
"She hasn't called back."
"It'll be okay, I promise." Shiba-chan hugged her best friend for several minutes before they left the dressing room together.
The biggest storm for both of them would be coming in the next few days...

Why now?
Rika sat in her room crying. She had just been in Tsunku's office hours earlier with an importnat annoucement given to her, actually two announcements. One was the addition of a new member of Morning Musume. The second one was the most difficult to bear.
From what one would be added, another would be leaving.
"Rika?" her mother asked. "Someone's here to see you."

"It's someone that needs to talk to you."
"I don't feel like company right now."
"Is that so?" another voice asked.
No..Rika thought. Not right now..not when she sees me crying.
Rika heard the door open slightly before she wanted to shut it, but she knew she couldn't shut her other half out. The one that wanted her to be whole. "Please..." she whispered, "just let me be alone."
"You know I can't let you," the person whispered. Her breath was nearing Rika's face. "I won't let you leave me."
"What?"
The door opened fully as Yossie forced herself inside and shut the door. "Rika?" she asked. "What's wrong?"
"I can't tell you.." Rika cried.
"Yes you can and you will. You haven't answered my phone calls, you haven't seen your friends and everyone's worried about you." Yossie took a deep breat as she held her friend's head and both hands. "More importantly, I'm worried about you."
"Yossie.." Rika stopped crying and look at the one person who had been there ever since she met her. Even though they had obstacles blocking their way, nothing was going to stop this moment with the only two people alone in the room. "They want me to leave.." she finally said.
"You mean graduate?" Yossie asked.
"I mean that."
"When?"
"In May..that's when we introduce Koharu to Morning Musume."
"Okay." Yossie kissed Rika's forhead as she wiped the tears away. "You leave everything to me. I'll take care of everything."
"What do you mean?"
"I said, leave everything to me."
"But.."
"No buts. I'm sub-leader of Morning Musume and you're leader of Viyuden. Remember how you told me how I would make a great sub-leader? I know that you'll make a great leader to Viyuden."
"You're right.." Rika stopped crying as she stopped crying.
"Besides," Yossie replied. "Positive, V!V!"
"V!V!" Rika smiled.
"That's my Charmy," Yossie smiled. She kissed the top of her friend's forhead before she began to head for the door.
"Wait," Rika replied, grabbing Yossie's hand. "Can you stay?"
"Not right now.." Yossie answered. "But we'll be together soon, I promise."
As Rika saw Yossie leave her room, Rika went to her bed and started crying uncontrollably. Why? Why didn't I say it to her? she thought as she cried herself to sleep.

Chapter 18:Koharu's introduction
It was mid April, the day of the announcement. That day, Tsunku asked the girls to surprise the new member Koharu at her school. All the girls were sitting in the bus chatting away. Meanwhile, in the back, Yossie and Rika were chatting and laughing, just like old times. They would have had more time to chat away, if it weren't for their conflicting schedules(or Tsuji and Kago interrupting them).
"So, what are we going to do?" Rika asked.
"I told you, wait until the concert," Yossie smiled.
"Pleeease?" The puppy-dog face of Rika's made Yossie smile even more. She tickled Rika's chin, making her friend blush red. She tried to push her leader's friend away, but to no avail.
"No..besides, we have to get ready to welcome our new member."
A few minutes later, the bus stopped at the school as the girls were whisked into a room as the announcement began to commence. The girls listened as they heard their new member began to talk about why she wanted to audition for Morning Musume. The girls whispered about how she would make a great member to the group.
The talk began to quiet down as they heard Tsunku over a projection screen, confirming that Koharu would become the new member. Moments later, the look on her face was speechless as the group came out as the school applauded in unison. Yossie led the group as she gave the new member a bouquet of flowers.
As Yossie talked about the upcoming tour, Rika began to feel sad. She held it together as she told Koharu about being introduced at Rika's grad. Then the group broke out into a couple of songs before they had to leave to begin to promote their newly released single, ironically Rika's last single.
As the group left, Yossie saw that her friend was becoming sad again. She laid Rika's head on her shoulder as she as they began to sing the same song that they will be performing on an episode of Music Fighter in two weeks.
Osaka Koi no Uta.
There was someone missing from the group..that was another story.

Miki? Was it Miki that was missing? Poor Rika, leaving already and letting the field wide open for someone to come in and sweep Yosui off her feet. But didn't Yoshi say she was gonna look into her graduation and see if she can get her to stay longer or something? I thought thats what she was going to do so it came as a shock to me to hear that stuff about her graduation being definite. Im sad now! Thanks to you! Meanie, who makes people graduate and stuff! I hope they pull through since this an IshiYoshi fic, but if its not you can be damn sure I'd be cheering for YoMako or YoMiki or something.

Yeah I know but Yoshi still promised to look into it. I was just wondering what hapened with that. Because obviously she failed but it looks like Rika has no idea of whats going on ohter than the fact that everyone says she is graduating but I think Yoshi hasnt told her if she is or not because of their lil chat in the car/bus thing.

Chapter 19: Music Fighter
Days before...
I'm so sorry, Yossie...
Nobody saw it coming...except for one.
It would change everything for one person forever.

Present night...
The group was about to appear on Music Fighter as the girls laughed and chatted on. It was still a month away from Rika's grad concert and the two girls in question haven't spoke much to each other the past couple of days. For Rika, it was heartbreaking to see her friend bottle up her emotions inside. She decided to go over to her and tried to speak to her, but the stageperson stopped her.
"One minute girls," he said.
Rika looked over at Yossie, who wasn't looking at anybody. Even Miki looked at Rika and shrugged her shoulders. She didn't even know what was going on. What Rika didn't know was that Miki was selected as sub-leader of the group days earlier. If Rika had her way, she would have wanted to be subleader, but that wasn't on her mind at all.
As the hosts brought them out, they were in the unifroms worn for the PV Osaka Koi no Uta. Both Rika and Yossie forced a smile for the audience, never knowing the pain and the emotion that was inside of the two girls. As the hosts began talking about the girls, Yossie glanced next to Rika and squeezed her hand lightly(obscure from the host's vision). It was the first expression given by the new-leader in days.
Before the end of the show, Yossie brought otu a small piano as she led the girls into a small song..it was almost as familiar to when Rika and the girls sang a song to Kei-chan on Utaban years earlier. She began to cry, knowing that she wouldn't ahve much time for Morning Musume now that she was graduating.
After the show, Rika tried to find Yossie as she found her talking to Miki. Miki glanced over at her and nodded as Rika left for the moment. What Rika didn't realize was that Miki was letting Yossie go to be with Aya. "You have to tell her," Miki replied.
"I know," Yossie said sadly.
"You want me to tell her?"
"No, don't do that! I'll tell her."
"You know, I hate to say it, but I'm gonna miss her in Morning Musume."
"I better find her. Thanks, Miki." Yossie hugged her subleader as she went to find her friend. She text a message to Rika's phone as she went off to the same place as well.
"Take care of her Rika," Miki replied. "I might just steal her away."
* * * * * * * *
An hour later, Rika heard the sound of a piano playing. She had just went inside the studio and heard almost the same song that Yossie played to her an hour earlier. She peered into the window and saw Yossie playing, just before she went inside. She sat beside her friend as Yossie continued to play the song. Rika laid her head on her friend's shoulder as she nearly cried again.
"I'm glad you're here," Yossie replied as she stopped playing. "I'm so sorry for not telling you."
"Why couldn't you tell me sooner?" Rika asked.
"This was all a shock to me. I didn;t realize she would do this."
"Are you mad at her?"
"Of course I am! Why would she do this? I'm not ready." Yossie slammed her hands onto the piano keys as she hung her head down. Rika began to hear slight whimplers of her friend crying. She draped herself over her friend and began to cry a little too. "We'll get through this," she said. "We'll get through it together."
The Budokan concert was less than three weeks away..

I think the person that saw it coming was either Miki or mari. That was Mari apologising because she is resigning, she was breaking it to Yoshi in the start. Miki and Yoshi were arguing over who will be the one to tell Rika Mari is going and Yoshi is becoming the leader with Miki as a subleader. Miki meant that if Rika wasn't careful she will steal Yoshi away, not the other way aroung zay, although that would have been interesting as she has been hitting on Yoshi. That's why she was saying that she would hate to admit that she would miss Rika, because she is the competition. Btw, the timeline is knda messed up, I hope next chapters aren't this confusing.
Oh and the thing they are mad at for not being informed about is Maris resignation I think. Just speculations up there, might not be right. Sory if confusing.

Awwww! Ishiyoshi is one of my favorite pairings. I hope Rika and Yossie can get through all there hardships together now that both of them are leaders and Rika's graduating.

Okay, here it is..the first part of the 2 part-Act 1 ending!
Chapter 20: Rika's graduation(part 1)
Today's the day...I need to tell her.
Graduation day was here. The Budokan was already filled to the brim, full of Rika wotas ready to cheer their favorite member on. No one would have suspected(except for the few wotas that watched very closely to shows, such as H!M) that something was about to happen at that concert. Of course, some of the die-hard, truly loyal Rika wotas went to every concert(or so they have said to other wotas).
Moments before the concert, Rika was as happy as she could be. However, she wouldn't know if she would be after the concert. She even joked with some of the costume designers and talked with some of the camera people about her new job as leader of Viyuden.
There was still one last piece that needed to be complete. Without it, she would never be complete.
* * * * * * * *
"Everybody ready?" Yossie asked.
"Where's Rika?" Eri asked.
"Soon as she gets here, we'll get started." Yossie was getting a little impatient with Rika. She had not heard from her all day, nor got a phone call from her. She knew that she had to keep cool and hope that RIka would show up. Suddenly, she heard that familiar cheerness in Rika's voice as she came over to the group.
God, she looks more beautiful than ever, Yossie thought.
"Did you say something?" Miki asked.
"Huh? Oh, nothing."
"Right.."
As the group did their routine, Yossie pulled Rika aside and whispered, I need to tell you something, she said.
I do too, Rika replied back. Please tell me after the concert.
I will. I also left you something in your dressing room.
I didn't see anything.
I had them put it in there now. Yossie kissed Rika on the cheek as the two walked hand in hand to the stage. They got in their positions as they, along with the band, performed their first number to the crowd, The Manpower!!

Meanwhile backstage...
"Have you noticed something about Rika?" Erika asked Yui.
"What do you mean?" Yui asked.
"It seems that the past few weeks, all she;s been talking about is Yossie."
"Do you think something's going on between them?"
"I don't know. I kinda hope so though.."
"Why's that?"
"Because Rika's sad when Yossie's away."
"I hate to ask, but.."
"Wait until later, okay?"
"But..."
"Not now."
That was when Erika slid her hand toward Yui's and linked it with hers.

As the concert wound down, Rika began to read a letter to the crowd as Yossie looked from a different part of the stage. She didn't realize that Miki was behing her until she leaned in and whispered to her. "Are you going to tell her or not?"
"Of course I am," Yossie whispered back. "Leave me alone, I'm trying to hear Rika."
"Fine. Just remember what you're doing."

As the group played the final song ~The Peace!~, Rika sung her heart out, knowing that it would be the last time she would be singing with Morning Musume. After the song, both Yossie and Rika ran from side to side of the stage as the wotas screamed in celebration.
Backstage, Rika began to cry as she went over to her now-former members and told them that she would watch them from now on. As they got their picture taken, Rika went to her dressing room before she felt that was being followed.
"Keep going," Yossie said. "We need to talk."

Chapter 22: Rika's graduation(part 2)
The two walked into Rika's dressing room as Yossie closed the door, locking it behind her. "Check your dresser," she told Rika.
Rika went to her dresser drawer as she began to open every drawer, down to the bottom. When Rika got to the bottom, she saw a lone letter, addressed to her. She took it out, looking at Yossie, who smiled a small smile. Rika opened the letter and began to read it, as Yossie closed her eyes, praying that her plan would finally work.
Afetr a few minutes, Rika finished reading the letter as she looked at Yossie, who was still smiling. Rika read the letter again word for word as she got to the last line. She had read it before, but the second time had more meaning, more emotion and more heartfelt love.
Positive Rika-chan, I love you.
RIka began to cry as Yossie went over to her friend and embraced her. Rika cried for a couple of minutes before she heard something unheard of. She heard Yossie cry as well. For as long as she known Yossie, Rika had never seen or heard Yossie cry before. There had not even been rumors about it.
"Yossie?" Rika asked. "Are you crying?"
"I love you Rika," Yossie answered. "I've loved you from the first time we met."
"Yossie...I..,"
Yossie let go of Rika as she put one hand on Rika's tear-stained cheek. She leaned over to Rika and kissed her. It was the most passionate kiss that either of the two had ever experienced. For the two girls, it was like neithe rof the two wanted to let go. After they broke off the kiss, Rika looked at Yossie and said the one thing that set the two free.
"I love you Yossie," Rika replied.
"I've been wanting you to say that for a long time," Yossie smiled.
Rika put one hand on Yossie's face as she kissed her friend. Yossie returned the kiss as she gripped Rika's hand and left with her out of Rika's dressing room. The two didn't say anything until they went inside Yossie's dressing room as the two kissed again as Yossie left Rika to wait on her to get changed.
After a few minutes, the couple linked hands as they left the Budokan and got on a bus to an unknown destination. They didn't know which place they want to go, but it didn't matter. All they wanted was to be together for the rest of their lives.

Meanwhile...
"I can't believe she did this to me," someone said.
"Do you really want to do this?" the other person asked.
"I'm sure.."
"I hate for you to hurt Yossie again."
"I need to do this.." the first person cried. "I want Yocchan back."

I got the letter from the Ishiyoshi thread, but was too lazy to get the letter, but I remembered the last line of the thread. Well, that's the end of Act 1. Now, time for Act 2!

Finally they are together, but this was sooo drawn out that it became annoying and confusing, I mean they kept saying stuff like I love you and saying that they realised it all the time and kissed and whatnot and you made it seem like they were together as in dating but now you make it seem like they only just got together...... so yeah, confused and slightly annoyed right now.

Sometimes you can say all the "I love yous" you want and be really open about your feelings and still not be in a place in life where you can fully be together. I think that's what happened here with Yossie and Rika.

Chapter 23: The next morning
The two lovers laid down, side by side, not wanting to wake up. However, the alarm clock changed all of that.
Rika's hand hit the alarm and tried to go back to sleep, but to no avail. She opened her eyes slightly to see her new girlfriend still asleep. She saw Yossie open her eyes and smile at her. "Ohayo, Rika-chan," she smiled as she kissed her.
"Ohayo, Yocchan." Rika kissed Yossie as she wished that this moment would last forever.
"Ready for today?" Yossie asked.
"Already?" Rika asked. "You just woke up."
"Got to be ready for today." Yossie got up out of bed as she looked over and smiled at Rika. She smiled as she loved to see Rika in bed. Rika thought about the same thing with Yossie.
"Are you sure you don't want to stay in bed?" Rika asked sweetly.
"If I did, I don't think we would have a job," Yossie laughed.
"But we wouldn't have time for ourselves though."
"Are you sure about that?" Yossie asked sweetly. She kissed Rika passionately(just like she did to her the night before) before she went to get dressed. Rika got out of bed and went to the bathroom to get dressed, but only to find Yossie in a different light.
"RIKA!" Yossie screamed. "What are you doing?"
"Sorry..." Rika stared. "Excuse me."
"I thought you had enough of me last night."
"Well, you were the one with more enrgy."
"Least you kept up."
"Is that supposed to be funny?"
"Maybe..now, hand me a towel, will you?"
"Okay. I'll hand it to you." Rika grabbed a towel and wrapped it around herself and Yossie and began to kiss her friend passionately, just like last night.

"I still can't believe you're still doing this," one person said.
"I have to." the person in question said. What she didn't know was that someone was listening to their plan.
"What are you talking about?" Miki asked the two.

Chapter 24: Plan A busted
"Nothing really," the person said.
"Are you sure?" Miki asked.
"It was nothing really," the second person said. "I gotta get going."
As Miki watched that person leave, her eyes shifted back to the attention to the person in charge. "Okay," she asked, "what do you want?"
"What are you talking about?" the person asked.
"You know, Maki."
"No, I don't. I was just talking to..."
"I know exactly what you were going to do."
"No, you.."
"Don't interrupt me!" Miki's voice raised to anger as she fixed her patented death-glare upon Maki. "You are not going to hurt Yossie, you understand?"
"If anybody's hurt her, it's you," Maki said.
"Really?" Miki pinned Maki's shoulders to the wall and leaned in close to her face, her breath inches away. "I believe you hurt her if anybody has. I can't decided who Yossie dates, but she's happy with Rika than she'll ever be with you."
"Don't cross me, Miki. You'll regret it."
Maki shoved Miki away as she went downstairs toward the floor level of the building. She left outside and hailed for a taxi to take her back to the apartment. She waited until she got home beforeshe called her friend she was talking to earlier.
"It's me," Maki said. "Meet me at my apartment in 30 minutes."

Rika and Yossie walked arm and arm to the office as Yossie got a message on her phone. She stopped and read the message before she gave Rika a kiss on the cheek. "Miki just called me," she said. "I'll be back soon."
"OK, I'll be in my dressing room if you need me." Rika gave Yossie a quick kiss before she went upstairs. That was when she was stopped by a person working for Tsunku. "Excuse me, Rika?" the man asked. "Tsunku wants to see you."
"OK," Rika replied sadly. Her cheerfulness already was gone out of her face.
"He says he has a surprise for you."
"What is it?"
Minutes later, Rika was in Tsunku's office to hear the good news. "We want you to continue working as much as possible," he said. "Effective next week, you will be hosting Hello!Morning."
"Thank you!" Rika smiled.
Meanwhile, things were not looking good on Yossie's side...

Awww...I'm really liking Miki in this, she seems to genuinly care for Yossy. Even though I'm an Ishiyoshi shipper I can't help but root for Miki in this....Its a hard thing to let someone go to be with someone else, but more then that, to pretect that other love in spite of your feelings shows a lot of character...

yeah...fanfics show how selfless Miki really is. That's why I love her.. In these fics she gives up soo much that it's only natural that she gets the girl in the end and a pity when she doesn't.....

"What?" Yossie asked.
"I'm telling you the truth," Miki replied. "I just heard her talk about you."
"But why?"
"Maybe because she can't let you go."
"We've always been close, but not like this...even Ogawa-san knows I'm dating now."
"How did she take it?"
"She doesn't seem to mind. She's dating Konno now."
"How do you want to handle this?"
"Well, you're the one with the girl problems.."
"You better be lucky I'm not dating you."
"You better be lucky I don't have my way with you right now."
The two began to talk about how they would deal with the Maki situation. Meanwhile, Rika had made her way back to the dressing rooms when she began to hear voices from one particular door. She listened closely and could not believe what she was hearing. Suddenly, she heard the door open, which made Rika fall onto the floor.
"Rika!?" Yossie exclaimed. "What are you doing?"
"You better explain quick," Miki glared at Rika.
"Sorry, but you was talking about me," Rika replied. "What was it?"
"It was nothing really," Yossie said. "Let's go outside."
As the two walked away, Yossie winked over at Miki, who returned the gesture. She knew she would be talking to Yossie again tonight. You have no idea what you just heard, Miki thought.

"Yossie?" Rika asked. "What is it?"
"I shouldn't tell you this," Yossie replied, "but I'll have to tell you."
"What did Miki tell you?"
"She was telling me how she stopped an attempt on you."
"Who was it?"
"It was Maki. She didn't want you to date me."
"And she wanted to date you?"
"I hate to say that she wanted this to happen."
"Did you date her previously?"
"Of course I have. I told you that, remember?"
"I just hope she doesn't break us up."
"Listen to me, Rika." Yossie put her finger to her lover's lips. "No one will ever break us up, not Gottsan, not anyone."
"Even Miki?" Rika asked sweetly.
"I'd lie to you if I had feelings for Miki. She's with Aya, and I'm not going anywhere."
Rika couldn't say anything else. She was met by the lips of her lover Yossie. They kissed for several minutes before they went back inside. Besides, they had a show ofHello!morning they had to tape, Rika's first one as host.

"You have to," Maki replied.
"I hate to say it, but you're obsessed."
"I'm not obsessed. This was true love with me and Yossie."
"I'll talk to her, but I can't promise you anything."
Maki took a deep breath and sighed. She looked at her friend who was making the call as she went to her room. She shut the door as she got out a picture of her and Yossie in happier times. She knew she had to get her back soon.
It was as her friend was right. She couldn't go on without her.

Chapter 27: Backstage
"Did you hear?"
"Hear what?"
"Yossie's dating again."
"Really? Who?"
"I don't know."
"Come on, you have to tell us!"
"I don't know who she's dating."
"Maybe it's none of our business."
"Wait, Yossie would never hide anything from us. She's our leader."
"Let's find her." The group of Morning Musume started to walk toward Yossie's dressing room, hoping to find her(and possibly find her new girlfriend as well). They knew that their leader always made each of the members swoon over her. They didn't think to knock on the door. They decided to barge in, not aware of the consequences.
"YOSHIZAWA!" the group shouted. They didn't see their leader, but they got their other half of their mission. There was someone else inside the dressing room. "So, you're dating Yossie!" Ai-chan replied.
"What took you so long?" Eri smiled.
"I'm not dating Yossie," Miki replied.
"So, why are you in Yossie's room?" Koharu asked.
"I'm the only one who gets permission to her room," Miki answered.
"Too bad you let the door open," Sayu smiled.
Miki gave Sayu her patented death-glare, but not before Yossie came in the room. "What's going on here?" she asked.
"Nothing," Miki answered. "The group was about to leave."
"No we weren't," Gaki-san replied. "We want to know who Yossie's dating."
"Sorry, but she's not telling," Miki said. "Now, will you girls please leave?"
"Fine..." Ai-chan muttered, "but we'll find out."
As the girls left, both Miki and Yossie breathed a sigh of relief. "I thought they would never leave," Miki said.
"What did they want?" Yossie asked.
"Wanting to know who you were dating."
"Why couldn't you just tell them we we're dating?"
"And let them leave that easy? Of course not!"
"Hopefully, you could take care of them."
"You know you have to tell them soon."
"Forget it. I'll just tell them you're dating me."
"You do and I'll tell Rika how good you are in bed."
"Too bad you haven't yet."
"Don't worry, I have my ways."
