Title: Man stabs self, dies in cooking accident

Authorities say a man has died after he accidentally stabbed himself while cooking.

Anderson County Chief Deputy Coroner Charlie Boseman says 32-year-old Michael Downing burned himself Sunday, then stabbed himself in the chest with a steak knife he was holding as he jerked his hand away.  (http://www.charleston.net/news/2008/mar/04/man_stabs_self_dies_cooking_accident/)

That's so crazy!! That must have been so traumatic for his kid... Imagine finding your dad in the kitchen with a knife sticking out of his chest...  :OMG: :scared:

Sidenote: I initially read the subject incorrectly: "Man stabs elf" ... >_< I was thinking, Elf?!? WTF?
