Wow, thats interesting that they are selling the tickets to the Tokyo show in Taiwan too - it seems like they are pulling out all the stops to get those inter-asian fans. I wonder what would happen if they were available normally for purchase in the states...more wota hopping on planes?

Atsuko's energy level is through the roof. She makes an amazing MC. She has more personality and talent and "genki" than half of the current Hello! Project and she's not even really doing much.
So yay for her! :heart:

When it lists the eggs, does that mean that they will sing, too? It seems like it on some tracks at least. For example

There's only one egg... and it's Saki who often gets her own solos at egg concerts. It'd be silly to have her not sing, right? Especially since there are two groups with eggs performing as well.

The eggs were just mostly back up dancers. Reina+ai-chan basically each had a solo song. Also there was a new song at the end! Jun Jun and Lin Lin both had chinese lines in the song.

I don't think so its a very slow pace song and OG is more retro disco-ish. I say it will be MM's new single c/w song or something to do with Morning Musume because Jun Jun and Lin Lin each get a solo line in Chinese. Its a nice song I really like it :heart:

c-ute sound very good in edo no temari uta ii, especially maimai and chisato

Is this ballad really going to be MM's 37th? It was the last song in the concert. I wonder how the reception will be if it's true but I personally find it pretty beautiful and touching. The Chinese girls seem to get more lines (in Mandarin too, yes you read right, there are 2 lines of Chinese lyrics in the song), great news for their fans.

I'm almost wondering if it will be a b-side. It doesn't seem like Morning Musume a-side... but then again, it's been ages since we've had a ballad as an a-side, so I could be wrong. I do enjoy it a lot though and I'm really excited to hear Junjun and Linlin.

But there were no notable harmonies at all. JJ&LL gave me goosebumps, as well as the last spurt of the song. Perfect ending for a concert.
By the way, I'd translate it as "There can't be love on stars without rain". It's not necessarily "stars", but I can't find a better substitute at the moment.
Oh, and it seems there were no mentions at all about Yurina's birthday...

I'm joining the "I cried while watching this" club. :lol: That was unbelievably beautiful. Jun Jun and Lin Lin's part really made me cry. They are so awesome!! I give them so many props for leaving their homes and going to a foreign country to follow their dreams. :heart:

Argh, I typed an elaborate review of the concert and then my internet crapped out on me. I'll give you the short version:
This concert is all about the units. Not that the regular groups (MM, Cute and BK) were bad, but it's the units which caught me eye.
Awesome:
-Milky Way: energy, cool to see the dance done live. Why isn't Kitahara more popular?
-High King: sexy performance by Ai and Reina, killer dancing
-Buono!: energy, best setlist
-Tropical w/ JunJun and the others
-Love and peace with everybody
-Last song with JunLin
Conclusion:
Killer concert and it showed me that even though the elder club will be gone, Hello! Project still has plenty of talent to offer.

After requesting for an audio rips of the concert and having no reply for a while, I decide to try and do my own audio rip of the concert.
