Her Innocence
Fujimoto Miki felt herself smiling as she watched the monitor of her beautiful Aya from backstage of Ayas latest concert. She always got so much pleasure from performing and she was a absolute natural at it. Cheerful all the time, it’s a marvel what she would have done if she hadn’t become an idol. That little girl Aya had turned into the stunningly beautiful Matsuura. Either way, to Miki she would always be her innocent Ayaya.; her best friend. Who had only managed to stay exclusively her best friend for a couple of months before she became Mikis lover and her only love.
Miki felt her eyes begin to sting as she continued to stand there and admire Aya and the wonderful presence she had on stage. The tears were coming yet she couldn’t stop smiling. Aya just made everything so happy Miki couldn’t ever help but smile around her. Even with the knowledge of there looming separation in the front of Mikis mind.
“She really loves her job.”
Miki turned around to see Ayas manager standing behind her with a approving smile on his face. She tried to reply, but felt her voice caught up in her throat. If only he knew how much that naïve statement had affected Miki.
The head of UFA peered over his desk at the ashen faced girl. “Fujimoto-san do you understand?”
All Miki could do was nod. She didn’t even have the strength to glare at him. “Why are you telling me this? Why do I have to make this decision?”
He smirked and Miki inwardly scoffed at how smug he looked. “Because, Aya is innocent and you don’t want her mind plagued by all this do you?” He was using Mikis undying love for Aya against her. She knew Aya would willingly give up her career for her, but she can’t let her do that. Aya was too happy being an idol, Miki was fully aware of that. Besides, just as he had said; Aya is innocent. Miki couldn’t let her have such a huge decision rest on Aya as well.
Miki was aware that in fact Aya was probably not as innocent as most thought. However, she had that aura of innocence that she respected too much. That she loved to much too let big business taint.
“Fine, I understand. But you know,” she paused. Maybe there was a way to get out of this all. “The fans won’t understand if you just split GAM up with no reason. They won’t get that we broke up. I mean, unless you want to explain to them our relationship.” She smirked thinking she had the upper hand. But that soon faded when the man in front of her didn’t drop his own smug expression.
They sat on Ayas couch embracing each other and Aya buried her face into Mikis neck her hair lightly tickling Miki. Miki loved how she would always snuggle up to her seeming to never want to let go.
It was the innocent Aya that everyone got to see.
As the night progressed with the girls holding each other, talking and laughing together soon it got very late. Aya reached up and took Mikis face into her hands slowly leaning in and kissing the older girl. Miki let herself be pushed down onto her back on the couch as Aya started to move her hands across Mikis body as there tongues entwined.
This was the not so innocent Aya reserved only for Miki.
Miki let herself get lost in Aya. In how she touched, how she kissed and how she would purr sweet nothings into her ear. But as Aya began to unbutton Mikis jeans something made Miki reach down and stop her.
Aya looked at Miki confused.
“I’m really tired tonight Aya. Can we just sleep?” She asked with a pleading look in her eyes, but all the while keeping a happy smile on her face so as not to worry her little Aya. Too bad she wasn’t really tired, not in the slightest. She just desperately wanted to keep the innocent Ayaya in her mind for as long as they were still together. After all that’s what had drawn Miki to her in the first place.
Aya paused for a moment still confused, before giggling lightly. “You’re so weird sometimes Tan. But sure.” She winked, “We’ve got all tomorrow.”
Oh crap. “Yea Aya about that. I know I’m supposed to have the next three days off but something has come up and I have to work.” Aya seemed disappointed momentarily but soon shrugged it off. It was uncommon for them to have something scheduled last minute like this.
“No the fans will understand. In fact they might be pretty angry at you.”
“Why would they be angry at me?” Now Miki was very confused. What did UFA have up its sleeve?
“Remember how Yaguchi got in trouble when she was in Morning Musume?” Miki nodded now almost sure of where this is going to go. “Well, we’ve arranged for you to take the same leave with a comedian.”
She felt her heart stop. Not only did she have to leave Aya, but she was going to hurt her even more by…Miki closed her eyes and breathed in deeply. This can’t be happening. “I won’t do it.”
She opened her eyes and looked coldly over at the man on the other side of the desk. There was a fire of determination in her eyes. His smug look dropped for a small moment, but then he smirked once again. “Oh really?”
“I refuse. I won’t hurt Aya like that.”
“Then you’ll both lose your careers completely. We can make something up easily to give to the tabloids.” Miki mentally slammed her head against a wall. She can’t do that to Aya…she can’t let her give up her career. But she also can’t hurt her that much. “It’s your choice Fujimoto.”
After a minute of silence she finally spoke very softly, “When?”
“On your three days off.”
Miki closed her eyes once more. She had been planning on spending those days with Aya. “All three days?”
“All three days. Just for assurance someone gets the pictures.”
“Fine,” Miki stood up and started to march out of the room.
“Oh by the way,” she stopped but didn’t turn around as he continued to speak. “When do you plan on doing it? I hope its before those three days.”
Miki knew he was right. The article would say what days the pictures were taken and if she was still with Aya during those days it would seem she cheated on her. But, “I don’t think I can do it that soon.” I need as much time as I can with her. If that’s all we have left.
Miki entered the same room she had been in a couple of weeks before when she had received the news that it was break Ayas heart or break Ayas life. “What do you want now?” She asked completely annoyed. She had done what was requested and acted all lovey with that man for three days straight. What more could UFA want with her now.
“I was just wondering if you had done it yet?” He asked flipping through what looked like a stack of pictures.
Of course Miki hadn’t done it yet. She’d tried yes…many times she’d tried. But she couldn’t bring herself to do it. It was too painful. “No, I haven’t.”
Suddenly the pictures he had been holding were thrown onto the desk in front of Miki. They were from those three days. And yea there was no way to deny that wasn’t her.
“These are being published tomorrow.” Miki gulped, shit. “I suggest you do it before then.” And with that he turned to his computer screen and began working again.
Miki stood up and walked out of his office. What am I going to do? The thought ran through her head over and over. She didn’t want to do this. She didn’t want to hurt her Aya. She couldn’t.
But, she couldn’t let Aya lose what she had worked so hard for. What she loved so much.
Soon Miki found herself in front of Ayas dressing room. Knocking she prayed that she wouldn’t be there. That she was out at a shoot or something.
“Come in!” Miki cringed as she opened the door. Aya looked up from a magazine she had been reading and smiled brightly. “Miki-tan!” She said cheerfully as she set the magazine down on the counter.
This time Miki couldn’t hide the sadness from her. As much as she wanted her last memory of them together to be where Aya was laughing and smiling like the happy person she was, Miki knew this conversation wasn’t going to end that way. It was going to end them, it was to be the last conversation they share as one unit.
As Aya registered Mikis expression her face slowly changed from happiness to confusion then stopped on worry and she got up and walked over to the older girl standing in front of her. “Whats wrong?” she asked searching Mikis eyes for an answer.
I have to make this quick, so I don’t start crying. Then it will truly be impossible to say what has to be said. Miki looked at Aya for one last time as hers. She took it all in from the top of her head where her beautiful hair rested, to her toes concealed by fuzzy white socks to match her fuzzy attitude about life.
Taking a deep breath in Miki smiled trying too look assuringly as she took Aya by the arm and lead her over to the couch on the other side of the room. As they both sat down Miki quickly said without hesitation, “Aya I love you.” Her eyes we're penetrating and sincere. She wanted to communicate to Aya what she really wanted to say. That she loves her with every fiber in her being and wished nothing more than to stay with her forever. But it was too much to say in one short look, and Aya never read the message.
“And I love you too Tan.” She smiled and placed her hand on Mikis cheek in an attempt to comfort her. She smiled showing all her teeth as she wondered what Miki could be doing as she spoke so seriously about something they always said.
Miki felt a lone tear roll down her face and immediately Aya used her thumb to wipe it away not liking the look of her sad lover. “Tan?” She questioned.
“I can’t do this,” Miki said at almost a whisper as she pulled away from Aya and attempted to get up from the couch. They were at too close of a proximity for Miki to be able to handle this. She could feel Ayas breath on her face and it was making this speech impossible.
Too bad Aya wasn't going to let it her go that easily as she grabbed Miki by the arm and made her stay there, “You can’t do what? Miki come on talk to me. You can tell me anything.” She pleaded her voice getting slightly horse as her emotions started to take over even though she had no idea why.
“This,” she said pulling away from Aya once again. She grabbed her arm where Aya had been holding onto her in order to try and keep the heat from Ayas touch linger just a little longer. “I love you Aya, as a friend.” It was the last touch.
She watched Ayas face as it turned to complete confusion. Miki could feel her throat starting to close up. She had to finish this off now. Before her body made it impossible to do so, before she lost control completely.
“I don’t understand,” Ayas voice cracked a little and her eyes started to glisten with tears.
“Only,” Miki forced herself to continue. “Only as a friend.” She knew that her voice souded cold, but there was no way to make this sound comforting or hopeful. She knew shewas harsh, something she had never been towards Aya. She knew she didn’t mean it, and never would and never had. Then Miki watched as tears began to slowly roll down the face of the innocent girl she loved so dearly.
Aya struggled and tried her best to control her tears but after a few moments she couldn't help it any longer and she began to sob uncontrollably inwardly begging Miki to hold her. To hold her close and tell her this was all some cruel joke. That she wasn't going to go anywhere and stilled loved her as much as she had always claimed to. But after a minute she still felt no gentle embrace around her shaking body even though she could feel Mikis gaze as she stared at her in horror.
“Tan…” was all Aya managed to get out in between sobs. Tan please don't leave me.
Miki got up and took a few steps backwards away from Aya who was now desperately reaching out for her with her hands. She wanted so much to comfort Aya even for just one more time. But she knew if she didn’t leave now she would never be able to let go and would endanger Ayas career.
Quickly Miki turned away from her and walked swiftly out the door shutting it quiet roughly behind her. “I’m sorry…”
* * * * *
Miki woke up and walked into her bathroom. There were puffy bags under her eyes from crying all night. It’s a good thing they we’re letting her have the day off. Those UFA bastards.
She walked into her living room stretching and switched on the TV. She immediately regretted this early morning habit when the first bit of news she saw were pictures of herself from that long weekend.
For some reason, she couldn’t feel herself hurting. Maybe she had already hurt as much as one human being could.
As she stood there and watched the news all she could feel now was Ayas pain. She began to cry, but they weren't her tears; they we're Ayas tears. Her entire body began to tremble as she tried to control her emotions. But they weren't the problem...
Miki closed her eyes and thought about her innocent Aya. How cute she was with everything she did, how much she truly cared for her, how much she loved to please her fans to a point of no end.
But as she was finally able to calm down and open her eyes; her own pain was back.
Miki now knew that her innocent Ayaya...would never be innocent again.

and yes I know its another sad GAM break up story involving UFA being jackasses. So common but -shrug-
-
So sad yet so wonderful at the same time.
I felt really bad for Aya but even worse for Miki because she had to break her heart and Aya's heart at the same time.
-
 :OMG: :err: :gyaaah: :pleeease: :mon cute:
SOOO SAD!
......
But I love it!
I don't know who I feel more sorry for.
Great story though!
-
 OMG that's sooo sad!!! i was like crying over my comp screen *get napkin to clean the key board* poor GAM.....
please continue your great work!
-

This is really sad....
but you did a GJ!!!! ;)
-
Nicely done, and definitely a new take on what happened. :yep:
-
Wow, I'm not used to Aya being innocent
That was HEART BREAKING!!!! Dang it, now I'm emo :'(
-
So sad............. I too cried as my heart also broke.
WHY!!!!!??????????
WHY DO THEY HAVE TO BREAK UP? AND WHY IS MIKI SO GOOD? DAMN IT!
Why does it have to be a one shot? I am dying to know what happens after this! Could you like humour us fans and write a second chap please? One where Aya finds out about everything hopefully, or even if she doesn't she still fights for Miki ir something.Dammit, people should know when they write one of these fics that other people will want seconds in the form of reconciliation or something. Why can't they just sneak behind UFA's back or something? Why can't they just come out to the press and say ok this is the deal, we are going out right? And you can be the first to get the scoop, and we will give you records of this and evidence and stuff. Now, if we get dropped by the agency when they find out you guys can cover the story of how they discriminated against us. You guys can write the story of how two girls in love were put through hell and given an ultimatum to keep their jobs. We will tell you all about how we were forced to keep it quiet and they told us to break up or be fired from UFA if we did not because of their stupid 'healthy normal image'. And when you win an award and justice has been done then you can thank us for it. And then when UFA fires them they can start a lawsuit or something, sue them, get millions if not billions, make their own agency or live together for the rest of their lives.... That would be so sweet. They could even go to the cops for extorion or something. Dude would be out of teh building like flaming poo through the air!
Just and idea. So yeah........ Maybe Miki could change her mind and risk it or Aya could fight or something! That would rock! Not innocent strong Aya fighting for the Miki who was fighting for her and only thinking of what's best for her. And I know that Aya would have chosen Miki if she had the choice to make but Miki didn't want to burden her so she didn't tell her the truth. Sweet poor Miki.
-
Ah, there's nothing like GAM angst . You've won me over :D Like JFC said, interesting take on just what might have happened during that entire Miki/Shouji fiasco. Good work!
-
Aw. So sad.. the poor GAM couple!

Purple Rose
“Can I come in?” A young woman with long brown hair asked as she knocked on the dressing room door. No one answered so after a moment she tried again…Still no reply.
Slowly she opened the door and stepped inside. “Yossui?”
Yoshizawa Hitomi was leaning over Ishikawa Rika who was lying on the floor with a sickly expression on her face. Fujimoto Miki watched them converse as they seemed to not notice her presence.
“You let this go on for too long without telling anyone,” Yoshizawas voice was fanit as tears slowly formed in her eyes. But she tried to keep up a smile at the same time.
“I can handle it. It’s jus a bad cold.” Rika sat up a little, petting Yossuis hair slowly, reassuringly.
Yossui laughed a little as she attempted to keep the mood light hearted. “You just collapsed on the floor.”
“I’m fine.”
There was a pause and Yoshizawa lifted the older girl up into her arms and over to a chair. “At least let me take you to a doctor.” Rika shook her head. “Please? Just to be sure.” Yossui looked pleadingly into Rikas eyes.
Miki was finally tired of just standing in on this personal conversation, “Uhmm…” In unison they both looked over to where Miki was standing. “I just wanted to talk to Yossui for a moment. Leader stuff…”
Yoshizawa nodded and gave Rika a quick smile before walking over to Miki. “What do you need?” It wasn’t rude sounding, but defiantly ‘this needs to be quick.’
“Well…” Miki was fiddling with something behind her back when suddenly Rika let off a very violent series of coughs causing Yoshizawa to run back over to her.
“Rika?” Yossui spoke, panic very clearly in her tone. She just responded by coughing more and began to fall out of the chair. Yoshizawa gathered her up into her arms to keep her steady. “What’s wrong? Rika! Talk to me!” The coughing continued as she tried to respond. “Miki! Find someone to help!”
Miki who had just been standing petrified to her spot didn’t move at her request. “Hurry!” She jumped a little and then ran out of the room and down the hallway looking for someone to help dropping a purple rose on the way.
* * * * *
Two hours later Miki sat in the waiting room of the local hospital. Yoshizawa was up and pacing in front of her constantly looking from the emergency room door to her watch.
“What the hell is taking so long!?” She suddenly burst out throwing her arms in the air.
As if on cue, a doctor came out and walked over to Yoshizawa. “Mam,” he said in a very serious tone. “She’s currently conscious and stable if you would like to go see her.” She immediately started off to the door. The doctor grabbed her arm stopping her, “But first may I speak with you about her condition?” Yoshizawa hesitated, but then complied as they walked over to the other side of the room near the vending machines.
Miki sat and watched for a while before curiosity got the best of her and she pretended to purchase from the candy machine.
“She needs a transplant by the end of the day, otherwise it will become fatal.”
“I’ll do it.”
“You can’t.”
“Why not?” Yoshizawa suddenly became very angry and grabbed the doctor by his jacket collar.
He stayed surprisingly calm, “Not the right blood type.”
“Then find someone who is!” she yelled at him.
“It’s not that easy. It’s all completely voluntary.”
Yoshizawa let him go, “Can I just go see her now?”
The doctor nodded and began to lead her back to her room. Miki silently followed and then watched Yoshizawa and Rika through the door window.
Rika was very pale; yet she smiled when Yossui walked over to her bed and hugged her. Miki was shocked when Yossui suddenly pressed her lips to the older girl.
She felt her heart shattering as she watched the two. “I never knew…” she whispered to herself.
Yoshizawa leaned her forehead against the older girls. Then Rika began to cry, “I’m going to die aren’t I?”
Yossui pulled back a little, “No no no. Don’t say things like that. You’re not going to go anywhere.” She stroked Rikas long hair and kissed her lightly. “Besides, you’re not allowed to leave me. I wouldn’t know what to do.”
Rika smiled and slowly brought her hand up to the taller girls face. She was still silently crying, “I don’t want you to worry about me.” She paused, “I’m going to take a nap for a while. I’m really tired.” She smiled and slowly leaned back against the bed as she fell asleep.
Yoshizawa kissed her on the forehead before burying her face in the sheets and completely broke down.
Miki stepped away from the door and felt her own tears slowly rolling down her face. She noticed the same doctor from before walking by and grabbed his wrist to speak to him.
“Patient Ishikawa Rika, what’s her blood type?”
* * * * *
“She’ll just need to stay here a couple of days to make sure the operation was a success.”
Yoshizawa smiled at the doctor gratefully and then ran into Rikas room.
The doctor continued down the hall to another room and glanced in on Fujimoto Miki who was lying there. He entered after knocking, “You did a brave thing.” She didn’t look over at him. Just stared out the window.

AWWWW! and :) Kudos to Miki for being such a good person. I guess Yossy doesn't know she gave the blood. I feel bad for Miki cuz it seems like she loved Yossy (I'm assuming it's Yossy, I guess it could be Rika) and didn't know they were a couple. :pleeease:
-
 Miki such a good girl
I think she is in love with Yossy, maybe for the reference to the purple rosE
Yossy color = purple
Well, this was sad... as a Yomiki fan, I can't avoid to feel sad when I read these fics  But still, I like angs XD
Anyways... good job
-
Kreuz got it right
but there is also more meaning because a purple rose means love at first sight =]

Well I haven't read this yet but the title keeps calling me so I will read this.... Later now I'm way too tired and going to sleep but in the morning I will be back with comments ~Night~
okay I'm back great stories It sucks that in both stories Miki doesn't achieve happiness and love... she's just too nice :farofflook:
-
Awz... Mikitty~
-
Awwwwwww I love Miki! She is just so selfless! She sacrificed her own happiness time after time, for the happiness of those she loves. She is so nice.
I think it is Yoshi, mainly cause she was going to see her, not Rika, and then those things just sort of happened. Maybe in a sequel she can like walk by and see Miki in the bed and like, read her chart or read Rika's chart and find out that it was her that did it.
But she would still be with Rika. It's not like she would dump her now. But Miki is such a sweet soul, for giving up a part of her so the one she is in love with could be happy without her, and throughout all this not once did she complain!
I love your stories, the angst and the love, I hope you keep it up. Luv u too, mwah cya, byez
Great job as always!
-
Miki rocks! I like your stories especially the 1st one which makes me cry  I hope something nice will happen and Miki won't end up just as the poor hero whose deeds no one cares about. YossixRika is just sweeet! :D

Miki does rock, and I also love the stories etc, in fact I cried when reading the first one, and my mum was like "WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU KID???" and it was soooo sad, I loved it all though.
I also hope Miki ends up with someone, but sadly I think these are all just oneshots, and I don't think it would be as deep if she ended up happy.... But that's ok, I don't think they are related so maybe, just maybe she could end up with Aya! YEY! I know how much you love GAM.
But her deeds certainly did not go unnoticed or unapreciated, it's just that she received no credit for them, for I think she was unonimous. Plus Rika is Yoshi's girlfriend, she was probably waiting there for hours to see what would happen to her, so no wonder she ran in to see her. And who knows, maybe she saw Miki earlier. Or maybe she just didn't know or wasn't told she was in hospital too or maybe Miki told her to go or maybe she already saw her..... lots of maybes so cheer up Getito!
Also I am liking the idea of GAM not splitting up. I know it's the fad or something, but could you please write a chapter two of that story? Even if they don't get back together, I bet Aya's POV would be really interesting. Its one of those stories that should be told from all sides, even the cats'! lol, anyway gj, keep it up, your stories are my new guilty pleasure :)
-
So its actually a three part story
but since its only three parts I'm putting it in my short story area
I'm changing it to four parts because having all the interviews into one part I think would get boring
(and no I have not abandoned One Minute...just a short break until I have more time =])
I honestly had this idea and never thought I would write any bit of it
because I think its really random/corny/stupid XD but that doesn't mean you shouldn't read it or not comment it (actually comments would make me feel better about writing this haha)
I just think...idk
but it wouldn't leave my head so here it is...

Happy...forever? 1/4
“I would put the time of death at around ten o’ clock last night. From the wound I would say she died within ten or fifteen minutes after being struck.” The detective stood up from the corpse and looked around the room trying to find some type of clue in this one sweeping glance. All the girls looked equally nervous and most avoided his gaze. This was going to be difficult. He turned away from them and looked around the room.
There wasn’t even a sign of a struggle besides the blood and of course the now deceased young woman laying face down in the middle of the room; her brown wavy hair now slightly reddened and sticky because of the blood. “Of course, no murder weapon on sight.” The detective sighed and then looked over at one of the police officers standing in the corner. “Can you get these girls out of here and in some other room? Plus I need to know if there is some type of video recording at the exits to this building. We need to know who was still here between 9:45 and about 10:30.” He nodded and began to usher the girls out of the room as they began to chat amongst themselves quietly.
“Better solve this one quick before the news gets there hands on it.”
* * * * *
A young staff member ran up to the detective with a video tape in his hands. “Mr. Higashi! You asked about a security camera?”
Shimura Higashi took the tape out of the kids hand and looked at it. “Is there only one exit?”
“Uhmm, no sir.” Higashi raised an eyebrow at him, “But uhmm.” He stuttered a little. “After eight we have all the other doors locked and you can only get out this way.”
“You’re sure?”
“Yes,” he replied nervously.
“Good job then,” Higashi turned away from the man and over to a room the company had lent to the police and himself to use during the investigation. They were smart enough to have already brought him a television set complete with VCR. Plugging the tape in with a pad and paper in hand he began to watch and record when everyone left starting at 9:40 and watching until this morning.
9:50 Kamei Eri stands by entrance door as if waiting for someone.
9:52 Nakazawa Yuko leaves.
9:58 Tanaka Reina meets up with Kamei Eri at entrance.
10:00 Tanaka Reina and Kamei Eri exit together.
10:03 Yoshizawa Hitomi leaves.
10:08 Takahashi Ai leaves with Niigaki Risa.
10:19 Matsuura Aya leaves.
10:25 Shibata Ayumi and Ishikawa Rika leave together.
No more activity on tape until morning so assume no one was left in the building.
Higashi stared at his list for a couple of minutes trying to piece together some more information, but nothing came to mine. “You,” he pointed to another police officer. “I want you to assemble these nine girls outside this room in this order, tell the others they have permission to leave. But start with Miss Nakazawa.” The officer nodded and took the list leaving the room.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Yea its a really short first part
-
wow cool..
suspense?.XD
-
nice..new....but who did kill Miki? Unless....KOHARU? lol, but she doesn't have brown hair. I dunno...I mean Shibata was there too so it could be anyone frm HP...But I dunno...I just thought Miki straight away. I could've been anyone... Interesting. I am dying to know what happens next.
-
^ yep i was thinking Miki too, with the long wavy brown hair. please update soon! :cow:
-
ooo I like a good mystery
so it appears that only the 9 were present... I'll have to guess Reina if it's just from the 9. Only because Eri had to wait for her..meaning she was off doing something else.
-
MIKI-SAMA NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! :OMG:
-
Miki? :'(
-
I changed this story into four parts because I think having all the interviews in one part would be too boring
Anyways here is the second part...
I might get the third up tonight...but thats only a maybe
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Happy...Forever? 2/4
“Head…ache” Higashi rubbed his temples as he sat across from Nakazawa Yuko who had her arms crossed in front of her chest and a very determined look on her face. She was being difficult to the detective by only answering in Yes or No answers even if it didn’t make sense. But for some reason she didn’t seem guilty, for she was just being difficult, not suspicious.
“Ok let’s go over this one last time.”
Nakazawa waved her hand dismissively, “If you must.”
“Ok, you’re saying you left the building at around eight pm?” she nodded, “but you realized you left your…flask in one of the dressing room so at around nine thirty or sometime close you came back to get it.” He paused, “Then at nine fifty-two you left again and went to a bar on Main Street?”
“Yes,” she began to stand up.
“Now hold on,” he pointed back to the chair. “Just please answer this directly. Do you remember anything weird from when you came back to get your uhmm…flask.” Are they even allowed to have those in this building?
Yuko sat back down sighing, “Not really.”
“You’re positive?”
“Well…” she paused and stared up at the ceiling thanking. “I don’t remember much about last night because…well you can probably assume…but when I was getting my flask I vaguely remember seeing Miki a little before nine fifty leaving the locker room with Yocchan following closely behind. They didn’t even notice me because they were arguing about something.” She shrugged, “I don’t remember what. But it isn’t an uncommon thing to see them arguing…they do it all the time lately.”
Higashi wrote all of this down in his notebook and then began to chew on the end of his pen lost in thought. After a minute Nakazawa sighed very loud and noticeably causing Higashi to look back up at her. “Oh, I’m done questioning you for now.”
“So I can leave?”
“Not quiet yet. There may be more I have to ask you-“ he was cut off by a knock at the door. “Come in,” a police officer entered.
“Sorry to interrupt but Miss Tanaka and Miss Kamei just arrived by taxi. Would you like me to fill them in on what has happened?”
The detective thought about it for a moment. “Actually no. Just tell them that Miss Fujimoto has been found deceased and we need to talk to each of them at one point. Actually I believe Kamei is next?” The police officer nodded. “Ok then will you please escort Miss Nakazawa into another room. Oh and could you please make sure that each of the nine girls are in separate rooms. I don’t want them to converse with each other.” The officer nodded and exited with Nakazawa right behind him.
After about ten minutes a very shaken up Kamei Eri entered the room and sat across from Higashi. “Are you alright?” He asked sincerely.
She nodded and her eyes began to dart around the room. She looked extraordinarily nervous and kept playing with her hands. It was suspicious, but to be expect a little. She had just arrived for work and was now being questioned about a sudden murder…so Higashi let it slide a little bit.
“I’m just going to ask you a few questions and then you can leave. So if you cooperate I promise to make this as painless as possible.” The young girl nodded and looked down at the floor refusing to look Higashi in the eyes. “Now how about you start telling me about where you where from about nine last night till around eleven.”
She nodded, “Ok well…me and some of the girls decided to stay behind after dance practice to try and get in a couple more hours.”
Higashi interrupted her, “Which girls?”
“Uhmm,” she paused and looked up at the ceiling. “Reina, Ai-chan and Gaki-chan.” The detective scribbled this all down and then nodded for her to continue. “We all stayed there until a little before ten when Reina suggest that she and I leave because Gaki and Ai still wanted to dance more but…I think she did it because I kept yawning like I was tired.”
“So then you left?”
Eri nodded but then suddenly looked at him, “Well not right away. When we were almost to the entrance Reina said she forgot her jacket in the locker room and for me to wait by the door for her. So I did that and about ten minutes later she came back out. We talk about where to go and finally decided on my place and then left.”
“Hmm, and so after that I’m going to assume you did in fact go to your house?”
Eri nodded again and looked back down at the floor. Higashi stood up and went over to the door where a police officer was stationed outside. Whispering to the officer, “I want you to move Miss Tanaka to the end of the list please?” He nodded and Higashi returned back to his seat. “Is there anything that struck you as odd while you were still at the bulding.”
Kamei thought about it for a little while, “Well there was Nakazawa leaving mumbling something about needing a drink. But other than that…no.”
“Ok then, thank you very much Miss Kamei. Ken!” The same police officer entered the room once again. “Please take Miss Kamei back to her room and bring in Mist-uhmm Miss Yoshizawa.”
“Yes sir,” and then both left the room leaving Higashi a couple minutes to think. He studied his notes carefully and then thought back to the security camera. He was going to have an odd conversation with Miss Tanaka when her turn came up.
-
wow cant wait for the other interviews. :cow:
-
Can’t be Yossie, right.?. Maybe someone who has grudge against Yossie or something
-
Whoa, how did I miss this?! :scared: This is a cool thing. I wonder who really did it.....so far it seems like it could be Yossy, Reina, Gaki-san, Ai-chan or maybe Nakazawa. But none of them seem like murderers! Can't wait to hear more interviews!
-
Yeah, none of them seem like murderers..... Are you sure Miki is dead? Lol, had this been Gomatou it would've been fair game but now I'm thinking she isn't dead at all..
The evidence so far points at Yoshi. Or Reina. She left Eri alone in front of the camera and then escorted her outside but was alone for ten minutes. Yoshi was seen arguing with Miki before this. or after. Meanwhile Nakazawa just came in grabed her flask and left. It doesn't seem like any of them did it but the most suspicious looks to be Yoshi. Because she was arguing with the deceased on the night of the murder.
They could've gotten into a more serious argument and Yoshi could have accidentally killed her. But I don't htink so. I know Yoshi better. I can't wait for the rest though... I hope we find out more soon. And yoshi is next on the chop block....interesting! oh please update soon!~
-
Mk so I skipped over a couple interviews because they are unimportant and uninteresting.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Happy...Forever? 3/4
“Yea, Miki and I argued. What’s that got to do with anything?” Yosizawa scoffed at Higashi from the other side of the table with her hands planted firmly on the desk.
Higashi kept a calm look on his face. “Well considering that Miss Fujimoto is now dead, it’s got a lot to do with things.”
Yossui rolled her eyes, “I didn’t kill her. What kind of motive would I even have for that?”
“I’m not sure, why were you arguing with Miss Fujimoto?”
“Futsal.”
“Hmm?”
“Futsal. She really sucked during practice. We have game starting next month. I needed her to pick up her game.” Yossui rolled her eyes a little bit. “It’s my job as Captain to make sure everyone is ready.”
Higashi wrote this down in his notebook and then flipped back a few pages. “Yes but we heard that it was not uncommon to see you and Miss Fujimoto arguing. Was this also about Futsal?”
Yossui shrugged, “Sometimes. I guess you could say we haven’t been on good terms lately.”
“Why is that?”
Yossui shrugged once again, “I’m not sure. I just started to aggravate her all the time. If she were alive you could ask her.” She paused realizing that probably wasn’t the smartest thing to say right then. “Can I go now?”
“Almost, so you say you left Miki in her dressing room about ten minutes to ten, got your stuff and left. Where did you go after that?”
“I met up with Aya at my place to watch a movie.” Higashi raised his eyebrow a little, “What is that a crime now?”
“No…no…” he looked down at the times which all the suspects left the building. “Well thank you Miss Yoshizawa. I’ll ask you to please go back to your room and wait in case I have further questions.”
* * * * *
Both Takahashi and Niigakis interviews went very similar to each other. Both said they stayed after to practice dancing and they left together. Nothing suspicious…but one detail did help him.
Now it was the best friends turn, “Miss Matsuura.”
Aya looked up from her lap, her eyes were puffy and red from crying and she kept sniffling a little. Higashi pushed a Kleenex box over to her and she greatfully took it and blew her nose, drying her eyes a little as well. “I’m sorry. It’s just-“
“It’s okay. Losing a friend can be very painful. Now, why don’t you tell me about your night?”
“Well,” she sniffled once again. “I was in my dressing room for a while relaxing because my recording ran a lot later than expected. There was something wrong with the equipment. Then when I finally went to leave I ran into Yossui leaving Mikis dressing room.”
“Wait, so did you see Miss Fujimoto,” Aya nodded. “But you didn’t say anything?”
“I waved to her, but I was in a hurry to get home.”
Higashi looked down at his notes. “Yossui left before you did and she still took ten minutes after leaving Miss Fujimotos dressing room.”
“I stopped and talked with Rika and Ayumi who were in the Futsal practice room.”
So you stopped and talk to them but not Miki…he kept these thoughts to himself and let her continue.
“Then I left and met Yossui at her house.”
A lot of these things didn’t fit. But then again neither did Yossui or Reinas. He now had three people he was pin pointing.
* * * * *
“Ayumi and I we practiced Futsal together until about ten fifteen and then we left and both went home.”
“Did you see anything suspicious?”
Rika shook her head, “Not really. Uhmm when we got there Yossui and Miki were about to leave the locker room. Yossui looked angry and Miki was putting some sort of package in her locker. I said Hi to Yossui but Miki looked really sad or something…” Rika paused, “Sorry I can’t be more help.”
“No no…its fine.” Higashi flipped through all of his notes and went over to the door. “Ken, were going to postpone Miss Tanakas interview. Please take Ishikawa back to her room, I need to look into something.”
-
Some ppl's stories are getting a little messed up here..... :? Why does the detective keep pushing Reina's interview back? So suspicious! I wanna know!!!! *has a little tantrum like Yaguchi in that one Haromoni skit*
-
damn this is making me confused... XD
Reina?.. i wnder
-
Ayaya and Yossy planned and executed it together :o
Its probably one of those things where everyone plays a part and thinks they did it but then Miki like fell over after they all left and killed herself :P
-
haha loli you're funny!
But I think Yoshi has a lot of explaining to do...wait a minute! I got it! She is innoccent! What she did in those ten minutes is break into Miki's locker to steal the package. Maybe it was something she wanted to give to someone and she didn't want her to get that someone.
So that means...well, it was obviously someone other than Reina, Eri, Yuko or anyone before Yoshi. I think that since both Yoshi and Aya said they saw her alive that means that she probably died after she left her.. But that means that since Yoshi left her at 950 it puts Eri, Reina and so on back inv the game. Which means it might've been Reina.
Ai and Gaki are their own alibis. But they were in the dancing room and we saw them get out of it and leave basically so I think they're innocent. Nakazawa may have caught the start of the murder but she was too drunk to realise or notice. She would've been on her way out anyway since it might take about two minutes for a drunken person to walk across the room or something which leaves Reina up to about eight minutes.
if the yoshi theory is right, it takes about 10-13 minutes to get from Miki's room to the dressing room to the door. Yuko took 22 minutes to get in and out. say she went straight away that would mean each trip to the door took about 10 minutes, from her room. She said she saw Yoshi and Miki coming out of the locker rooms at 9 50.. SO that would mean the locker rooms are about 2 minutes away from the door.
Yuko saw this and left. If Yoshi was saying the truth (and didn't go for the package) she spent about ten minutes commuting from there to Miki's room to outside. Assuming the camera is situated outside the entrance that they all took, that would mean she spent 4 minutes going to her room from the lockers, 4 to get back to the lockers and 2 to get to the entrance/exit (where the camera is at).
Rika said at 10:15 she and Shiba left to go home. She was then 10 minutes away from the exit. that means she was at Miki's room when Rika had just left. That means that they saw her at 19 past had she been in there because you still have not told us where she was killed. Assuming she died in there they were too late to kill her. On the other hand Aya is the last porrible person who could've killed her.
But they also said that when they got there Miki and Yoshi were about to leave the locker room. This means they saw her before 9:50. So they didn't kill her. They must've spent at least 15 minutes practicing... Hang on. If it takes 2minutes from the locker rooms to Miki's that means that they saw them at about 9:48..and passed her room at 9:52. They played from 9:58 to 10:15 right? so they played for 17 minutes. They left at 10:15. passed her room again at 10: 21 and arrived at the door at about 10:25.
This means that Aya must've gone from Miki's room at 9:50 to Rika and Shiba. Gotten there at 10. To leave at 10:19 she must've left at 9 past, speaking to them for seven minutes, passing Miki's room again at 10:15.----
AAARGH! MIGRAINE~!! YOUUUU! WHY DIDN'T YOU GIMME MORE INFORMATION? I AM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THEY WERE BUT YOU DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME WHERE SHE DIED, WHAT TIME EXACTLY OR EVEN HOW THE PLACE IS LAYED OUT OR ABOUT THOSE OTHER THREE PEOPLE AND I CAN'T TELL WHO DID IT LIKE THIS.
the way I see it
place where R and S practiced futsal ------------->10 minutes from door
Miki's room----------------> 6 minutes from door
Locker room -------> 2 minutes from the door
Ai and Risa's dancing room --> next to the door? I Don't know you haven't told me their statements.so basically this is the way I see it. And I've been working on this, pulling my hair all day but you didn't give enough information meanie! Im usually good at these but you gave me nothing but suspects and possibly fake alibis and I don't even get a hint as to which ones are fake!
R & S ---->4min--->Miki's room--->4min----->locker room--->2min---->door
thats all, gj keep it up, I want the next chapter like now cause I really wanna know if it says a few things I gotta know, like if Miki is even dead. And poor Ayaya and everyone else. You're forgetting that Miki (might be ) dead and everyone somehow answers those questions mechanically and with no feeling.. Aya was the only one that cried, and she didn't even spend time with her that night, less she killed her or actually hung out with her.
I don't wanna talk about this anymore, I have a huge headache.
-
^ Don't forget how great Ayaya is at acting... Just coz she was the only one crying, doesn't mean she was actually affected by this... If she killed Miki (which I think/hope she did) then she doesn't want to be caught out and coz she is the closest to her, if she didn't cry, THAT would be suss... Ah yes, Aya is smart ;)
Yossy knew as well :P
Ahhhh, why am I even here reading fics, I have a Kanji test tomorrow to study for!
-
i think that it's ayaya, 'cause she wanted yossy only to herself :cow:
-
Ooooooooooooooooooooh...the plot thickens.
:pig huh:
-
ayaya... my meitantei conan fan instincts tell me it's her...
-
place where R and S practiced futsal ------------->10 minutes from door
Miki's room----------------> 6 minutes from door
Locker room -------> 2 minutes from the door
So I actually don't have the next part done...but because of all the comments i'm going to work on it right now =]
but I just want to say one this to sweetys comment
You're forgetting that people can talk in the hallway altering the time it takes them to leave the building.
Plus, The only exact time we know are the ones from the security camera
^^
-
but where was the camera situated? We can tell what time they passed it, but we can't really tell where they came from or anything, making it impossible, also we don't know how they acted, like if any of them stopped to tie their shoelaces or did anything shifty XD
Also we haven't gotten the complete forensic reports yet, which means there are a lot of things being left out. Why do I have a bad feeling that the package is more significant then first assumed? I have a feeling it might have had something to do with her immediate demise. So I am guessing it may or may not have contained the murder weapon. And why wont they tell us what / if she died from? Like for example it could've been a kitchen knife, so we could have looked at teh kitchen footage to see if anyone had been getting a knife from there before and returning it/cleaning it later.....
Or if she was pushed off somewhere, why don't they check any of the other girls for bruises or any marks on her that may have had any of the girls fingerprints...lol if this happens, :
Officer: Miss matsuura, miss yoshizawa, do you know why we have called you back here?
M&Y: No...whhy?
OFF: We have reason to believe you were associated with the murder of Fujimoto Miki!
M*gasp*
Y: This is preposterous!
O: Found on the victims body, were several bruises and cuts. Upon investigation, those one hundreed and fity two external bruises, several of which in round, and oval shapes, many more appeared to be bite marks and some slightly larger, hand sized ones around the bottom area. There were rope marks on the wrists and we have found the rope you used to bind her with. The lab results matched your DNA to the saliva and other liquids found on the victims body. There are traces of your DNA under her fingernails as blood and skin and we have found a zillion other types of both your DNA on her body!
Aya: We can explain!
Officer: You could bloody try, but there is a mountain of evidence that points the murderer finger at you too! What excuse could you possibly have for all this?
Y: we umm......... Miki you see.........umm.....she........ahh...........kinda..........
Aya: She likes it rough
She said, both of them blushing
Officer: Ru-ruff? huh? What does she like..........oh...........OH.......oooh
Aya: yeah...we could prove it...theres just as many scratches and bruises on me and Yoshi
Y: Yeah! And we even made a video tape!
Officer: (to himself) ka-ching!!!!!!!!!!!!
We'll need that tape as evidence you too! Bring it directly to me and I'll cum-come up to the guards and tell them we don't need to see you two in person anymore
Y,A: :? ???
cant wait for the next chapter!
-
well if I can't select JunJun on the list...(I think Miki slipped on one of junjun's banana peels and fell onto the knife Junjun always carries around to cut her apples with) hehe okay I'll stop kidding XD...I'll take a real guess and say that it's Ayaya. I can see her motive being that Miki and Yossie always fought over Ayaya...so Ayaya went to talk it out with Miki and get things under control but things went terribly wrong that night...
-
Ooooo...I can't wait to see what happens...
-
im gonna say takagaki did it because there alibis are too similar and no one can verify what they were doing after kamei and tanaka left and when they left... but then again y does the detecctive keep pushing reinas interview back???
-
Friends...Forever? 4/4
Higashi found the guard to the UFA building and had him unlock Miki Fujimotos locker and he began to go through the contents. What he was looking for wasn’t hard to find as it was the last thing placed inside. It was a small packaged that resembled a gift for a birthday or some type of holiday. He thought about what the date was and everyone who was friends with Fujimoto, but no one’s birthdays were near this time of year.
Slowly he began to peel off the wrapping to see what was inside. It held two pictures in hand made frames. A note was on top of the first one, and then on top of the second and then finally a note at the very bottom of the package.
The only thing that didn’t make sense was why Tanaka…that was all Higashi couldn’t seem to piece together. He went over to the police officer, Ken, “I need you to gather all the suspects in the resting area where the deceased was found. The body has been removed, correct?” Ken nodded, “then please do as I requested.”
Ken was about to go when he paused, “What about Miss Tanakas interview?”
“I find it no longer necessary,” and Higashi walked off to the resting area to wait for the nine girls.
* * * * *
Higashi stood in the center of Miss Fujimotos dressing room; you could see the blood stain on the left side of the room next to a bag with the paper weight inside of it. He stared at the crime scene for quite a while before the door creaked open and in came the nine girls. Most of which looked frightened to death. Kamei, Takahashi, Niigaki and Matsuura were all sniffling and looked as if they had been crying. Ishikawa was trying to comfort the girls. Shibata looked very dazed, like she couldn’t believe it had happened still. Nakazawa, Tanaka and Yoshizawa all just looked annoyed with the situation. Although, there was a slight smirk on Miss Yoshizawas face, but in her eyes was an underlying sadness.
The detective went over and grabbed the package he had brought from Fujimotos locker room not thirty minutes before. “I know who did it. Miss Fujimoto should not have lost her life last night.”
* * * * *
“We have to talk,” Fujimoto Miki leaned her head against a locker and peered over at the girl who had spoken.
“Right now?”
“Right now,” Yoshizawa Hitomi replied with a stern look on her face.
Miki sighed heavily and opened her locker shoving her Gatas stuff inside. “Can it wait? I have to talk to Aya at ten and its now nine thirty.”
Yossui walked up to her with an malicious look in her eyes, “Then it has to be now. I need to clarify some things with you.”
Miki sighed again and then placed a small package into her locker then closed and locked it. She turned and stared up at the taller more boyish girl. “What kind of things?”
“Like, why you hate me. And why you insist on hurting Aya.”
The look in Mikis eyes turned from bored to an almost lost and depressed look, before immediately shooting into anger. “I’m not trying to hurt her. She’s-“
“Don’t fuck with me Fujimoto.” Miki cringed; Yossui was really powerful and could probably take her down in a second if she wanted to. “Why are you doing this?!” She spat angrily punching the locker right next to Mikis head.
Miki glared at Yossui for a moment before ducking under her arm and heading towards the locker room exit. Her eyes began to water as she walked and she put her hands into her pockets as she kicked the door open exiting out into the hallway. Yossui followed swiftly behind her with fire in her eyes.
“Fujimoto don’t you walk away from me!” she roughly grabbed the older girl by the shoulders and spun her around. “Answer my goddamn question. Why the hell are you doing this? Why are you intentionally hurting Aya?”
Yossui barley got the question out of her mouth before Miki yelled at her, “It’s not intentional!” She pulled back and away from Yossuis grasp and looked at her scoffing a little. “You know nothing about it.”
One Nakazawa Yuko glared at the pair as she snuck past them and to the front door with a small flask in her back pocket. Yoshizawa noticed and then grabbed Miki by the wrist and drug her into a nearby room; which happened to be Mikis dressing room.
“Then explain it to me so I can understand,” Yossui said no longer yelling but still angry.
Miki looked down at the floor, “I can’t.”
“Why the hell not Fujimoto?”
Miki looked back up at Yossui with complete determination. “Because it is not your problem.”
Yossui scoffed at the older girl, “Not my problem?” She poked her index finger into Mikis chest, “Anything that hurts my Aya is my problem.”
Miki looked away from Yossui and at her dressing room mirror. There she had pictures pinned up of her with various members smiling at the camera. Even Yossui was there. But the person who appeared most was Aya. Too bad none of them were recent…they were all from over two months ago.
“Hey Fujimoto! Are you even still listening to me?” Yossui asked angrily as she shoved Miki back to the wall. She shook her head and glanced at the clock.
“It’s like nine fifty, so I’m going to ask you to please get the fuck out of my dressing room.”
Yossui turned away and opened the door. “Fine. But I swear to god Miki. If you hurt Aya I will personally kill you.”She then left the room and almost ran into none other than Matsuura Aya.
“Oh, hey Yossui.” She smiled brightly and gave Yossui a hug and a quick peck on the cheek.
Yossui grabbed a hold of her and held her for a moment. “Don’t let her hurt you. I love you.”
Ayas eyes began to water a little. She was not looking forward to the conversation she was about to have with Miki. “It will be okay. Tan may be a little hard-headed, but all in all she’s a caring person. She’ll listen to me…” I hope…
Yossui nodded and walked off to the locker room to grab the rest of her stuff before leaving. As she walked away she said, “I’ll see you at my place when you’re done talking with…her.”
Aya just nodded, even though Yossui had her back to her and couldn’t see, and opened Mikis dressing room door. What she saw was not what she expected. Miki was facing away from the door and from the sounds it seemed like she was crying. “Tan?” Aya asked, concern in her voice.
Immediately the sniffling stopped and Miki turned around with a happy look on her face. It changed to angry very quickly, “Why do you like her?”
“What?” Such a random question.
“You heard me. Why do you like that Yoshizawa girl?” Mikis voice was angry but there was a faint bit of sadness in her eyes. With Aya being as dense as she was she didn’t notice.
“Why does it matter?”
“Just tell me,” miki pleaded.
Aya looked at the floor. “I just do.”
Miki rolled her eyes, “and you’re willing to risk your career for her?”
“Stop it Tan!” Aya yelled walking up to her “best friend.” “I don’t know what you have against Yossui, but telling the agency just to break us up isn’t the answer.”
Miki was at a loss for words. Aya had never actually yelled at her before.
“I’m happy with her.”
Miki froze and looked back over at the mirror. She quickly turned away from Aya with tears in her eyes. “You’re sure?”
“Of course. Why would I say that if I wasn’t?”
Miki looked at the ground. She said in that Miki sort of way joking, “Then I guess I have to tell on you two.” She smiled to the ground.
Aya couldn’t see the joking in Mikis face as she was turned away, nor heard the specific tone the older girl had been using. She wasn’t going to lose her career because she was in love. Grabbing the first thing she could find Aya struck Miki in the back of her head.
Hard.
Miki let out a tiny squeal as she fell face forward onto the floor. Aya didn’t think as she struck her again.
After a moment Ayas eyes grew wide and she dropped the paper weight and fell to her knees. “I didn’t mean to Tan.” But Miki was beyond hearing and completely unconscious. Aya sat there for a moment longer before going to the counter and grabbing the cleaner that was there and quickly whipping off the paper weight to try and get the finger prints off. She did that to save her career, she wasn’t going to lose it because she…
Aya stood up and looked down at her friend lying there; unmoving and bloody. She gulped and backed away to the door. “I’m sorry Tan.”
She then put on her great acting face and walked out the door trying to convince herself it never happened.
* * * * *
Higashi looked around the room and at Matsuura. “So that’s why you did it. You were afraid the agency would kick you out for having a relationship with Miss Yoshizawa.”
Yossui was staring at Aya with wide eyes, “I don’t believe it.”
Suddenly Aya burst out yelling, “If I hadn’t had done that she would have ruined me!”
“No, you’re wrong.” Higashi looked at Matsuura with a cold glare. “You just didn’t listen to her.”
“What?”
“But first. I would like to know something. Tanaka, why did you lie about your jacket?”
Tanaka stuttered, “I didn’t. I really did leave it…but I heard Yossui say she would kill Miki and then a bit of her and Ayas conversation. I got scared so I just went back to Eri…” She looked down at the floor. “Then today, I thought Yossui had done it. So I didn’t say anything.” She started to cry a little bit, “I don’t like admitting I can be afraid.” Eri wrapped her arm around Reinas shoulders and comforted the Yankii girl.
Higashi sighed, “So that’s why.” He grabbed the package once again and handed it to Aya. “This is for you. It’s an early birthday present from Miss Fujimoto.”
The first note read: “Happy early birthday Aya. ^^ I want you to know how important you are in my life.”
Then there was a handmade picture frame with a picture of Aya and Miki looking at the camera smiling.
The next note: “But I want you to know I’m glad you found someone who makes you happy.”
There was another handmade picture frame with a picture of Aya and Yossui.
The last note had a slight wrinkle in it like it had got wet, presumably from tears. “I love you Aya. I want you to be happy. But stay my best friend, please?”
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ahh...what a predictable story
sorry the last part took longer than I wanted it to
anyways it was really predictable XD but I had to get it out of my system
now back to writing One Minute
-
hah! it was ayaya!!! my meitantei conan fan instincts were right!
that was a good fic but it's nice to know One Minute will have your full attention again... I miss reading that one
-
The last bit was really sad  that's the problem with Miki. She feels one way but what comes out of her mouth is another..Aya shouldn't have done it. Does she think that she won't get caught? Either way, her career is ruined! Actually from the title, the murderer can be guessed but I thought it was Reina! XD
Yeah, One Minute is coming back...
-
it's soooooooooo sad :fainted:
miki~~!! :gyaaah:
yukari vs aya *yuki take a stick and hit aya in the head*
:kekeke:
vengeance
-
ah so it was ayaya! :O Even though I guessed right...I don't think it was that predicable! It was hard to guess...and from the start of the last chapter I almost thought that Reina did it!
Anyways the last chapter was good...even though it left me like this :gyaaah:
Can't wait for more of One Minute~
-
I knew it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok I didn't know it, if that makes you feel better. Nice sweet ending. The package was pretty much what I expected, in other words sweet sentimental goofiness from queen dork herself but her beloved Aya misinterpreted the wholle thing and aparently in this fic, thinks more of her career than Miki so she tried to kill her......... and suceeded.

RIP
Fujimoto Miki
She has groped and loved
but lived unloved
by the one she loved
(A Miki haiku by me! Yey, my first haiku! Is it really crap? You can tell me the truth)
Poor Miki, but I guess she probably felt better dying at the hands of the one she loves.. or does that make it worse for her? And I hope you continue this fic with like Aya seeing her ghost or waking up on that day and remembering this like as De Ja Vou and being like "Hang on, if all this has come true already, who is to say that Miki doesn't love me and I am not getting a chance to make things right and a chance to win her over? I am going to make the best of today and not kill MikI!!"
loved it, loved the ending, I hope Aya feels guilty after realising that Miki really loved her and what she was getting at was that she wanted to be with her, but even if she couldn't she just wanted her to be happy with Yoshi, that's all......but who can be happy now? I guess her life and death were in vain.....and to think, she did all this just so she would be happy, and now she's gonna be to jail. A pity.
-
damn..
that last part..
-
AWWWW! Damn you Ayaya! WTF!? She killed her best friend!!!! I'm such a mess right now! XD The present was so sweet, though. And Reina-chan was too cute. Great story! But I wanna hear more from One Minute!!!

Miki: ... :gmon tears:
Both: I've missed you!!! *they hug* :mon inluv:
The end. (ending was weird, but I'm pretty sure that's how the movie went...)
Anyways, I enjoyed reading this one...even though I'm still crying over Miki. Why?!? Aya, why?! :frustrated:
-
AW COME ON!!!
:frustrated: :frustrated: :frustrated: :frustrated: :frustrated:
RIP
Fujimoto Miki
She has groped and loved
but lived unloved
by the one she loved
(A Miki haiku by me! Yey, my first haiku! Is it really crap? You can tell me the truth)
Nice, but that's not a haiku. Haiku's have only 3 lines, not 4. The 1st and 3rd lines have 5 syllables each, and the middle one has 7 syllables. My rotating Miki sigs are haikus.
-
Awww wings, your story was awesome! that should totally be the second part of this fic
And JFC, the "RIP FUJIMOTO MIKI" part is not part of the haiku. The haiku is supposed to be like a quote or something written on the tombstone. I know that haiku's are 5-4-5 syllables and stuff, I just didn't know you'd count the name as part, cause I considered it part of the title I guess :P CHUUUUU~! no hard feelings tho, it was an honest mistake......mmm stake.....when will mum get home and cook a phone call? Or *gulp* home cooking ?
lol, great story, though I wish Miki didn't die in it. It really sucks. But if anyone was to have killed her then I guess it's best that Aya did it out of ......Id say love but..... this sucks......no one loved her :'( My haiku was right Wahhhhhhhhh~!

So I totally should be sleeping because I have my first day of school in like less than 6 hours. But I've been wanting to write this for a while and it just wouldn't leave me be so I could sleep.
The title is crap..I couldn't think of anything...

To need
Time stopped.
When I opened that dressing room door expecting to find Gaki on the other side, and I did, time stopped. She wasn’t alone. She sat there with her arms tightly around one Morning Musume leader. It didn’t take a genius to understand the situation. It didn’t help when they both closed their eyes and any space that had been separating them vanished as their lips touched.
Quickly I turned around and all but ran from the room. I hoped neither one of them heard me running away, because they most definitely didn’t see me as I stood and gapped at them. Although, if they did hear me they would probably just assume Koharu or someone else hyper was being stupid again.
I just have to make it to the other hallway where my dressing room is. I could feel my eyes starting to burn and a lump forming in the back of my throat as I suppressed tears and feelings of many years. So much time of my life had been devoted to convincing myself to just do it. To just confess my feelings to Gaki that I didn’t really know what it felt like anymore to not have her on my mind twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Rounding the corner a little too quickly I almost bowled over Sayu in my haste. “Eri…?” the small girl asked as she moved to one side of the hallway avoiding my emotion filled rampage down the halls. Completely ignoring her I continued on until I reached my dressing room. Not being very quick and successful about opening the door, probably do to how much I was now shaking; I only managed to open it after a full minute.
Stepping inside and closing the door behind me I leaned my head against the wood as I reached back to quickly lock it. I stared down at my hands that were shaking to a point where I thought I might be having a seizure. I quickly wrapped my own arms around myself before sliding down the full length of the door so I was sitting on the floor.
I closed my eyes and tried to forget. But there was that image of the two happy leaders snuggling up to each other burned into my retina. The burning sensation reached its peak and I began to sob into my hands as I continued to shake. I made sure to keep my noise to a minimum so no one walking by would hear and I would have to explain myself, or more likely make up an excuse, as to why I was now sitting in my dressing room bawling my eyes out.
Maybe if I just forget my feelings. Just forget Gaki and everything I worked so hard to come to terms with. It wasn’t bad enough that I always thought she and Ai had something and I had to mentally work past that and pretend they were just friends. But I had to get past the fact that she was a female, as was I. When I thought back to what I had just walked into, the fact that two female could be intimate together didn’t really seem like something Gaki had had to work past.
But for me I had. What would my parents think? What would my fans think? What would everyone think? And more importantly…what did I think?
I sighed as my breathing began to steady itself and the tears were less frequent. It didn’t matter anymore. None of it mattered anymore. Gaki was with Ai and obviously happy. She would never return my feelings now. I guess I was just being stupid to begin with.
Stupid Ai.
Stupid Gaki.
Stupid me.
* * * * *
I sharply inhaled as Gaki grabbed my hand in hers as we walked away from the movie theatre. The other day I had completely forgotten that I had agreed to go see a movie with her this Saturday. A part of me really wanted to make up something so that I couldn’t go. But most of me still loved being able to just see her all the time. To just be around her. To just breathe her air.
She was like a drug that I could never give up if I even wanted to. It doesn’t help that she’s so nice to me. Or that she doesn’t know I know. I don’t think they realize anyone knows. But the group always laughs and jokes about them being together when they aren’t around. It makes me wonder how many actually do know, like I do, and how many are actually joking.
As we approach the train station and mine has arrived, I turned towards her to say good bye and thank you and that I will see her tomorrow; but instead I find myself being pulled into my train with her. “What are you...?”
“I’m taking you home silly. Problem?” She laughed and pokes me in the side making me giggle and my insides twist around so that I almost want to throw up. Yes, there is a problem. I can’t be around you much longer or I might accidentally tell you everything. There’s something about knowing that you can’t have someone that makes you want to tell them your feelings even more. Or maybe that’s just me. Maybe I’m completely Masochistic and want her to hurt me. Maybe I just want her to tell me face to face that it will never happen.
The train ride we share is quieter than usual. Hell this whole evening is quieter than usual. Usually I can’t stop talking and neither can Gaki. But every time she tries to say something I find myself completely shutting her down by replying in a way that no one could reply back to.
We exit the train and she grabs my hand again. I really wish she would stop doing that. It’s not making it any easier. I can’t feel my pulse quicken whenever she even inadvertently squeezes our hands together.
Finally we get to my building and shes about to turn around and walk back to the train station. Back away from me and hell she could even be getting onto a train that will take her to Ais house so they can spend the evening together. I almost throw up in my mouth a little at the very thought.
“See you tomorrow,” she waves as she turns around. There she goes Eri. There goes the girl you love walking away from you and now you’re just standing at your building like an idiot. The burning sensation comes back and I don’t know why I decided to do this but I run up behind her and wrap my arms around her stomach burying my face into her back.
She falters as I caught her mid-step before she stops moving completely. Her arms loosely hanging at her side as I’m sure she is trying to make sense of my odd behavior. I don’t blame her. Even I think I’m being too bold. But I can’t help it. I need her to know how I feel. I need to know for sure that it will never work out between us. I need to hear her say it. I find myself feeling selfish at all these thoughts. I need too much from her.
After too long of silence and me not letting go of my death grip around her stomach Gaki finally opens her mouth to speak. “Eri wh-“
“I’m sorry…” I cut her off and my grip around her stomach becomes a little tighter as I don’t want her to walk away as I’m in the middle of talking. But I can’t figure out what I want to say to her. I’ve rehearsed what I wanted to say a hundred times before I knew she was with someone. But now I have no idea how to phrase anything.
A lump forms in my throat making my voice slightly raspy. “I’m sorry,” I repeat before continuing to speak. “It’s just,” I feel my whole body become numb as I prepare myself for a great big letdown. “I love you,” I speak those last three words so softly I only know that she has heard me when I feel her whole body stiffen against me. I can’t take it anymore as I begin to cry into her back dampening her shirt.
God now I feel stupid. Not only have I made Gaki uncomfortable by telling her my feelings, but now I’m crying all over her shirt. She probably thinks I’m a sappy idiot. I slowly release my hands from around her as I step back not daring to look up from the ground as I continue to let my tears fall slowly down my face. “I’m sorry again. I-“ this time it’s me who gets cut off. I expected her to slap me or something; but I never felt her hand swipe across my face.
As Gaki pulls me into a tight embrace I feel the tears start a new as I return her gesture of kindness. Making sure to tell my mind that that is all it is. Kindness, I can’t let myself start to think it’s anything more. I’ve had enough of letdowns.
She slowly strokes my hair as she whispers into my ear. She isn’t really saying complete sentences, but I get the gist of it. She tells me all the good memories she has shared with me and how much each and everyone meant to her. Then I can tell that she is almost finished talking because I hear that inevitable word, “But…”
I hate that word. The thing that follows "but" always contradicts what is previously assumed by me. I think it should just be removed from all the dictionaries so that I can go on living peacefully. It would make everything so much easier.
“Eri I…” she trails off as she struggles with the right words. She tries a couple of other phrases and I don’t say anything. I just let her stand there and fumble as she keeps me locked between her arms. “It’s just that…Ai…” when I hear that name I want to cry again. But I don’t. I want to be a little stronger and maybe salvage the little dignity I still have.
Before she can speak again, I seem to find my voice. “It’s okay. I know…”
She pulls back from the embrace and looks me in the eyes puzzled. I stare down at the floor. She doesn’t question any further as she releases me. “I’m sorry,” she mumbles. Now I feel even worse for telling her I know. Now she must think I’m a total bitch. I knew she was involved with someone else yet I still tried. Yet I still told her and she probably thinks I just wanted to break them up.
But when I look up and our eyes meet, I can tell that was not what she was thinking. I just let my imagination run wild again with theories. Her eyes a filled with sympathy as she attempts a small smile.
We exchange no more words as she instead leads me all the way to my apartment and inside the door. I want her to stop being so nice but she takes my hand and we both lay down side by side on my bed. She gently stokes my hair in an attempt to get me to fall asleep. Eventually it works because I can feel my eyelids become heavier and my brain becoming clouded.
The last thing I remember before falling asleep was Gaki smiling at me from my bedroom door as she waved goodbye. And then I fell asleep with a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Yet at the same time, it was like a part of my heart was now missing.

DAYUUM!

OHh KAMEI
ohh..i feel like crying. XD moar~
-
No, Eri!!! :( I mean, I LOVE Takagaki but something about poor Kame makes me want her to be happy with Gaki too!!! I guess you're finishing off KonaKaga's work in making me like Gakikame!! XD And you're doing a great job!!!
MOAR!!!!
-
:k-sad:
-
Oh thank goodness, the whole time she was with Risa and telling her how she felt etc my heart was in my stomach... I thought Gaki was gonna kiss her or tell her she felt the same way too. PHEW!!! :P
Gaki is so sweet taking care of her like that and making sure Eri gets home safe and sound and drifts off to sleepy land... If I were Ai though, I'd be slightly jealous
Poor Eri, but like she said, she need to hear that it could never happen from Risa, maybe now she can move on from all those years of feelings and channel them to someone willing to return all that love *cough* Sayu/Reina *cough*
-
I'm not sure where this came from but I felt the need to write it
It's not very good but whatever
Hell, I think its just a stupid little story but I'm still posting it XD
Idk exactly who is who so you can decide for yourself
but if I had to assign people to this...it would be Reina talking about Ai

It’s not fair, I love you
I feel sick as I sit here across from you mentally undressing you with my eyes. I have longed for you to feel for me the way that I love you for three heartbreaking years that I don’t even know what to do with these pent up teenage hormones anymore. And it makes me feel sick.
I’m honestly not a pervert but I don’t know where to put this energy anymore. It’s like subconsciously I’m trying to convince myself that it’s only lust that I feel for you. So my mind is going to make me do perverted thing that make me just sick. My stomach churns and I try to tell myself to stop because I think you are just the most magnificent thing in the world and you can’t be tainted.
But here I sit across the stage, tracing the outline of your chest with my eyes and trying to picture what it looks like underneath that pale yellow shirt. How it would feel for me to run my hands down the side of your body and softly caress your skin.
Wait, where are you going? I’m just getting to the good part of envisioning you’re perfect body undressed and beneath me. I felt my stomach heave a little as I realized that I was doing it again. I scolded myself for letting just those thoughts enter my brain but more importantly that those thoughts had left me with a burning desire coursing through my body.
I watched you walk off the stage and out into the lobby for a glass of water and when you came back inside you looked refreshed. I smiled to myself as I got lost in your beauty. I wished I didn’t pine for you as I do. I closed my eyes and hung my head. I wish I never fell in love with you even at that time when I hardly knew you.
You took your place in our circle across from me once again. But instead of sitting down you bent forward to lie down on your stomach. No one was paying attention to you except me. They were all chatting waiting for the director to arrive so we could start rehearsal. This meant I was the only one who saw your slight embarrassment as your shirt reached a little too low and so when you lied down you had to pull it up higher than it was supposed to be.
That’s when you caught my eye. I couldn’t read what was going through you head but I was obviously caught for staring. I tried to play it off by smirking to poke fun at you for wearing such a revealing shirt. It seemed to work for you smiled sheepishly before resting your head in your hands.
I stared at your hair as it spilled out across the stage. I began to let my eyes wander all over your body once again. I was sitting up so I could see your full length as you lie there perfectly still. I could see your curves perfectly even under the slight baggy pants you were currently wearing. It’s like my mind had memorized your body from all the times I stared at you.
I finally forced myself to look away from you and at the door. Just focus on when the director was going to arrive. What you’re doing isn’t right. She doesn’t even know you have these thoughts about her, this has got to be in some way unethical.
* * * * *
Finally we had begun rehearsal and the director was telling some strange story about fish. We were still sitting across from each other and I looked over at you. You had the same confused face as I’m sure I did. Our eyes met and we both mouthed the same words, “where is this going?”
You smiled and looked down at the floor a slight blush playing on your cheeks. Maybe you do feel the same way? That’s got to be a sign that we think the same right? Or maybe I’m just completely over thinking the situation.
He finished his story and it turns out there was no point. I stifled a laugh as I saw you roll your eyes slightly before going to your place on stage.
* * * * *
The next scene we rehearse I’m not in so I sit in a chair off on the wings watching you. You’re sitting on a bench facing away from me. And there comes that sick feeling again.
I can see the top of your underwear protruding from your pants. There nothing fancy, just plain white. But they start those strange thoughts again and I want to punch myself in the face. I can’t move my eyes away, and you have no idea that I’m in fact not watching your brilliant acting, but instead I’m watching the top of your underwear that you probably have no idea is even visible.
* * * * *
Finally rehearsal ends and I can go home. But then you call my name on the way out, you’ve got a book in your hand and you wave it above your head. I wish you didn’t have so much control over me otherwise I probably could have pretended I didn’t hear you. But you do have that control and so I stop and wait for you.
“Here, read the back of this I think you’ll like it. I’m reading it right now.”
I take the book from you and look at the back. I try my hardest to concentrate on the words in front of me but now all I can think about is why me? Surely she could have picked someone else. So maybe she just likes to spend time with me and having me read the back of a book is perfect? No damnit, I’m over thinking things again.
It probably just is a book that she thought I would enjoy. Nothing more, nothing less. Someone calls your name signaling that your ride to go home is here.
I try to hurry up to not hold you back from leaving but I just can’t concentrate on the words. As much as I want to be able to discuss this book with you I probably won’t even remember the title once you walk away. Finally I just give up not wanting to waste any more of your time.
“Yea, it sounds really interesting. Cool.” I smile.
You smile back before waving as you walk away. I watch you as your hips sway and those thoughts come back and I gag a little.
Stupid stupid me. It’s not fair…to either of us.
-
Ok, there must be something wrong with me!! The first thing I thought when I read this was, "Cute!" XD What is my problem?!?! But it's kinda hot and sad too. :D Good job, in any case.

Another ReinAi story! XD :inlove: They are very popular lately which is good of course
Reina having perverted thoughts...hmmm....from where do I know this? Gosh, it makes me want to get back to my story and quickly write something XD

You should! Gah I miss that story so much....
-
It’s not fair, I love you
You know what, if you hadn't stated it was Reina's POV I would have pictured someone completely different. :D
Why? Simple. Early on in the story it says:
I have longed for you to feel for me the way that I love you for three heartbreaking years that I don’t even know what to do with these pent up teenage hormones anymore.
Reina and the other Rokkies has been in the group longer than 3 years (they're currently going on their 5th or 6th year in the group). There's only one member who's tenure in MM is currently at or close to the 3-year mark. ;D
Now if you had specifically made the setting for this a rehearsal for RNK, then it would have been easier to figure it was Reina. But since it wasn't specified, I figured it was a rehearsal for their current production of Cinderella. :P
-
It may seem obvious to state this since it's written in first-person but the best thing about that was the fact that you only got Reina's POV, and it was such a powerful one too. The fact that Ai's POV wasn't remotely touched upon helped make the story even sadder and well, a fair bit creepier too. Like I said it seems obvious saying that considering the first-person thing but I think you used that fact to it's full potential there, a weird stroy in the sense that I don't really know what to feel for either of the characters. Sympathy that they may be missing out on each other, worried for Ai that she has another fan-girl on her tale. :P
Seriously the fact that we get everything shoved into our face by Reina works really well, really enjoyed this one.
-

Take into account that if it is Reina (like I said I'm still not sure who I really wanted this so be) she didn't have to fall in love with Ai right when she joined. It could have been years later...
Plus I have no idea which rehearsal this is myself
It's kind of an open story honestly...
@redux: You're comment really made me smile
I'm glad you liked it so much!
-
Ah sorry for not commenting on it earlier but To Need was beautiful in it's heart wrenching yet sweet way.
As for It’s not fair, I love you lol I can't help but think it's funny  Okay I feel marginally bad about the situation but Reina's character is just too amusing XD
