Children who went trick or treating in the Strathmore-Strathford area Monday night are being asked to check their goody bags, after reports that some ghosts and goblins were given a small bag of feces. (http://calgary.cbc.ca/regional/servlet/View?filename=ca-feces-halloween20051101)

That's just downright evil. No matter how stingy you want to be with a treat or how you want to discourage kids from coming to your door on Halloween, that's such a no-no.
