A local council employee in Japan has been punished after it was discovered he had accessed porn websites at work more than 780,000 times in nine months.

WTF, I'm betting most of those were unwanted pop-ups :lol:  Averaging a page every three seconds, I don't see how else it's possible.

I wonder if he got some spyware on his computer or something - there's some spyware that always has pop-ups for porn sites and other sites. He could have gotten it from a porn site.
