Bale, 34, is alleged to have lashed out at the two family members in his suite at Park Lane's Dorchester Hotel on Sunday.

The star, who plays the Caped Crusader, was quizzed by detectives at a central London police station.

The two women, who live in Dorset, went to a Hampshire police station yesterday to make a formal allegation.

The complaint about the actor was then passed to the Metropolitan Police for further investigation.

I hope this isn't true. Christian Bale is one of my favorite actors.  :cry:

Notice how they didn't mention how much money mom and sis were looking to get from him. :yep:

Another article says that the "lashing out" amounted to pushing one-- not both-- of the family members. Pushing. It's not like he wailed on one or both of them with his fists. How much you want to bet one of them "lashed out" as well, but because they're women "it's okay" and overlooked? What kind of family calls the police on you over pushing? Who hasn't pushed someone before?

I call BS. It seems to me that acting runs in the family.

^ Seems like a likely scenario. I read Christian is estranged from his mother and sister so who knows, they may have done it to tarnish his reputation at a time when the film he's starring in is the most talked about of the industry. Or they may be searching for money or like Pharadox said, maybe they're searching for an acting career themselves :roll:
