Title: Naked sun-seeker impaled by spike

A 34-year-old man has suffered minor injuries after becoming impaled on an eight-inch rusty spike while sunbathing naked on a beach.

The injured man had been drinking with two friends and his girlfriend near Haslar Lake, Gosport, Hampshire, when the accident happened on Wednesday.

He slipped on his way to the toilet and became impaled through his groin.

After firefighters lifted him off the spike, paramedics gave him oxygen and took him to hospital.

He is being treated at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth.

Ouch. :shock: I'm not a guy so I really don't know the pain but some rusty spike stuck anywhere must hurt, let alone in THAT area. :mon ouch: Hope he got a tetanus shot. :mon pray2:

Well if he didn't he's gonna be wishing he did :(. Its gonna get infected and who knows maybe even drop right off :shocked:.
