A Japanese hair salon was ordered to pay 240,000 yen in compensation this week after a female customer sued the hairdresser for cutting her hair too short and dying it the wrong colour. it could be that the woman wasn't specific enough on how she wanted her hair done, yet the stylist could have asked her to be more specific instead of just going with it....

I understand her pain, but that's alot of money to pay for a fucked up haircut o_O

The salon could have just tried to strike up a deal with her. Like, doing her hair for free for a year or something.
