I voted for the guy in my sig :yep:

That's tough!
Different styles ... but shit, I gotta go with Heath man. Had all the catchphrases and BOOM. OUTTA HERE. with Jack.
-
jack be classic, for sure. but heath just fucking annihilated the role.
Heath +1
-
Definitely Heath. Jack's smile looks plastic and he is just not as scary as he should have been IMO. I  d Heath's performance.
-
This time I have to go with the flow and choose Heath Ledger. Eventhough I think his Joker lost the madness (and the greatness) after the beginning of the movie.
-
Also +1 for Heath. It's been a while since I've been so mesmerised by someone's acting abilities and forgetting that it is just an actor behind the make up.
-
Definitely Heath Ledger. He gave me chills and really embodied what the Joker's attitude should be.
And an honorary point to Mark Hamill from The Animated Series, because he was epic as well!
-
Ah poo, I don't wanna vote for either of these guys. I wasn't really a fan of the Batman with Jack in really and I ain't seen The Dark Knight yet but the fandom around Heath Ledger really pisses me off (3rd best film on IMDB? Yeah right). I was hoping to see the 60's Joker tbh, he'd piss on them any day.

Absolutely no contest at all..
Heath = Scary, crazy villain..
Jack = Looks like a fag..
-
Jack was good, but Heath hands down.

Heath fo sho! Jack's Joker was good but the thing was, Jack Nick's face is so unique, distinct and so well known that it's hard to get over the fact that its still Jack Nick playing the Joker while Heath Ledger had you believing that he was actually the Joker.
And high 5 to mini for dropping the Mark Hamill reference, going from Luke Skywalker to the Joker.

...Because it was Jack Nick being Jack Nick in clown make-up.

Of course! He did a wonderful job voicing the Joker. Creepy enough, but not too creepy for an animated show. He was definitely a little more playful as well (besides the script... just his voice acting) which was fun.

But with a character as the Joker, you have a great set-up to draw in the audience, and if you make the audience forget they are watching a movie and a real series of events and forget that these are actors and get them to buy in that they are actual real people they are playing, then you have done good. Heath Ledger did that, Jack Nick did that as well, but not to the extent that Heath did
-
Heath. Jack was good but not as memorable, to me at least.
-
Hmm, I'll have to say Heath. Both were great, that's no doubt, but Heath definately got a lot more in depth when going into the character as the Joker. Jack couldn't do that. For Jack, it seemed more like just a role, with Heath, he definately put his all into that character.
Heath +1 :)

Heath.
Jack's 'Joker' was great, can't deny it. But Heath became the Joker (which unfortunately, led to a terrible end). No matter how much you tried to look past all the make-up, you only saw the Joker, not Heath. And he portrayed the character as he really is - a dark, twisted, unfeeling psycho. Jack's portrayal was still a bit too 'light' for me.

Flawless victory for Heath! :thejoker
