I believe that same female ghost has been around south east asia for awhile. My dad told me a story once of a long white haired female ghost trying to seduce him when he first got married. He got into an argument with my mom and got kicked out of the house, he wandered off to the train station where he worked and decided to spend the night there. Later in the night he saw a white figure appear, it was the female ghost and she tried to get my dad to sleep with her. Scared shitless my dad ran back home, apologized to my mom and was let back in the house.
I think that ghost is a whore and wouldn't touch the bitch.
