North Korea is threatening to turn South Korea into "debris" unless it stops activists sending anti-North propaganda leaflets across the border.
Activists from the South have been sending the leaflets into North Korea attached to balloons.
But recent leaflets speculating on the health of the North's leader, Kim Jong Il, have prompted an angry response from Pyongyang.
The North's military used cross-border military talks to warn the South it would strike pre-emptively and reduce South Korea to "debris" in a "just war". (http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2008/10/28/2403810.htm)

Sometimes I forget that I live in a country that is technically still "at war". Also, living about hour south of the most fortified border in the world. But hey, I live in the same city as SNSD, and that's more than I can say for some of you! HAHAHAHAHA!!!

I remember this documentary I watched called "North Korea: A Day in the Life" from a couple of years ago. Those people are so fucked in the head and the biggest problem is that they don't even know it. Always looking for someone else to blame for their shitty situation instead of changing their attitudes first to MAKE the changes necessary to help themselves. Looks like some people in the South are just trying to help get those gears going; time to think outside the box.

Kim Jung Il is greater than God in North Korea. The complete cult of personality is there. The hard part is that these people have lived all of their lives being told what and how to do everything.
