It's a beautiful day...
I love everything in the city..the trees, the people, the blue sky...
It was almost at that time a few years ago that I almost didn't want to see it ever again.
My name is Ai Kago and I can't tell you how glad I am that things are going my way again. Sure, I liked things when I was with Morning Musume, but I'm a adult now. It's time for me to spread my wings and go all the way in everything I do!
I have a TV appearance to do today as well as a radio interview in a couple of hours. After that, I have the whole day to myself. I wonder what I should do? Maybe I can walk Downy around the city or something along that matter. Maybe I can call up someone to go out for dinner. I can probably go back home to Nara and check up with my mother. Maybe I can..
Wait a minute..what do I see here?
Someone's crying..I wonder what's wrong?
I walk over to the person and ask what's wrong and I see something very familiar to me.
His arm was bleeding. He had cut himself.
I have done it before when I was fired, and I remember it being the lowest I have ever felt in my life.
"Hey," I tapped on his shoulder. "You're bleeding."
"I don't care," he said between tears.
"Come on, let's get you somewhere."
"Just leave me alone."
"You can't be out here bleeding. Come on, let me take you someplace."
"Leave me alone."
I couldn't see him like this. He was beginning to make me cry. "Do you know who I am?" I asked.
He didn't say anything. I got a few napkins out of my purse as I clenched them on his arm. As I got him up, the napkins were already red with blood. I took him somewhere secluded as I looked at his arm. He didn't cut his wrist, but he came close. "Why did you do that?" I asked.
He never said a word, he just kept crying.
"Look at me." I held his face up to mine. "I want to help you," I told him.
"Why?" he asked.
"Because I've done it before too."
"Yeah, right."
I showed him my scars, which I had used a pair of kitchen shears to cut my wrists. He looked at them as I held his wrist to stop the bleeding. "I know exactly what you're going through," I said.
"No you don't," he replied.
"I do too. You're scared and hurt, you don't know who to turn to and you feel like everyone's turned their back on you. Believe me, I've been where you are now."
"Why are you helping me?"
"Because, I want to be your friend."
"I don't need any."
"Yes you do." I gripped his hand tight and hugged him. "I won't leave you," I whispered to him.
"But, I'm a foreigner."
"So? I still want to be your friend."
"Who are you?"
"My name is Ai Kago."
"Wait..THE Ai Kago?"
"Of course, silly. Here, let me give you my email address." I pulled out a pen and paper and wrote him my address in English. I told him I knew English and could write in English for him. There was one last thing I gave him before I left. "Wear this on you wrist," I told him.
"Why?" he asked.
"That way, no one will know that you cut yourself."
"I'm sorry if I.."
"Don't apologize. I was in the same position and I want to help you now."
"Guess we have something in common now."
"Sadly yes, but I want to have something happier in common."
"I'll write you tonight."
"I can't wait," I smiled. I hugged him, gave him a kiss on the cheek, and left. If I had my way, I would spend the rest of the day with him. However, I still had a job to do. Of course, I wish I could have brought him to work with me, but that wouldn't work either.
I didn't tell anybody about him, not for the radio or TV. I kept him as my secret all until I got home. When I turned on the computer, there were no emails. He probably was out for the night. I decided to go to bed early and wait until the next morning.
Days went by and still no message. I was beginning to worry if I completely lost him forever. I was trying to make sure that he didn't make a mistake that he would regret. I began to cry every night, hoping that my pleas for him didn't go unreturned. Then, a week later, I turned on the computer and saw two messages: one from my friend, asking me to go to dinner tonight.
The second one made me smile completely.
Hello, it's me. The one you gave the armband. I'm sorry if I haven't replied earlier. Can we talk?
We began to talk all day and the days after that. It was good to see someone who was like me at one time.
Now, I know I'm not alone. I also know that he isn't alone either.

Same new year
It was ten minutes until the New Year arrived and Aika was worried. She wanted to spend it with her friends back home, but never got to. She never felt so lonesome in her entire life, even when she first joined Morning Musume. If she had her way, she would have took a bus ride all the way back to Shiga prefecture and stayed there.
"I don't even want to be here," she cried.
She watched as the clock ticked down to five minutes. She left her house and walked slowly to whatever destination her feet would carry her to. One part of her wanted to celebrate this with members of Morning Musume, but she was too sad to do so. She walked around the large crowd which was celebrating the new year. She didn't want to be a part of it. All she wanted to do was be alone, without any distractions.
Suddenly, someone called her out. She didn't hear it, even though she was only lying to herself. It was probably a fan who wanted her autograph. She forgot to conceal her identity to make all the wotas not realize who she was. She kept walking until she was spun around from behind.
"Mitsui!"
"Yossie?"
"Of course, come on!" Yossie took Aika's hand as they ran toward the large crowd and made their way inside of it. They went into the center of the large crowd as they watched the ball drop at one of the biggest buildings in Tokyo. Aika looked around and saw people cheering, shouting, couples kissing, everybody getting into the spirit for the new year. She wished she could celebrate it, but she felt sadder than ever.
"Mitsui?" Yossie asked.
"What is it?" Aika asked.
"Look up."
Aika looked up and saw the ball beginning to drop, as the crowd began to count down.
5..4..3..2..1..
"Happy New Year!" The crowd cheered. Everybody began to dance and cheer as they began to sing. The sight made Aika began to feel more sad, even when Yossie began to hug her. "Happy New Year," Yossie told Aika.
"Can we get out of here?" Aika asked.
"Sure." Yossie brought Aika out of the crowd as they began to walk towards an unknown destination. They didn't talk much for a few minutes until Yossie's phone began to ring. "Hello?" Yossie answered. "Sure! We're headed your way. We'll see you then."
"Who was that?" Aika asked.
"Oh, that was Miki. She's bringing someone."
"Oh..."
"What's wrong? You know you can tell me."
"I just feel sad, that's all."
"Come on, that's not a reason."
"I mean..this year will be the same like last year."
"What do you mean?"
"Nothing good will happen to me."
"Don't say that! You have everyone here who loves you."
"I know, but..."
"Yossiiieee!" someone shouted. The two turned around and saw the person run up to them. It was Momusu member Koharu, who was smiling. "Happy New Year!" she shouted.
"Happy New Year!" Yossie shouted. "I'll leave you two alone," she told Aika.
"Where are you going?" Aika asked Yossie.
"I'm going to Miki's," Yossie answered. "I'll see you guys later."
As Aika and Koharu watched Yossie walk away, the two began to walk in the opposite direction. "So, do you have any New Year's resolutions?" Koharu asked.
"I don't believe in making any resolutions," Aika answered. "Besides, they never come true."
"Well, mine came true."
"What do you mean?"
"It involved you."
"I don't get it."
"My resolution would be to never lose our friendship. I wanted to celebrate New Year's with you." Koharu kissed Aika on the cheek as she held her hand. Aika blushed as she returned the favor to Koharu. The two continued to walk as they made their way back to the spot where Aika saw the ball drop minutes earlier. "Let's promise that we will never leave each other," Koharu replied.
"I promise," Aika said, "as long as you don't leave me either."
"I promise," Koharu agreed. She saw a tear fall from her friend's face. She wiped it away, kissed her cheek and embraced her for several minutes. "It'll be okay," she whispered. "I'll always be there for you."
"Thank you," Aika said. "It means so much to me."
"Let's go to my house. We can celebrate there."
"Good idea."
As the two made their way to Koharu's house, Aika felt a warmth of happiness that she had longed hoped for. She clinged onto her friend all the way to her house. It almost seemed like a dream come true to her, and they remained close ever since.

Late..as always
"Where is she?" Sayu asked impatiently.
She had been waiting for her friend for almost fifteen minutes, hoping that she would show.
As always, she was late.
She had been late a couple of minutes, even five, but never like this. She was beginning to worry if she would ever show up. Suddenly, she saw someone run towards her. At first, Sayu was beginning to feel happy. However, that all washed away when she saw someone else come toward her. It was her junior and friend Kusumi Koharu.
She was out of breath, but she knew that Sayu wasn't the person she was looking for either. The two looked at each other and knew exactly who they wanted to see. "What are you doing here?" they both asked.
"She was supposed to meet me here!" Sayu exclaimed.
"No, she was supposed to meet me here!" Koharu replied.
"We were supposed to go to the zoo!"
"We were supposed to go a movie!"
"Why would she go with you?"
"Why would she take you to the zoo? That's not a date!"
"Are you dating her?"
"No! I thought you were."
"I am!" Sayu's face neared Koharu's with her eyes glaring. She may have been weak at sports, but she wasn't afraid to fight for her love, even if it meant taking Koharu out of the picture. "Are you dating her?" she asked again.
"I'm not," Koharu backed away. "She called me this morning, telling me to meet her here."
"What time?" Sayu asked.
"10:00, what time did she tell you?"
"10:00 as well. Did she call to tell you she was late?"
"No, did she call you?"
"No..."
"She's never late like this."
"I know..wonder what happened to her?"
"GUYS!" someone shouted. "Sorry, I'm so late!"
"WHERE WERE YOU!" both Sayu and Koharu shouted.
"I said I was sorry," said the person in question, Eri Kamei.
"We didn't know what happened to you," Koharu replied.
"That doesn't explain why you're late," Sayu said.
"I had to...get somebody," Eri explained.
"WHAT!?" the two girls screamed.
"Hi guys!" someone called out. It was their fellow Rokkie, Reina Tanaka.
"What are you doing here?" Sayu asked.
"You don't hang with us a lot," Koharu replied.
"I thought it would be nice if all four of us went out today," Eri explained. What the two girls saw(especially Sayu) was that Eri was holding Reina's hand. The sight of that made her furious. She stomped out as the girls watched.
"How could you do that to her?" Koharu asked Eri, concerning Sayu.
"We're just friends," Eri explained.
"How do you explain that?" Koharu asked, pointing at the hand holding by Eri and Reina.
"It's nothing really," Reina said. "You guys shouldn't be bothered by it."
"Well, you guys have fun," Koharu replied. "You not only hurt Sayu, but you forgot our plans for today as well."
"Oh! I forgot about that," Eri said. "I knew I should have called you."
"Forget it!" Koharu walked away as she began to search for Sayu. A few minutes later, she found her friend at a table with her head down. She sat beside her and hugged her. "Don't worry about her," she told Sayu. "we can have fun ourselves."
"But, I trusted her," Sayu said between sobs.
"I know, me too. But we can show them we can have more fun than them.:
"How?"
"Well, how about that movie I wanted to see?"
"Actually, I wanted to see that movie too..."
"Great! Let's go." The two linked hands as they went to see the movie. They were late by a few minutes, but no matter. They were glad to have fun as their troubles melted away. As they left the movie theater a couple of hours later, the two were laughing and having fun.
"Can I ask you a question?" Koharu asked.
"What is it?" Sayu asked.
"Why the zoo?"
"You know why, she's a turtle."
"Guess that's how she got the name, always being late."
"Least I know you're not."
"That's true. Wonder what they're doing now?"
* * * * * * * *
"What is this?" Reina asked Eri.
"What?" Eri asked.
"You took me to the zoo to see this?"
"What? Don't you like turtles?"
"Sayu and Koharu's right, you are weird." Reina walked away as Eri continued to stare out into the turtle section of the zoo.
"Hmmm...least you guys know I'm not weird," Eri told the turtle group.

Midnight dance
She always woke up at the same time every night...
The same dream that plagued her for months now...
It should have been a silly dream, but to Ai-chan, it wasn't. It seemed like she was repeating the same scene over and over. It was a sweet, heartwarming dream but it almost seemed to good to be true. The dance across the stage, the Prince's face leaning towards her almost ready to kiss her.
However, she would always wake up before that happened.
She looked at the clock, which struck midnight. She was in her room, looking out the window. She hoped someone would come outside, but to no avail. She tried to go back to sleep, hoping that she would dream about something else. Suddenly, her phone began to vibrate. She looked at the message that was displayed on the phone.
Can you come outside for a minute? I want to show you something.
Ai-chan looked outside the window, but saw no one. She got dressed and went out her window, hoping to see the person who messaged her. Almost a minute passed by and she heard something. She looked around and saw someone come towards her. "Gaki-san?" she asked.
"Who did you think it was?" Risa smiled.
"What is it you want to show me?"
"Actually, I need to tell you something."
"Can you do me a favor first?"
"What is it?"
"Can you dance with me?"
"Ummm..OK."
The two Gokkies danced for a few minutes as the two tried to figure out what to say to each other. Suddenly, Gaki-san found out what was going on. "You had that dream again, did you?" she asked.
"What dream?" Ai-chan asked.
"You can't fool me. I know exactly which dream you're talking about."
"OK, you got me. But you know, you can't hide from me."
"What are you talking about?"
Ai-chan didn't say anyhting else, she kissed Gaki-san for a few seconds before letting go. Afterwards, she turned away as Risa saw a tear fall on her fellow Gokkie's cheek. She wiped it away as she kissed Ai-chan's cheek. Suddenly, Risa began to kiss her lightly for a few seconds. To Ai-chan, it was like she was living her dream again, but it was actually coming true right in front of her.
"Ai-chan...," Risa began to say.
"I love you Gaki-san," Ai-chan blurted out. "I always have, even before the play."
"I know you have. You realize it's after midnight right?"
"I don't care anymore. I want you. You're my wish come true."
"I had a feeling you would say that."
The two kissed for a while before they separated for the night.
* * * * * * * *
The alarm buzzed off in the morning as Ai-chan woke up. She woke up, knowing that she had just dreamed the best dream ever. However, she was sure that she was living her dream. "Ai-chan!" her mother called. "Gaki-san's here to see you."
"Give me a second." Ai-chan got out of bed, wearing the same clothes from last night as she left her room. She left the house with Gaki-san as the two went to the studio. "So, what are we going to do later, my Prince?" she asked.
"Easy, Cinderella," Gaki-san replied. "We don't want people to know we still use our stage names."
"Too bad we don't have our costumes."
"Now that you think about it, wish we did."

 takagaki !!!! good work :)

Lost love
"WHY DID SHE LEAVE ME!!" I cried.
I threw my drink onto the picture, which it shattered. I broke down and cried like never before in my life. I just wanted to know why. Why did she leave me?
More importantly: what did I do wrong?
I saw her with that girl. However, what hurt the most was we work together all the time.
I should have suspected this would happen.
I don't know what to do tomorrow. I know we have to work together again for our new video, but I don't want to see her again. I don't want to see her either, but it's not up to me at all. I remember those time when she would come up from behind me and hug me tight. I wish she would do that for me, even if it was for the last time.
I just wish she told me why this happened.
"Baby, I'm sorry," I heard someone say.
Is it you? I thought. I turn around, but I don't see you. However, I know I can hear you.
"I'm so sorry."
I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. There was only one thing I could do. "Where are you?" I asked the empty room.
"I'm right behind you."
"Why?"
"I should have told you everything."
"But why did you hurt me?"
"There's no excuse."
"I just want to know why."
"One day, I'll tell you. I promise."
"Please..." I began to cry again when I said those four words that kept me glued. "Don't let me go."
"I never will. Don't forget the memories we've had."
"I was your first..."
"...at everything."
"Will we ever be the way we were?"
"I hope so."
I was crying hysterically, thinking I had lost a friend. For one part, it was like I had lost a friend. However, it was the one thing that let me go I needed to forgive her for what had happened between us. "I forgive you.." I said to the empty room.
"I know. I forgive you as well."
"I...I love you."
"I love you too."
I wish she was here physically so I could pull her in front in me, wipe the tears away and give her one last kiss. I took a deep breath and went over to the picture lying on the ground. I picked it up and put it back on the counter. The glass was broken, but my heart can be repaired. I can forgive her and her new love.
I can find someone else, but she will always be my first love.
I promise we'll be together someday.
I love you...

It's you
What do I say to her?
I'm not even sure anymore. My throat's already has a lump as it is.
Here I am, waiting to see one of the members of Morning Musume and I'm a nervous wreck. Never did anybody in their wildest dreams thought that people like us from around the country would realize that our favorite group would perform in America. I literally had to beg, plead and even had to use such treachery and betrayal just to meet them.
I can't tell you how I got to this point right now, but I can tell you the moments before.
I remember being led backstage by eight other people. We apparently won a raffle in which each of us gets to talk to a member of Morning Musume. All of us were trying to figure out what to say or whether we would have our favorite member. Unfortunately, we would have only ten minutes to say what we want to her. However, it would actually be shown on their new DVD magazine soon.
After what seemed like forever, the guard let us in, one by one to a separate room as we waited. It almost seemed like another eternity until I heard some voices from behind the door. Who would I get to talk to?
I was hoping it would be Gaki-san, since I was big into her thanks to Ai-chan, or maybe I would get to talk to Ai-chan myself. Who knows? I just wish someone would come in already!
Then suddenly...
She came inside, looking beautiful as ever.
It was Michishige Sayumi. Ironically, the first person I heard of when I listened to H!P.
I didn't think of her much in the time, but she was the one that got me started with another person. That person would be Rika Ishikawa.
She smiled as she walked over to me. I was about to break down in the middle of the room. "Don't cry," she said.
I remembered that the cameras would film this, if they haven't already. We both sat down as I try to say anything. Anything to rid my throat of this lump or this deadly silence surrounding me. "Um..." was all I could say.
"Did you enjoy the concert?" she asked.
"Yes!" I excalimed. "It was really the best concert ever."
"Thank you!"
"I almost thought I couldn't go."
"Why not?"
"I wouldn't have time to explain."
"So, which song you like from us?"
"Actually, all of them. I've been following you girls for three years."
"Huh?"
"I mean..I've been a fan of you girls for three years."
"Oh, I knew that."
We talked for a few minutes before it was time for the interview to end. As we got up, I finally said the one thing that hit her. "It's you!"
"Eh?"
"You were the first person that I saw when I first got into H!P."
"Really, thank you!"
She wanted to hug me, but I knew I couldn't do that. However, the camera person nodded at me, letting me go ahead and hug her. There I was, hugging a member of Morning Musume. I wanted to cry, but I held it in. As we let go, she and I did her familiar phrase.
"Usa-chan peace!" we cried out.
"Don't forget to hear my solo song," she said.
"Where?" I asked.
"On our new album."
I went back home the next day as I looked up the songs on the new album. Sure enough, there was Sayu's song. It was called It's You
I went ahead and ordered me the album, knowing I couldn't wait to hear it. A few days later, I got my copy and began to play it in my car. I played the whole album until I got to Sayu's song. I found a place where I could park the car and listen to it in its entirety. I couldn't believe it. The girl who almost didn't get picked for the band is singing one of the best songs ever.
Since that day, I listened to that song at least four to five times a day. Guess you can she has become one of my favorite members as well as Rika. Just like what Rika's music did for me, that one song by Sayu did for me as well. Since then, I haven't forgot how I got to this point in H!P fandom.
It was Sayu all along.
-
She wanted to hug me, but I knew I couldn't do that. However, the camera person nodded at me, letting me go ahead and hug her.
Dude...getting to hug Sayu?
Lucky bugger. :yep:

This feels nice, so nice.
It doesn't seem that long ago that we just started dating, now we're sleeping together.
I'm not complaining, this was what we wanted.
Your leg touching mine as you shift your position towards me. Your face looking more beautiful as you sleep.
So peaceful, so calm, so...
I can't even find the words to tell you how good this feels. How good it feels to be with you.
I hear you wake up...
"What are you doing?" you ask.
"Watching you sleep," I smile.
"Whatever."
"So, what did you dream?"
"None of your business."
That's what I like about you sometimes. You know you like me, but you won't admit it.
"Well, I'll go back to sleep."
"Good. Maybe you can leave me alone."
"Night, sweetheart." I give you a slight kiss on the lips before going back to sleep. I hear you sigh, but it feels good knowing that I have you in my arms.
I love you so much, and I know you do too.
I hope we meet in our dream in just a few minutes. Besides, we have a date tonight.
That's enough time to do whatever we want and enough time for me to have my way with you.

Nice little teaser there. From the dialogue, for some reason, to me it sounds like either Reina or Miki.
