A 22-year-old man died early this morning after he climbed to the tip of a 10-story crane on the University of Colorado campus and then used rock climbing gear to create what amounted to a giant swing. (http://www.rockymountainnews.com/drmn/local/article/0,1299,DRMN_15_4293488,00.html)

Who or why would someone want to swing on a crane? Weird, yet crazy, yet stupid... Oh my...

I vote for stupid.  Whomever planned this stunt should have checked the weather first.
