A Finnish citizen arrested on a public bus while drunk and nearly naked has set an apparent record for unpaid fines in Norway, with an estimated 99 of them, police said Friday. (http://www.forbes.com/home/feeds/ap/2005/12/16/ap2397741.html)

Actually, there is one Finn I wouldn't mind seeing drunk and half naked.  :twisted: :jerk:












Though, come to think of it, I don't think Masa has a webcam.
