Basicly here are the list of the people that is going to be at AX at day 0. We can pick up ax tickets/badges for the people that is arriving any other day than day 0. Dont be shy to ask,
i recommend for the people thats not arriving at day 0 to have some one pick up their badge so that they will not have to worry about it when they arrive.

I thought you needed to show your id to get your badges. How are we gonna pick them up for other people.

If you are picking up a badge for a friend you must bring a photocopy of his or her ID. Acceptable forms of identification include: Drivers License, School ID, Work ID, Passports, Military ID, etc

I keep forgetting. Picking up our badge on Day 0 does not mean we're getting the seating for the concert right?

We should get the seating voucher for the concert on day zero, then on concert day we can line sup in the priority line for our seats.
Unless we can't get them for day zero.
I would ask people to just assume this, if you bought a reserved ticket with your badge, then both will be picked up on day zero if both are ready for pick up..
If we can only claim your badge for you but not your concert seats we will let you know all the details we know.
that way we can keep everyone in sync.
to get your ID and Conformation to anyone I would suggest pming them and asking for an email address to send the info to be printed out.

i will be arriving on day zero as well in the morning, if anyone need me to pick up their badges and what not. i can help
@sev we'll figure something out about the concert thing when we get there. but i presume we can get our ticket for it at day zero as well. but not the seating arrangements

As far as the concert go i remember dai saying in irc that were just gonna wing it when were there...Getting concert tickets are not that big of a deal if you have vouchers or bought them. We dont have to get the concert tickets right away since we have till thurday evening to get them. The only concern for the concert are people not being able to wake up early to line up and people that are just gonna line up for a free ticket

I dont think Im back from San Diego until like 1pm or something. So I cant go pick mine up in the morning anyways. But Im free all afternoon on July 1st and ready to pick up the badge and whatever.
Now I just need to find a printer and print out my coupon thing with the barcode.

I'm going on day 0 I actually just arrived in LA today so I just have to get a car and then I can def get to the convention since I just have to take the 10 freeway and I'm there in no time.

I won't have the money for registration until tomorrow. Can I still get it online and have someone pick up my badge or will i have to get it myself on Thursday?

So, word is that Morning Musume will be arriving on the flight JL062 at 11:20 this morning. Since the ticket offices aren't open on day 0 until 4:00 pm, is anyone going to try to greet them at the airport?

So I registered the other day. They didn't give me an option for priority seating for the concert, so does that mean they're sold out or something?
Not really a big deal, as long as I get in. But anyone else not get it? Just so I know someone to kick it with during the concert. lol
nvm... just read that long ass post about tickets in the other thread. Looks like you can get reserved tickets at the convention. Will probably do that Thursday.
