Ah, I haven't posted here in ages. I wrote a little GakiKame fic, so I thought I'd share :)
Hopefully I'll be back for good this time?

Only in the Land of Dreams
It was surprising how the presence of one small person could fill a room, regardless of its size. Alone, Risa knew the emptiness of her suite to be alarming. The shadows and darkness liked played tricks on her, but with Eri by her side they stayed as what they were. The eerie bumps and scratches from outside were gone too, only the familiar din of traffic in the distance could disturb her sleep. Well, that is if she didn’t count Eri.
The little turtle that had been nestled in a shell of pillows next to her for the last few hours of the night leapt up randomly.
Pointing boldly at the windows, she shouted, “Look at the fireworks!”
Risa glanced at the windows; the blinds were pulled tightly closed. “What are you talking about?”
“Look!” the other girl insisted.
“Ok…” Risa groaned as she slipped out of bed, reluctant to leave its warmth, “You’re going to wake everyone up if you keep hollering like that…”
She pulled the curtains open. The night sky shone back at her. Twinkling stars. Twinkling street lights. No fireworks.
“I don’t see any-” Eri had come up from behind and latched herself onto her friend, promptly cutting Risa off as she felt a sudden shortage of air.
“Look at the pink one! It’s so pretty~”
Risa scrutinized the sky blankly as she felt Eri nuzzle her shoulder.
“Don’t you like them~ I picked them especially for you.”
Risa didn’t think Eri was a user, but she could of think of no other reason for her friend’s strange behavior.
The turtle was quiet for a while, and Risa glanced back, it seemed like she had fallen asleep.
She carried Eri back to bed, rearranging the pile of pillows and tucking her in before settling down herself.
Eri mumbled something and Risa pushed back the other girl’s bangs to unveil her eyes, still tightly shut.
Risa grinned, amused that Eri was still smiling in her sleep. She leaned down and kissed her forehead softly, careful not to wake her, “Sleep well
Eririn.”

I remember Eri mentioning she was sleeptalker somewhere and thus I wanted to try writing about it. It ended up just being fun little fluff :)
Goodnight now~

Aww~ That was very cute. ^_^ It doesn't shock me that Eri sleep talks
-
That was pretty cute~~ Eri and her "fireworks" XD
-
KAWAIIII~! It was so easy to picture a sleep talking Eri! She even sleep talked to her mom on the phone before for god sakes... so cute~ <3
-
1. AWWWWW, TOO CUTE!!!!
2. Crap, someone beat me to writing about Eri's sleeptalking/walking... XD That's what I get for being lazy.
-
Risa didn’t think Eri was a user, but she could of think of no other reason for her friend’s strange behavior.
Haha... that line really made me laugh. This was really cute, even the TakaGaki shipper in me has to admit that.
Of course, another part of me had the thought... is the person Eri's talking to in her dream really Risa? The story implies that it is... but imagine if it wasn't. :O Maybe she picked the pink ones out especially for a certain bunny. Drama ensues. :P

awww kawaiiii~~~
miss seeing you around here GoodEngrish~
ps. I second Kuji's last notion :P

If you've every wondered why...
Lone Wolf
“Tanaka-san, why is it that you don’t like to hang out with the other members?” Linlin boarded the elevator with her senpai, “I mean… it seems like you could have fun with say, Niigaki-san?”
“Well…” as Reina mulled over a response, she was reminded of one particular occasion…
Tears flowed profusely from Risa’s eyes, “Reina!” she sobbed, “The tissues!”
Reina nudged the box over, and after taking from it, Risa blew her nose loudly. Taking a quick glance at the screen before her as though doing so would be painful, Risa broke into a fresh round of tears. “It’s just…” she paused for another tissue, “so moving.”
“Haven’t you watched Winter Sonata before?” Reina commented.
“Yes! this is the 39th time I’ve seen it!” Risa exclaimed, showering Reina in a spray of used tissues, “But-but it just never gets old!”
“We have… conflicting interests.” Reina pressed the button for the floor she was headed to.
“What about Kamei-san? She’s in the same generation as you.”
Reina recalled a certain outing…
She sat on a park bench swinging her feet. Checking the time, she realized it was ten minutes after their arranged meeting time. She sent a quick text, “Where are you?”
She got a reply several minutes later, “I’m getting ready~”
“You were getting ready ten minutes ago!” Reina punched into her phone.
“Just wait for me~”
“Hurry!”
Twenty minutes later, “I’m leaving my house now!”
Twenty-five minutes later, “I forgot my phone!”
Thirty-five minutes later, “I forgot my wallet!”
Forty minutes later, “I forgot my umeboshi!”
One hour later…
“My thumbs are sore!” Reina moaned, “Where are you now?!”
Her phone vibrated and she flipped it open to read the new message, “I’m almost there!”
Two hours and fifteen minutes later Reina received a text message from a different phone number, “Reina, it’s Eri. I broke my phone when I was running.”
Three hours and forty-five minutes later, “Reina, I’m stuck in a closet. Can you come help me get out of it?”
“Ugh!” Reina threw her phone to the ground, “ERI!”
“You see, we operate on different wavelengths.”
“Takahashi-san…?”
The light before them reflected the eagerness in Ai’s eyes . “I’ve been waiting for this for so long! You’ll be the first to play with me!”
Reina smiled half-heartedly in response, and they began their game.
“Yes, yes! Eat this!”
Reina felt a rapidly moving object slam into her jaw.
“Knockout!” Ai shouted wildly, only to pause in realization that her game remote was no longer in her hand.
“Reina!” Ai rushed to the side of Reina’s motionless body. Her cracked Wiimote lay by the side of the younger girl’s head. “What have I done?”
“She’s a bit rough at play…” Reina rubbed her jaw thoughtfully.
“Then… Kusumi-san?”
Koharu tugged her senpai along enthusiastically, “I have SO much planned for us today! First, we can got to an amusement park, and then we can go shopping, and then we can have lunch, then we’ll go watch a movie, and then we’ll run to my house and at my house I have this GREAT game we can play that burns so many calories and then-”
“I need to sit down.” Reina pulled her kouhai down onto the nearest bench, “I’m getting tired already.”
“There’s a reason she’s Kirarin and I’m not.”
“Well that’s understandable, she does have quite an excessive amount of energy. But what about Michishige-san, or Junjun? They can’t be that bad… are they?”
“This must be the first time the three of us have done something outside of work together!” Sayumi exclaimed.
“I’m sure we’ll have plenty of fun in my apartment, ho ho ho ho.” Junjun chimed in.
When they reached her apartment, Reina asked what they were planning to do.
“Oh, we have a very special surprise for you, Reina…”
“It’s a very fun game, really…” The two of them approached her from both sides with devilish grins.
“I’ll just put my hand here… and Junjun does too… oh, nice and soft…”
“…and we squeeze-”
“IYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!”
Reina shuddered, “I’d really rather not talk about it.”
“Well you seem to get along with Mitsui-san. You two must go out after work…?”
“This is the park I wanted to bring you to!”
“Well, it’s nice, but why are there so many dogs?”
“Because it’s a dog park of course!”
Reina swallowed, “Dog… park…?”
“Don’t worry, I brought dog treats along so they’ll like you.” Aika pressed a large bag into Reina’s arms. “Now we can all be friends!”
Very soon a group of furry woofers encircled Reina, “A-Aika?!” she cried.
“See, I told you they’d like you!”
“N-n-no, help me-” Reina was silenced as she collapsed under a flurry of paws and slobber.
Reina twitched involuntarily, “No, not after work.”
“Well what about me? I’m sure we could go somewhere fun after work!”
The elevator doors slid open and they stepped out.
“No,” Reina turned down the hallway, “Just no.”

It's rather fun over exaggerating the members's characters :P
-
I chuckled at Risa and Eri, lol'ed at Koharu and Aika, died at Sayu and Jun, and nearly fell out of my chair at Ai-chan. Then I reread it to laugh at Ai-chan's part again. Poor Reina!
-
Only in the Land of Dreams: Awww :luvluv2: This is not good for my already high blood sugar levels.
Lone Wolf: :on lol: ow, my stomach. Those exaggerations are spot on. I wonder where LinLin would've taken Reina to.
-
lol that was funny! :on lol:
I love Eri and Risa's part the most XD
If Reina hung out at Eri's house and wore hockey gear to Ai's...I could see it actually working out XD
Jun, Sayu, and Mitsui's sound the most traumatizing
-
Lone Wolf
Reina's flashbacks we soooooooooooooooooooooooo beyond epic. Particularly the SayuJun one.
:wahaha:
-
:mon lmao:
It was really funny!!! By reading the title at first, I thought it's more on the drama type.. but I guess I was wrong..
-
XD Reina is a lone wolf, so I'm glad we now have reasoning as to WHY.
You expressed the other members well, funny as hell, too. My favorite is Aichan, just because it's Gamer!Ai. :D
-
I found Eri's terribly funny, but good god, Sayu and Jun made me lose it. XD XD XD Poor Reina...

Only in the Land of Dreams
KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAA~~~ KameMame saikou!!
Lone Wolf
Tee hee Reina was too funny. I can't decide which of the scenarios is the most hilarious :D
-
“You see, we operate on different wavelengths.”
Damn
“I need to sit down.” Reina pulled her kouhai down onto the nearest bench, “I’m getting tired already.”
:wahaha:
“N-n-no, help me-” Reina was silenced as she collapsed under a flurry of paws and slobber.
:twothumbs

LOL all of these are too funny.
I knew Reina was going to say, "NO" when LinLin asked if she could hang out with her. XD
