Is it japanese soft core or JAV?

Neither really. When you go onto the JPH!P tracker, just click on the filename and you'll be taken to a page that has a description of the file it has. If the file is a video, there will often be screencaps included to give a sample of what you can expect to find in the video.  The majority of the torrents on the JPH!P tracker are in the "bikini gravure" genre, ranging from DVD ISO files to photobook/picture collections.

Sorry, but since you're specifically looking for pornography/JAV, you'll have to look somewhere else.

no H!P stuff last time i checked.
