Ponyo (崖の上のポニョ, Gake no Ue no Ponyo?, literally "Ponyo on the Cliff") is a 2008 Japanese animated film by Studio Ghibli, written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki. It is Miyazaki's tenth film for Ghibli. The plot centers on a goldfish named Ponyo who befriends a five-year-old human boy Sōsuke and wants to become a human girl. The film has won several awards, including the Japan Academy Prize for Animation of the Year.[3] It was released in Japan on July 19, 2008 and August 14, 2009 in the US and Canada.

I want to see this movie in the theaters but I don't like Noah Cyrus voice.

I saw Ponyo the other day. fucking awesome, might even rival Spirited Away. and goddamn, it's so fucking cute lol.

but BOOOOOOOO on them for making that horrible HORRIBLE cover of the theme song.

I watched Ponyo yesterday and all I wanna say is that it's THE MOST ADORABLE MOVIE EVER. Miyazaki can do no wrong :thumbup
