Nobody's perfect so in this thread you can discuss your favorite members' imperfections.
I'ma start with Mariko:
- Her current hairstyle. Mariko is ridiculously gorgeous but I have never been a fan of chicks with short hair.
- Mariko might be gorgeous but she's a bit too thin. I wish she would gain a few pounds.

Lies! :lol: so, with that out of the way we can get down to business. :P
Kasai: I think she overdoes the "chuu" thing a bit, like using it as an inflection for words and verbs. It's cute, but it gets old real fast. I also don't like when her voice is really high pitched. From her pod-casts you can hear she can talk in a lower voice (still high pitched compared to others haha), but it sounds more natural.

Matsui Rena: I used to dislike her singing voice, but now I think it's kinda cute. I came to the conclusion that vocal skills do not matter that much when you see them perform.
Moeno: I wish she'd pimp herself a bit more. her time will come, I have confidence.
Mocchi: She also needs to step up a bit more. Speak her mind and stuff. I guess she got her moment during the Kobashi episode, but it's not enough.

Kato Tomoko: I love the girl, but when she gets a (RARE AS FUCK) chance to be on a TV show or pimp herself somewhere she needs to take better advantage of it. She seems pretty mild-mannered, but she could camwhore just a bit more. :lol:
Matsui Jurina: She does that "I'm going to take over the world" stare a bit too often. :lol:
I can't think of much else right now. :nervous But at least I fulfilled your wish Barrie. :P

The only thing I don't like about Natsumi is her singing voice. Well... hmm. While I like her singing voice, I think it's too soft, so sometimes her voice doesn't really fit the songs she's singing, like it needs more power. During the Yokohama concert, Natsumi got to sing in Manatsu no Christmas Rose and her voice didn't seem to go well with Mariko, Chisato and Ami's because it was so soft. And they don't even have very powerful voices to begin with (with the exception of Mariko). :lol: So I guess all she needs is to put more power into her voice and not sing so softly.
And another thing! I've noticed that when dancing, she sometimes doesn't have as much energy as some of the other girls. She's a really good dancer, but it's especially noticable during the "Oogoe Diamond" choreography which I can't find a link to at the moment. :P
Ironically, I can't think of anything else to say about my other favorites. :lol:

Ishida Haruka: Usually just stands there like a good girl during MCs. Sometimes does not crack a single smile during an entire performance.

Acchan is on my top 5 but it bugs me that she's sometimes unenthusiastic, especially when the camera isn't focusing on her...

Chiichan: Whenever she gets a chance to be in a show or segment (usually with another member) she lets the other member run her mouth off and just stands there and looks beautiful. Come on Chiichan, make yourself stand out! (I also think that she doesen't stand out among other AKB members at all, despite being my oshimen.)

Lovetan: Uh, shit. Um. The one thing I'd say is that she's not the best performer, especially dancing wise. I think it's less of trying and more of her being less skilled. However, this kind of makes me like her more, because she's so damn cute/enthusiastic about it all.
Miichan: I can't think of anything. I swear, she's perfect. There's nothing about her.

Sashihara-she's always putting herself down,but I think that made her awesome sometimes.

I wish Yui would be a tad more ambitious.
She said she didn't want the center position and that near the center is good enough.
Maybe it is, but I feel she could easily rank among the top 7 in the election if she were just a bit more forward at times.
It would land her so much more TV time and help her post-AKB48 career for sure.
Considering the amount of effort she puts into her practicing, you'd think she'd aim for the top.
Then again, maybe she does but she might not be open about it, similar to Yuki.

Lately my SKE oshi Takayanagi Akane seems to be slowly bowing out. She gave KII's center-ness to Akarin formally, said she didn't really want to partake in the sousenkyo, and other little comments that just smell of a coming graduation. Kinda selfish of me perhaps, but I wish she would just give it her all until the last day. It's not fun to see her recede. :(
