Title: [Poll] The SCANDAL Release Decision: Acoustic vs. Remix?

If SCANDAL were to shock us the fans by re-recording their songs differently, which would you rather see - an acoustic mix or an electronic remix?

The SCANDAL Future thread got me thinking, and I would love to see SCANDAL release acoustic and techno remixes of some of their released songs, just as Ayu Hamasaki does, along with many other J-pop artists. Acoustic as in... on an acoustic guitar, with a little piano, slower tempo, etc. Remix as in the kinda stuff Cyber Trance would do, or like.... yeah.  :P

So out of the two, which would you rather want to see happen? I'm hoping that they do either one in an upcoming release, preferably sooner rather than later. An acoustic album would be pretty awesome...  :inlove:

Definitely a mix of an old song. Although I would like to hear Rina and Mami sing with the other two.

Maybe a lot of fans won't be happy with this, but there's YUI, Ayumi Hamasaki, and others who do this. So why not?

A funny album would be like "SCANDAL Goes A-coustic" taken from TBS "Punk Goes Acoustic", or any other similar title would be nice.

I tend to overlook things when I'm a fan and I just accept what they offer. At first, I didn't really like Kagerou and So Easy. Eventually I learned to like them.

Well, I'm still hoping them to release something like this sooner, if not, then may a little later.

I would vote for an acoustic or I guess something like "unplugged" versions of their songs.  I think there could be some cool re-arrangements of their tracks if done that way.

Totally against any type of dance remix no matter what genre.  That would basically turn great tracks into cheesed up garbage.  No thanks.

But I'd definitely prefer something acoustic over an electronic remix.

I would go for acoustic remix. I'm not into dance or techno sounds, but I would like to hear that if ever that happens. =D

I don't wanna hear trance remixes of their songs because they always sound too different compared to the original versions. However, I wouldn't mind if they did something like PLAY BOY :)

I don't know if you peeps have seen that DVD that came with Yui - I Loved Yesterday, but it has Yui doing some acoustic street performances which is just epic. I think Scandal could do something like that. They'd be doing something new with their songs and getting back to their roots by performing on the streets.

"back to their roots" thats the point.

I think that most of us (the fans) love more the "old" sacandal, than their new image (i mean, not their fuku's, just, their songs, play in underground sites, the rocker style, and all stuff)

A SCANDAL acoustic street live, that would be cool. I imagine them wearing casual clothes walking to the spot, people won't notice its them, then start to attract people like crazy when they begin.

Uhmm yeah, that imagination came from YUI's street lives.  :lol:
