My Japanese isn't the greatest, but I think the wedding dress picture is the main cover and the santa bikini one is a limited edition sold only by preorder through Horipro.  The limited edition is only going to be 500 copies, and there will be an "even more limited" edition of 100 copies that are autographed.

Someone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
