Fifth single "Shunkan Sentimental" (瞬間センチメンタル / Eng: Sentimental Moment) out Feb. 3, 2010! So far, some Chinese sites are listing it with two versions (ESCL-3380, ESCL-3381)
It will be the fourth ending theme for the anime Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood starting January 2010.

i'm about to pre-order the new single from cdjapan. i'm a little confused why cdjapan lists it as just the CD whereas yesasia says CD+DVD?

YesAsia's the only place that lists a DVD. It's probably a mistake; you could always e-mail them and ask.

It looks like Sony changed the covers so the limited edition only has the FMA cover, but it still shows all three on the main page of their official website.

While some singles/albums leak weeks before the release, it often doesn't happen that soon. They haven't even started promoting the single yet, and the covers/details haven't been posted on Amazon, CDJapan, etc.
Meanwhile, if you're talking about if the song has aired as the FMA ending yet, then almost. The first episode using "Shunkan Sentimental" airs on the 10th (i.e., in a few hours). :twothumbs

A really informed person said to me that it was leaked after the Christmas Tour.

well, i stumbled across this, and at 1st i thought it was a fake. but after listening it halfway through. i guess i am 85% confident this is the real FULL version of Shunkan Sentimental. but mayb someone can verify this whether is it 100% real. cause i only believe when the PV is out officially. :P

i dunno what happen to sony music... something is wrong with their updater staff... it's always last minute update on YUI media webpage... and SCANDAL info too... it's says mami will be kera! artist of the month... but i searched kera latest release... no mami name?? artist of the month suppose to be some big stuff right? and get their name printed on the cover page.... weird -__-ll

thank you lambchopsuey for clarifying it so extensively for me :). i have already placed an order with cdjapan, as they tend to ship the items a little quicker than yesasia. it is weird that the Normal version with the first press is already sold out, while the LE is still in stock :?. it made me wonder if i should have went for the First Press Normal that comes with the special booklet. they should have also included the booklet with the LE :angry:

^Yeah, the first press of the normal edition was cheaper and came with cooler stuff; like a booklet and sticker AND it was slightly cheaper. But it sold out amazingly fast :(

Excuse me for asking but does anyone know if the DVD video will be included anytime soon or just available online by a kind person who recorded then posted for all to see (i.e. YouTube)?
The pre-order CDs from Yesasia is only for the songs but no DVD videos :(
At least I pre-ordered both limited editions (hopefully) from Yesasia :D

First week weekly rank: #12: 5,850 copies sold
Shoujo S:
First week daily ranks: 8, 6, 6, 6, 5, 4
First week weekly rank: #6 - 17,684 copies sold
In that sense 7th isn't bad at all! I just hope they can stay in the top 10 throughout the week and get around 20K sales...

I think the first press was very low in quantity.. you must've had it preordered immediately when the link appeared @ CDJ, because it sold out so fast.
The single dropped to 7 again today.. I haven't been paying attention to the competition, but with a little luck they may get weekly 5th...

#25 in oricon daily charts from #7 ? is their cd produce in limited quantity that it nearly sold out on the first week so in the succeeding week the quantity sold falls dramatically.

16K is good. I was hoping they would've gotten a bit more popular lately, so that they were able to beat the SHoujo S sales, but close enough. Maybe Bleach is more popular than FMA.. I dunno XD

Shoujo S' sales are at around 33,881 in total, so yeah, it seems a couple of thousand lower. But still good :thumbup
