Johnny Hiro
Half asian, ALL HERO! Fred Chao's adenveture-SciFi-love story follow Johnny as he battles giant lizards, crazy Japanese chefs, and ronin business men. I heard a lot of good things about this and bought it during a sale at AdHouse Books. Really fun action and a touching romance between Johnny and his girl, Mayumi.

Shaolin Cowboy
Holy shit this comic is nuts! Geof Darrow's Shoalin Cowboy is full of over-the-top action that is not only crazy-violent, but very well done. A lot of times I see crazy gore I don't care for it much since it's usually jsut graphic without being too creatively done. SC doesn't have that problem.

Mouse Guard
David Petersen's art is gorgeous. I've gone to the book store and flipped through these books so many times. I told Asmo I'd pick it up but I still haven't. I will soon though. Official site (http://www.mouseguard.net/)
