The info on tickets as of now is that Pool Circle and Garden Boxes are sold out. Some of us who ARE going might have extra tickets if you do want to get closer to the stage as possible mainly because some of the sections you have to buy the whole box of 4 to 6 seats. If not, a whole lot of Terrace Boxes are available but still you have to buy them in boxes of 4 or 6. I'll update on who has what tickets later on.

My predictions Kim Tae Woo, f(x), another SM group that's not SNSD or SHINee, maybe one more group from another company (I would almost think Kara would go but I have a feeling they'll be busy, and probably not 2NE1), and a couple more solo acts.
When do they usually announce the confirmed guests?

Don't know. I believe it's going to be completely random though. Basically whenever The Korea Times finalizes something with the artists' respective companies, they'll announce them a few at a time.

Just as a comparison, last year they already announced their first batch of artists (including Girls' Generation) three days before tickets went on sale. Their second batch (well, artist) was announced mid February and their last one on the beginning of April.

Also, ticket prices were significantly cheaper too but depending on who's performing I doubt that really makes a difference.

I wouldn't count anyone out on showing up. From what I've read, people were counting SS501 on not being confirmed and they ended up performing last year. Personally I think if SS501 can go, KARA more than likely has a chance at performing.

I'd usually say be confident about SNSD, but considering they start Japanese stuff in May, who knows. SM does know how big Hollywood Bowl is for them though.
KARA, hmmm, depends when their Korean comeback is. I think T-ara will go though and some other rookie groups!

I'm really only going for the possibility of SNSD showing up. But seeing how much trouble I went through to get tickets, I guess I'll just go enjoy the show regardless if they show up or not. BRING THE GIRL GROUPS!

I believe Lee Hyori has been to KMF a couple of times already. So there's a possibility that she'll return.

I first thgought that the Wonder Girls would headline since they were supposed to last year, but we know that's not going to happen now. Would love to see SNSD, but not sure they'd come for a third consecutive year. So my hopes are for Kara to come to LA. But honestly any big Korean girl group will do.

Still looking/shopping around for hotels but I'll take your offer into consideration. Though the Sheraton is pretty damn far from the Bowl. 10 miles?

Was thinking about the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. It's only about a half a mile away and I don't think walking it will be that bad come May. Wifi and free breakfast buffet because I'm lazy to look for food and I don't want to starve for 3 days.

I too might look for people to room with seeing that I'm already temporarily down $1200+  :bleed eyes:

Sadly I'm not going :/

I suggest to those who are (and with enough money to spend) to book a room at the Sheraton. You're basically guaranteed to see the stars whether it be in the lobby/elevator/etc. A friend of mine went last year and said she saw a lot of them (aka SNSD T__T)

Hrm. I'm thinking about booking a room for myself at the Sheraton for Friday-Sunday (two nights). Little over $300 after tax, and not like they'll charge you full payment until day of. And if anyone decides to crash, that can be discussed.

Sadly enough, I'd probably have to bring work down with me lol. :bleed eyes:

Wonder Girls...that's pretty cool. Never seen them live so looking forward to that. Looks like they got the artists from JYPE out of the way, maybe. Now for DSP, SME, MNET MEDIA, and PLEDIS.  ~2.5 months left for more artists.

Yea dai, they like to keep the suspense going by announcing artists little by little.

And time to go back to sleep XD

Ah I figured it would be WG since it coincides with their album release, and they were supposed to be there last year, but 2PM? I'm a little surprised with all the MCing and drama stuff they would supposedly be doing. I'm sure a few people will be quite happy though, hehe...
Choi Sung Soo is a really old school singer, so I don't know much about him...
but Haha as the MC? I was really hoping for Kim Tae Woo... (even though I'm not going) Haha is hilarious though, and a good MC. Maybe if Davichi goes, they can perform together  :lol:

Unconfirmed, of course, but 2am, leessang and one other artist I can't remember was kind of leaked out last week. Hopefully they'll add another girl group and/or Lee Hyori. If any of the groups limit mentioned is announced I'll book my flight right away.

He'll probably perform songs from his new album, which is really good btw.

Also, sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Kara is beginning promotions in Japan in May. Do you think they'll have time to go to HB?

Random thought: Wouldn't it be interesting if somehow 4-Minute was choosen to perform? I kinda like to see Hyuna reunite with her former group, the Wonder Girls, unfortunately without Sun Mi.  :(

I really want SNSD to go, first year without them would be weird! I love reading all the fan encounters and fancams from the hotel when they are there~

Probably not. Last year when they were announcing artists and eventually got to the last one, Korea Times specifically said that the person was the final artist.

So after adding Yoon Bok Hee and Yoon Han Gi, I guess this is it. With so many "Yoon's" I was hoping Yoon Jong Shin would be there just for hilarity's sake, and hopefully some interaction with Kim "Kook Jong" XD

After reading comments from various places, I guess many are disappointed that there's no one from SM or YG performing. Personally I'm more than happy that KARA as well as the Wonder Girls are going to be there...though I would love it if SNSD performed this year as well.

Hey everyone just got back to Jersey. And about to go to sleep. Gonna write more later on.

Just wanted to say, Sev, Ping, KT, Limit, Dinny, Fen, Boykun, Matt, Nicole, and Hara, the weekend/concert/hotel was a fucking blast. It was great spending it with you guys and gals. Can't wait until the next time!

Also I'm currently uploading 2PM performing Again & Again and most of KARA's performance to YouTube. I'll post those in a bit. (Though you'll have to wait for the two much nicer videos of the epic Mister ass dance)

Highlight of KMF weekend was probably being in the elevator alone with Nicole lol. (There was another lady in there, but she got off on a lower floor while we went up to 20somethingth floor.) She was texting and at first I was thinking "Wow, didn't know she was that small, is that really her?" Then I told her "Hey, you did a good job last night." She looked up and gave me an awesome smile and said thank you.

always great to hang with the hipstahs. got gyuri and nicole's autographs, awwwyeah

didnt get to meet kim jong kook which was my ultimate goal. we deduced that he wasnt around on sunday because he had to run (literally) to santa monica and get a start on his swim back to korea. that's right, Kim Jong Kook doesn't take a plane to and from LA, he swims.
