Title: [2010.03.30] AKB48 Fashion Book: "Oshare Princess wo Sagase!"
Post by: SomethingWild on March 03, 2010, 10:17:27 AM: It's funny this book has been announced, because I predicted a release like this a while ago XD With the Bonita Bonita tie-in and Chisato and Tomochin's fashion store pimping, a fashion related book seemed likely to appear sooner or later.

Not sure if I'll grab this. Could be a good chance to get some classy pictures or Rena (if she's even included..).

What do you mean by glorified PurePure? I mean I know what a Purex2 mag is but how is it similar to what this could be?

Anyhow, I took a look at the CDJapan link, and found something quite interesting. Magazine House (http://magazineworld.jp/) is publishing the book, and SHIHO is credited as well. I'm not sure if it's the same SHIHO that we all know (the model, I mean), but if it is, that's pretty awesome. And Magazine House seems to put out decent looking magazines, as well. You can actually browse through some of them on the site, like GINZA. My hopes for this book have been upped, I hope some previews pop up before I place an order.

That said, if that's the extent of 'lingerie' shots I'm quite disappointed. Sure it's lingerie, but barely. I was expecting a Triumph ad, or something.

Post by: ohno on April 07, 2010, 05:12:40 PM: I bought mine last week at my local Kinokuniya bookstore. I think I grabbed the last copy on display. Mine came with a Tomochin poster. I was hoping for some of the other girls but at least I didn't get Jurina. :roll:
There were also several copies of the Akkanbe photobooks, a few of the travel books, and a big stack of the Mizugi Surprise mooks. Go check it out if you live in NYC.

In case, you know, you want to know how to dress fashionably. Pretty interesting, in any case. And no, Shiho doesn't mention Sexyama, sorry.
