Thanks to the incessant spam, it’s become the most hyped of all operations but researchers said on Tuesday that most men who have had penis enlargement surgery are not satisfied with the results. (http://msnbc.msn.com/id/11344998/)

I read somewhere that in the end, size does NOT matter, literally. because as long as the woman recieves penetration or something like that, it'll be enough. some women are just 'picky' :lol:
