Although it may seem like a feasible idea, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) says that reselling an iPod or MP3 player with music already preloaded on it is illegal. (http://www.fmqb.com/Article.asp?id=174065)

Oh man, those idiots just keep banning every damn thing.
Next thing they ban? Music.
-
Fuck the RIAA. If I wanna sell my iPod and I'm feeling generous enough to not wipe the music, that's what I'm gonna do. Chances are whoever I sell it to will wipe out most of it anyway after I sell it to them.
-
Yeah. Unless whoever I sell it to is a huge trf/move/morning musume/ai otsuka/billy joel fan it'll get wiped anyway.
-
Do these ppl at the RIAA have enough time to check every used ipod seriously. If ur goin to sell one u just delete the stuff in it. If u forget to do it. Its not your problem
-
Probably 'cause it's OMG FREE MUSIC.
-
the next thing that RIAA will probably ban is HardDisks with Mp3s in them.... -_-!!
