A court has heard that a woman who stabbed her partner to death on Christmas Day sent text messages saying she was going to eat his body.

Tamie Melehan, 28, has pleaded not guilty to the murder of her partner, David Vaughan, 30, due to mental illness. (http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2010/03/22/2852727.htm)
