前作「雄叫びボーイWAO！」に続いてのリリースとなる、2010年第2弾シングル。テレビ東京系アニメ『イナズマイレブン』およびニンテンドーDSゲーム『イナズマイレブン3 世界への挑戦!! ボンバー』のエンディング・テーマとなっている。

the title isn't decided yet, but i guess it's probably another double A single since it's another theme for Inazuma according to CDJapan :
Description:Single release from Berryz Kobo featuring the song which is outro theme to anime series "Inazuma Eleven" & outro theme to game "Inazuma Eleven3 Sekai e no Chosen!! Bomber."
Limited edition A includes a serial number card and a bonus DVD featuring music video and ending footage of the anime.
Limited edition B includes a serial number card.
Regular edition includes a bonus track, spark version of "Otakebi Boy WAO!," which is not included in the limited editions.

the single is actually called "Maji Bomber" not Honki Bomber. you can hear them say it in the song.

It's starting to grow on me :lol: I liked it before but it's beginning to stuck in my head now :ph43r:
The "maji bomber" lines are the best, either sung by all or solo~
One of my highlights of the song is probably Risako. I wasn't too fond of her lines lately, since they were all the same kind of "yelling".
However it's different here and all sounds good.

I saw a clip of this 'making' the other night. The camera dude on the seat had to be pushed by an assistant camera dude in circles. I just rememered that as I saw the spinning in this PV. XD

That's a great PV, and I really love the song :D

Love the styling, love the PV cinematography and scenario, just wish the song was heavier but like like ChrNo said, this was already a lot of Buono's territory so it's better for them not to get too grungy. Song grew on me over the course of the PV, it's like Rival meets Yuujou Junjou meets speed. :lol:
And the vocals! :wub: You could hear the song was straining for them, but none of the girls let me down and I'm loving Risako's deep voice more and more every day. She's the best part of ONLY YOU!
Looks like H!P only has the resources to make 1.5 of their groups good at a time and right now it's Berryz and S/mileage. :lol: :cow:
Plus way back in the day when I first got into Berryz I started doing a Berryz Rock Band fanart(never finished), and then they go and do it! :wub:

Well their 22nd single's first day rank was #4 with less than 10,000 sold. So it's not that good. Although they did get #3 for the week with 25K sold.

It's fairly depressing me.
Last single with similar first week sales was Koi no Jubaku with 12,897
Last single with first week sales below 20k was VERY BEAUTY with 16,625
The only positive thing about the numbers is that Koi no Jubaku and VERY BEAUTY belong to the top quality songs in my opinion.

The reason for those low sales might be due to the release event that is attached to it.
Originally the CD contains a code for the Lottery to an event where Berryz appear together with T-Pistonz＋ＫＭＣ.
The event however aims at children, at least the first round if I understand it correctly. Because it's more like an event for the Anime.
For whatever reason they also don't even have a handshake part like it's normal for release events.
So probably that reduced the number people bought copies to win a ticket at the lottery = low sales.
They seem to have realized that now and announced an additional handshake event.
From 7/22 (tomorrow) 11:00am on they will sell the regular edition with handshake event tickets somewhere (don't get the place).
The event will take place on the same day 7/22 and 7/23 after a performance of Berryz at Fuji-TV.
Since those CDs are extra press (not first press anymore) they will of course not contain a code for the event with T-Pistonz etc.

As expected, Berryz up in the charts again.
Daily oricon position: #7
They might drop out of charts soon again since the handshake event CDs are only sold at one place for a day I think.

They're also giving out signed (by one member) maji bomber poster to people who buy the single at the Hello! Project concert in Kobe on the 7/24 and 7/25
