Title: GSDF sergeant shoplifts to avoid Iraq mission?

A Ground Self-Defense Force sergeant caught shoplifting in Inzai, Chiba Prefecture, earlier this month has told investigators he did it because he "did not want to be deployed to Iraq," officials said Tuesday. (http://search.japantimes.co.jp/cgi-bin/nn20060222a5.html)

What's worse? Going to serve for you country in Iraq? Or going to jail to get anally raped?  :lol:
