I upped this for a friend and the link should still be good. I figured I share this wonderful singer with you! Known for being Reira in Nana, she's Japanese American! Yay~! :lol:

Anyways, this is her new single, including Faith [ED of the drama Unfair] and Pure eyes. Enjoy!

She is a half-Japanese- and half-Korean-American rising new star in the Japanese pop music scene, an actress and a former Korean model. She was born on September 20, 1983, in Los Angeles and is a citizen of the United States.

Being generic doesn't mean they're good, because they are. However, I feel like listening to two album songs, not to two singles. Bad...

Agreed. I like the easy pop feel of that tune and Yuna-chan is up to the task.

We burned a DVD of the PV and took it to her parent's restaurant last night. They have a good DVD/PA system there and played it several times (it was the first time they'd seen it). I sure hope I don't get sick of the song (I dine there weekly).

I think you're going to get sick of this song faster than her first one.

She was in love with Takumi and had a fling with Shin and then fell for him? Something like that :lol: I don't remember. I DO know that Reira was in love with Takumi when we first met her!

Ooh! I really really like this! It's upbeat... and I dunno XD I just like it~

It's not as upbeat, but it's still really nice~
06.Tender is the Night
Right at the beginning, you can feel a romantic song coming up. Yuna sounds lovely in it. I don't think she's really done a song like this before~
07. Fragile
Another upbeat-ish one. Probably the song I like least so far, but it's not bad.
08.Nobody Knows
English! At least at the beginning...
10.Stay for Love
It sounds like a remix at the beginning! A little repetitive, but still nice~
12.Perfume
A ballad~ Freakin' gorgeous :heart:

yea...a shame that none of her album tracks are on par with her single tracks (seems to be the general consensus among listeners) but I find them enjoyable, I can listen from track 1 to the very end and not get bored.

It only debuted at #18. Kinda eh. I hope she comes out with something more quality in the future. But it kind of seems like the only thing that'll win Japan over is when she sings a ballad. :ONfrustrated: I don't like her ballads much.

My favorite song chances all the time. Really liked the pop style with Mahaloha and I'm Here.

Singer Yuna Ito (25) will provide the theme song for the movie "Tenshi no Koi," directed by Yuri Kanchiku. Titled "Let it Go," it will be a rock tune composed by Superfly producer Koichi Tabo. Ito is a big fan of the mobile phone novel that the movie is adapted from. She has already released two songs associated with the novel, "miss you" and "LOVE MACHINE GUN." "Tenshi no Koi" stars model Nozomi Sasaki (21), who is actually good friends with Ito. The film opens in theaters on November 7, and "Let it Go" goes on sale on November 11.
