A boring RPG with about 40% train simulator because I travel a lot  :nervous

Mine would be about the adventures of a NEET, where you play minigames consisting of: furiously programming, tagging music in a strict fashion, and obsessively checking torrents & Twitter (with a lifebar that would slowly drain if you didn't check them). If you attempt to leave the 3m x 2m room you are in for the duration of the game, YOU DIE.

A Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's RPG game... where I'm accidently teleported to the 5D's world and everythings going upside down there and Yusei and his friends must find a way to stop this disaster etc. XD
