Title: [Poll] The Official SKE48 Girls Threads Forum: Yay or Nay

SKE48 has been getting more and more popular and it's time to decide whether they deserve their own forum or not. Do you think that SKE48 members should have their own "Official Girls Threads" forum or not? Would the member threads get even more active or would people just ignore the forum completely? This poll is only about the member threads which means that the general discussion threads, polls, news etc. would stay in their current forums.

SKE48 is not AKB48, so I say yes.

The most popular argument I've seen against that is people won't check out SKE48 if it's in a separate section. If people are too lazy to check out SKE on their own, I don't think it matters what subforum it's in.

I'm gonna say 'yes' to this. In my opinion, SKE48 has become strong enough as a group to stand alone from AKB48 and I guess the forum should somewhat reflect that.

My vote is 'no'. There would be some sole SKE posters but it could very likely end up ignored. SKE threads mixed in with AKB threads might still generate interest from people like... 'oh hey i don't recognize this girl's name, let's see what's up.' Yeah Jaf mentioned SKE is a lot stronger now compared to when SKE threads were first being created but for anyone new to AKB and want to get their foot in the door, jumping onto the AKBar with a ton of different sections is pretty daunting. Not to mention, it just creates another mouse click for me and I'm all about minimizing mouse clicks 8)

lol this is so true, sometimes I feel so sad about it lol.  XD

but I guess it would depend on how posters are like here. If people tend to discover SKE48 member's threads just because you see them on top of the girls' forum then I don't think they need their own forum yet. But if there are good amount of posts on some threads already then go ahead. I'm not sure about my answer yet since I don't think I've been active enough.  :nervous

The people have spoken! SKE48 will not get a forum.... at least not yet :P
