Not 100% sure what this is at the moment, but it sounds pretty interesting. It features all 48 girls who will be transformed into animals through some sort of picture technique? It's done by Asami Kiyokawa. (http://www.asamikiyokawa.com/)
It mentions:

I just got this photobook and wow...I REALLY recommend it.

The scans you've seen are actually from the postcards that come with the book. I don't know of anyone who got chikarina's card and I've not seen one floating about, sorry.(only got 2 postcards with each copy of the book)
Once I get home(11th dec) I can scan tanabe's though, I've not seen that one about. When my trade is complete I'll also scan Shiichan's ^.^
