Mano Erina’s 2nd album, currently untitled, has been announced. The album will come in two versions – Limited and Regular.

The release date is set for 11/24.

Not sure if this is from the upcoming album or not, but it seems like a good bet it is.

Edit:
The title seems to be  「ドレミファどうして」, or "Do Re Mi Fa Doushite".
