I hope that the Blu Ray version isn't just a scaled up version of the DVD, with lots of pixels instead of 1080p :angry:
My main intention for ordering it is the original Beginner PV :D :D

After seeing this thread and how it was only £50-ish for the Blu-ray I wanted to buy it and I started to plan that it would be one of my next purchases but then... yeah I got thrown off by the fact I can watch all of these on youtube! :lol: I'm better off buying concert dvds~ :P

I watched the DVD of the older hits yesterday, (birthday prezzie...huzzah!) and in spite of the fact that I've seen them all countless times on youtube, I noticed loads of things I've missed on the previous viewings.
I've got this one pre-ordered now ;)

On the DVD charts, AKB48’s music video collection “AKB ga Ippai ~The Best Music Video~” sold an additional 66,000 copies in its second week, remaining in the #1 spot. Combined with last week’s numbers, it now has reached total sales of 275,000, making it the best-selling music video DVD by a female artist ever. The previous record holder was Kuraki Mai’s “FIRST CUT,” which has sold 233,000 copies.

On the DVD charts, AKB48’s “AKB ga Ippai ~The Best Music Video~” ranked #3 and sold 10,000 more copies, putting its total sales to date at 324,000. Earlier this month, it became the best-selling music video DVD ever by a female artist, but now it also holds the record for best-selling music DVD (counting concert DVDs) by a female artist. The previous record was held by Koda Kumi’s 2005 release “secret ~FIRST CLASS LIMITED LIVE~” at 322,000 copies.
