Supposed to be based from Tomochin, Amina and Kitarie's Tsundere! Song. Though the story only revolves around Tomochin herself since the song fit her well xD
I know that i'm supposed to be working on my "Forbidden Pair" Shot collections but...
Like I said, my brain died, so for the mean time, I'll be writing this long-term pic.
Do tell me what you think. xD
Prologue
I don’t freaking need this thing you call ‘Friends’, you idiot. I can live by myself so don’t you say that I’m much more pathetic!
I won’t trust anyone, I will NEVER trust anyone, and I will NOT befriend anyone enough to call them my ‘real bestfriend’.
In this life of mine, I will live as a mere spectator, the one who will watch your life flip upside down as you spend your precious time with these ‘friends’ of yours.
And in the end, I will be the one laughing at you…
ALONE.
Those were the words I left to my father before I moved away from home. I said it all out of anger, but thanks to this ‘pride’ of mine, I have to live with my words and show that old man that I was serious when I said that.
The reason why I said all of those, you see, was because my father told me; ‘You always hang out with your classmates until late at night. You don’t even know if they really think of you as their real friend. Tomomi, keep in mind that now a days, you youngsters can’t be taken lightly. You never know, they might be befriending you only because you always have money. They let you pay for your things, right?’
I know that he only said that because he was worried, but I already knew that. He didn’t have to rub the fact that I was only used by my classmates.
I didn’t mind being used…
But after I snapped at him and insisted that I would live alone in an apartment…
I swore to myself never to make friends anymore.
It was my last year as a middle school student when all of that happened. And so, as soon as I graduated into a High School student, I moved away from home immediately. I couldn’t take it anymore; I didn’t want to hear his voice any longer. His useless lectures never failed to make my blood boil, you see. So another minute of living under the same roof as him would, without a doubt, turn me into a crazy psychotic girl.
My first year as a high school student and living alone went well. As expected, I successfully made an impression to everyone that if they would befriend me, I would only give them suffering. And thus, until the year ended, I had no friends.
No one to talk to…
No one to walk with…
Nothing…
I was beginning to get used to it though. All I did was to ignore everybody, I never tried striking a conversation with any one, I didn’t join any clubs, nor did I even try being a homeroom officer or something with the likes of that.
All I did was to act like a nobody… As though I never existed in the class…
I didn’t even go to the school’s cultural festival.
I ended up having a normal, boring life.
Though thanks to the fact that I had nothing better to do except to study, my grades were higher than when I was in middle school. I was surprised myself, but even if I went in the school’s top 3, it’s not like there’s someone who I can boast it with.
A life alone sure is hard… Was what I thought by then.
But I have to do it…
I have to act cold towards everyone; for the sake of my ‘Pride’, and for the sake of fulfilling my words.
Everything was supposed to go smoothly and according to my plan. I was supposed to stay as a person with no friend until the end of my high school years as promised but…
On my second year as a high school student, everything changed.
All because of one girl…
One… Idiotic… Girl.

This part reminds me of a NDS game named "The world ends with you", the main character of this game has the same thought too. And since this is TomoTomo's fic, I sure will catching up every update of you. Nice prologue, wait for your update :heart:

Chapter 1
Imagine yourself sitting down on one of the seats inside a certain train where a girl is dozing off right beside you. As the time passed by, she would slowly begin leaning down towards your shoulder as she grew deeper into her slumber. Now, normally, you would try moving away to avoid that from happening, correct? But what if on your other side, the person sitting beside you is a drunken man who looks like he’s about to throw up any time soon? Are you still going to try and move away from the girl or are you going to let her rest her head on your shoulder?
I chose the latter one, just so you know…
And because of that decision of mine, I met her. The girl who shook my world and the girl who threw my life into turmoil… Be it in a good way or in a bad way.

I was on my way back to my apartment by the time I met her. As usual, the trains were packed with people, so I had to run as fast as I could just so I could get a seat. Standing up is a great burden, you see. If you decide to ‘enjoy’ your whole trip home while standing and you’re a girl, a big chance of having your bottom touched is high. That’s why I hate males; all they do is harass here, harass there, flirt, drink, harass more and so on. In my point of view, they’re nothing but filths in this world. But that’s another issue.
When I first entered the train (while panting heavily), I thought that I was ‘lucky’ since there was still a space for one person on one of the seats inside the train, and most of all, the girl occupying it is from the same school as I am. So I thought that sitting there would be safe.
At first, she just continued on clicking away on her phone’s buttons as I sat down right beside her. But after a minute or two, she began muttering things such as ‘Chiyuu’ while reading her messages. By the time the train finally continued on moving, she was beginning to doze off. Quite a fast mood swing, yes, but I tried to ignore it. At least now, she’s quiet… Was what I thought.
As time passed though, her head slowly began leaning down towards my shoulder, and as soon as the train we were on passed by the second station, she was already resting her head there. I wanted to move away, really, but I didn’t want to move closer to the drunken man sitting on my other side. So there I was, stuck on my seat with a girl who I don’t even know resting her head on my shoulder.
Soon, my stop was drawing closer. And yet, the girl still didn’t show any signs of waking up. I tried shaking her, flicking her forehead, poking her cheek and even slapped her, but to my dismay, she still continued on sleeping.
We are now nearing the next station; please clear the door for people to exit and to get it as we get there…
Hearing the announcement, I could feel that we were getting more and more closer to the station I was supposed to get down to and as a result, I began to panic and shook the girl beside me violently. But as expected, she still wouldn’t budge and instead, just let out yet another ‘Chiyuu’.
The door not far from us opened soon after, indicating that we have arrived.
People began walking out of the train, and at the same time, more passengers flooded inside, making it even more impossible for me to get out. I hurriedly placed both of my hands on her head and tried to push it off, but by the time I finally freed myself from her, the door shut close and the train resumed on driving away.
This is the pits… Was the only thing I could think of at that time.
The train eventually passed two more stations with the two of us still stuck on the same seat. Rather, I was the one forcefully stuck there. I already gave up a long time ago. I had no other choice. She wouldn’t budge an inch no matter how hard I tried, so I see no point in trying to wake her up anymore.
Finally, after more than an hour of sleeping, she opened her eyes.
“Nhh…” She muttered as she straightened herself up. Rubbing her eyes like how a kid would do it, she looked around her quietly. Then up to me, outside the window, then in front of her, breathing out a relieved sigh, “Ah… Tomo didn’t miss her stop. Lucky~”
Maybe you didn’t miss yours, YET. But I missed mine thanks to you.
I furrowed my brows down as I stared at her, and as though she sensed it, she turned her attention to me and stared as well with her head slightly tilted to the side. She blinked, lifted her brows up and then snapped her finger. “Oh, right! Thank you for lending me your shoulder.” She said with a smile plastered on her face. “Tomo didn’t cause you any trouble, did she?”
After pursing my lips into a thin line, I let out a heavy sigh. “Aside from the fact that I missed my station thanks to you and I had to sit down next to a drunken old man, no, not really.”
Her eyes widened a little, “Eh? Drunken old man? Uwah… I’m so sorry; Tomo just suddenly fell asleep without noticing it and rested on your shoulder… You should have woken Tomo up instead so you wouldn’t have to go through all that. Not to mention that you missed your stop as well… Really, Tomo’s so sorry, please forg-”
I hurriedly ‘slapped’ my hand over her mouth, “Stop, stop, stop! Okay, I understand that you’re sorry. It’s not your fault that you fell asleep and I did try waking you up to the point that I poked my pen inside your nose-” Hearing that, she blinked with her eyes slightly widening and her hand placing itself by her nose- “But you didn’t budge an inch. It doesn’t matter if I missed my station anymore, it’s not like someone would be worried anyway so I’ll just take another ride home by the next station, so you can stop your apology madness now, understand?”
She frowned, “Yes… Chiyuu…”
Soon, the train’s attendant announced that we were about to stop on a certain station; Hearing that, the people who were once sitting down stood up as they prepared their selves in battling out the train, the said station is known for being crowded, you see, and as soon as a train makes its stop there, people would immediately begin flooding in and out of the train. It’s like a rally battle.
Rather, it’s like hell.
“This is Tomo’s stop.” The girl muttered before standing up. She suddenly held her hand out to me soon after. “You’re going to take your ride back to your station here, right? It’s hard getting out from the train so hold Tomo’s hand. I have a secret that makes exiting easy.”
Now that I think about it, she’s been saying Tomo this, Tomo that. Referring to your self in third person… That’s kind of weird.
Just what am I doing, anyway? Here I am, trying to keep my ‘words’ of living alone without a single friend and yet I’m talking to a stranger so casually. Not to mention that she’s of the same school as me… I just hope that she wouldn’t talk to me if ever we were to bump into each other.
I reluctantly held her hand and pulled myself up.
“Ready?” She smiled at me. I simply nodded my head in response. “And…” The train’s door finally opened, revealing the pack of strangers waiting just outside it. Just as when the passengers in the train were about to make their move out, she yelled; “NOBODY MOVE! THIS IS A HOLDUP!” Seeing that everybody followed her order and stopped moving, her smile widened slowly and without any further ado, she ran out of the door- dragging me with her.
“Eh? W-Wait, are you crazy?! What on earth are thinking? Really, a holdup? And will you stop dragging me already?!”
She slowly stopped by the station’s exit, slightly slumping her body down as she panted lightly. “It worked, didn’t it? We escaped the endless pool of people in a breeze.” She smiled again and lifted her fingers up into a victory sign. “Tomo’s plan was a success!”
I wanted to slap my forehead so bad. “By making such a terrible joke? What if a police was nearby and thought that you were telling the truth?! I would be dragged into trouble with you as well.” Letting out a sigh, I slightly lifted my hand up so I could wipe my sweat away from my forehead- only to find out that she was still holding it.
“If that happens then I’ll take responsibility and say that I was planning to use you as a hostage since you were the nearest person.” Her voice suddenly turned cold- Well, not cold but it was different from earlier. It wasn’t all childish-like and cutsey but instead, it sounded like how a normal high schooler’s voice would be. Looking up at her, I could see that she had a serious look plastered on her face as well. Not to mention how she halted talking in third person. “That’s why, you don’t have to worry.” She added after a short pause.
“Say that to me after you let go of my hand.”
“Eh? Ah… Hmm…” With her silly self returning, her once serious face immediately faded away as she puckered her lower lip up and shifted her brows down. So much for being serous, I see. “No.” She said with a smile. “Since you said that you’ve had enough of my apologizing, at least let Tomo treat you into dinner for suddenly dragging you around like that. How does that sound?” Placing her right hand above the other, she slightly tightened her hold on mine. “Come on, say yes. Please? It’s my treat.” She shook my hand like a kid.
Letting out another sigh, I used my free hand to pinch the bridge of my nose. Great, all of this is making my head hurt now… “Your treat, really?” I placed my hand down and stared at her uninterestedly.
“Yes, really.” Her smile widened. “If you want, you can choose whichever place you want to eat as well!”
“Well… Since you insist…”
A small smirk rose up from my features.
“I have a certain ramen shop in mind.”

I couldn’t help myself from grinning as I watch her stare down at the bowl of ramen before her with a disappointed look plastered on her face. The current shop we were in is well known for having a terrible ramen- though I personally think that it’s quite delicious. Just like how one idol said it in a variety show once; the cabbage’s hardness, the meat’s taste along with the ramen blends together perfectly.
But other people find it disgusting. I sometimes don’t understand what most people are into anymore. In fact, I think they’re just overreacting and wasting good food.
I was about to eat my ramen until I heard her exclaim “Ah, mou!” and stood up. She pulled out her wallet not long after and paid for our ramen before grabbing me by my wrist and dragging me away.
“Hey- Wai- I thought we just finished talking about dragging me around?! And I haven’t even touched my ramen yet! Listen to me, oi!” As per norm, I furrowed my brows down as I tried catching up behind her and occasionally stumbling around. This girl walks to fast, no kidding.
“Tomo’s not eating that ramen.” She halted as soon as we were far away from the shop. And once again, she didn’t let go of my hand as she turned around to look at me. “That’s why we’re eating somewhere else.” I may just be imagining it due to the darkness around us, but I think I just saw her pout.
Placing my hand on my forehead, I let out a sigh. “So much for making me choose, I see… And where do you plan on taking me this time?”
“Eh? Uh…” Looking up at the sky, she placed her free hand under her chin and began stroking her invisible mustache. What is she, an old man? “Ah, I know! Let’s eat in Tomo’s apartment. Tomo will cook us dinner! How does that sound?” She grinned.
“I don’t know… I mean, I don’t even know if you’re good in cooking or not.”
“If you can eat a ramen like that then I’m sure you can eat Tomo’s cooking too.”
Touché.
“It’s fine. I think I should be heading home now, anyway. There’s school tomorrow and it’s already dark out. My home’s an hour away from here as well.” I tried shaking my hand off of her grip, but to my dismay, she only tightened it as a response. “Hey, hey. Let go of my hand, will you?” I furrowed my brows down for the hundredth time.
She pouted and shook her head stubbornly. Seriously, she acts like a kid too much. “I refuse! You can sleep in the apartment if you want. I’ll lend you my uniform too! We go in the same school anyway, so we can go there together.”
“Are you crazy? It doesn’t matter whether we’re schoolmates or not, there’s no way I’m sleeping in a stranger’s apartment.”
And what happened to your third person speaking manner?
“So you’re saying that you’d rather walk home in the dark from the station even though it’s already past ten o’clock? Isn’t that much dangerous than sleeping in Tomo’s apartment? We’re both girls anyway so there’s no way either of us is going to harass each other. Isn’t that awkward? And if something happens to you, Tomo will get in trouble too. Just accept Tomo’s offer already, mou.”
Ah, it came back.
“So you’re not letting go of my hand until I say yes?” I lifted a brow up.
She nodded her head while looking up at me with her eyes filled with determination.
“Never.”
This is the pits…
“Alright, fine… But before that, tell me your name first. It’s weird if I go and sleep in someone else’s apartment without even knowing her name.”
Her smile appeared in her face again. But this time, it was much brighter than the earlier ones. In fact, this one’s bright enough to blind even those who are wearing sunglasses. Okay, I’m exaggerating, I know.
“Kasai. Kasai Tomomi. And you?”
“It’s Itano… Itano Tomomi.”
And just like that, my world slowly flipped upside down.

... Because it suddenly popped out on my mind after re-reading chapter one, I thought of adding this... As an extra, at least.
It's short, I know... :sweat:
Chapter 1.5
As expected, as soon as Kasai Tomomi heard my name, she began chanting out the word ‘Fate’ again and again. I know how meeting someone with the same name as you by accident is kind of thrilling; it doesn’t happen as a daily basis, after all. But the fact that she was so happy with just a really simple thing somehow… Made me feel like I was actually standing beside an idiot, though her smile did made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Which I would like to refer to as ‘creepy’.
“Since our name is the same, how should we call each other?” A frown appeared on my face as per norm as she continued on smiling down at me happily.
Wouldn’t calling me by my last name suffice? Most of all, it’s not like I plan on sticking with her for a long time. I can’t believe how she actually acts all friendly towards someone she just met. Too friendly, to be exact.
“Can’t you just call me by my last name?” I answered dryly with my frown still visible on my face.
Her smile slowly turned into a small frown a second after, “But…” she looked at me again with pleading eyes and with her lower lip slightly puckered out. Is she supposed to be imitating a crying puppy?
I quietly shifted my eyes to the side… But she immediately moved to the direction where I was staring at- blocking my view with her failed impression of a puppy face. Grunting to myself, I turned my eyes to the other side, and once again, she moved to that direction as well.
She really is an idiot… I thought to myself inwardly.
“Alright fine…” My head slightly dropped down in defeat with a long sigh escaping from my lips. “If you really insist then you can spend the whole night thinking of a name to call me. I’m going home.”
“Ah, w-wait! Tomochin’s supposed to sleep in my apartment!”
“Tomochin?”
Her ever-so-sweet smile rose up from her feature once again as she nodded her head to me eagerly. “You did say I can do the brain storming for your name. And that’s what I’ve decided! Tomochin!” She smiled more with her eyes closed. “What will Tomochin call me, I wonder?”
I stared at her dully for a second.
“Kasai-san.”
“Eh?”
“Kasai-san.” I repeated in the same bored tone I used earlier.
“Ehh…” She pouted childishly with her lower lip puckered out once again- with her body slightly slumped down at the same time. “At least remove the –san at the end… It sounds too formal and there are many ‘Kasai-san’s out there as well… You should have thought of something more unique, mou…” Puffing her right cheek, she began walking to her home’s direction.
I watched her walk away for awhile until she was far enough to not hear me before muttering myself “Tomo, then? She does refer to herself that way…” pressing my lips together into a thin line, I began to drag my feet after her. “I think I’ll just stick with Kasai... Tomo's just too cute for an idiot like her...”

Chapter 2
As soon as we entered her apartment, the first thing that I noticed was the fact that it was actually big. It was big enough to actually fit a family of four, but too big for someone who lives by herself.
Everything was neatly arranged. The books on the shelves inside the living room were placed according to its height and series. There was another shelf right beside it, and it contained different kind of mangas, fashion books and even figurines unlike the other one which only had novels on it. Two words rose up on my mind by the time I noticed how many books she had, ‘BOOK WORM’.
“Tomochin?” I frowned at the ridiculous nickname inwardly as I turned my attention to her. She simply waved her hand to me in a ‘come-over-here’ kind of manner before walking inside one of the doors. Being the kind guest I was, I quietly complied and followed her inside.
For a 1LDK apartment, her bedroom was actually big. It was coated with the color of pink and white. Even the curtains were white. And despite the fact that it was already night time, the room’s light brightened the room as though it was still morning; which was, to be honest, painful to the eyes.
While I was busy looking around the room in awe, Tomo- I mean Kasai quietly placed a futon just beside the single sized bed and laid down on it without even changing out of her uniform. She heaved out a heavy sigh as soon as she landed down on her back.
“Tomo’s so tired…” She whined.
I looked down at her with a frown plastered on my face. “What are you doing?”
“Lying down…”
“Why there?”
“Because Tomochin will be the one using the bed.”
My frown grew- If ever that was even possible. “Get up; I’ll sleep on the futon instead. I’m much more used with sleeping on the futon anyway since I do that as a daily basis.”
“Nooo~!” She whined out childishly before rolling around the futon and eventually ending up on the floor. She slowly closed her eyes soon after. “Really… Tomochin can use the bed…” Her voice trailed off as she rolled back into the futon once again and snuggled under its blanket.
Sighing quietly to myself, I picked the blanket on the bed up and placed it on the floor- just beside the futon, before dropping the pillows down as well. Kasai slowly opened her eyes again as I laid down on it, staring at me with her slightly widened eyes.
“What are you doing, Tomochin?” She lifted her brows up.
“Since you refuse in letting me sleep on the futon, then I’m sleeping here. Take it or leave it.”
“This is close to sleeping together, you know…”
“I guess you’re right…”
Silence enveloped the two of us for awhile. My eyes were beginning to close itself as time passed by. The only thing I could hear was the sound of the few cars passing by. The light inside the room was still on, thus making it hard for me to fall asleep. I’m not even sure whether it was time for us to sleep or not, but my eyes were demanding their good night’s rest, that’s for sure.
Just as when I was about to blank out, I felt an arm wrap around my waist. I quickly opened my eyes soon after and turned around only to find Kasai close to me.
I frowned.
“Kasai, don’t sleep on me, oi.”
“So sleepy chiyuu…” She said in an obviously tired tone of voice.
“You haven’t even changed out of your uniform yet.”
“That’s fine… Tomo will worry about that tomorrow…” With that said she snuggled closer and picked my right arm up before wrapping it around herself. “So warm…” she moved even closer, completely invading my space.
“If you try to move closer again, I’m going to bite your ear off.” I furrowed my brows down. Even though I could have pushed her away anytime, I didn’t feel like doing so- rather, I was too lazy to do it. Who can I blame? It was already past ten- or even eleven. Who wouldn’t be dead tired around that time? Not me, that’s for sure.
My eyes slowly closed once again, and quietly, with the idiot still sleeping in my arms, I fell into my own dream world.

By the time I woke up again, it was already morning and to my surprise, Kasai was still asleep right beside me. I quietly reached out for my bag and pulled my phone out to check the time. Five a.m. it was still early, good.
I slowly stood up and walked inside the bathroom.
Really, Itano Tomomi, just what were you thinking? Not only did you accept an offer to stay in someone’s apartment for the night even though you just met, but you also let her sleep in your arms! Jeez, what happened to the ‘keep your promise forever’ thought, huh?
Staring at the mirror standing before me, a frown slowly appeared on my face.
The frown that was always seen on me,
The frown that everyone had grown accustomed to…
“And now I'm not even sure anymore if I can leave now or not.” I sighed as I dropped my head down and furiously ran my hand across my hair. “I guess I’ll go cook for breakfast… It’s better than arguing with my inner-self, at the very least.” Even though I was literally talking to no one, I still voiced it out loud before walking outside the bathroom.
Staring down at her sleeping figure down on the futon, I let out a sigh for the nth time and walked towards her direction, placing the blanket which she most likely tossed aside on top of her.
Really, why do I have to do this?
Sighing again, I finally straightened up and stretched my hands in the air, leaving the room soon after to prepare breakfast.

Kasai’s PoV
After hearing feint sounds of something getting fried, I slowly opened my eyes and turned my head to the side- only to find it empty. I was about to scan my brain for explanations on where she was when I smelled something good.
That must be the answer to my question,
The kitchen.
With a small smile on my face, I stood up and placed the blankets and futon away, grabbing some spare uniforms soon after- a set for myself, and another for Tomochin.
I chuckled at the thought of her reaction whenever I called her by that nickname.
She frowns a lot. And I’m sure that she herself knows of that, but for some reason, her frown makes her even cuter. Not to mention her smile that shows her fang. I honestly wish I had one. Though I understand how most girls wished for perfect flawless teeth, I somehow find ones with fangs and what not more cute.
I’m weird, I know. I get that a lot.
I immediately left the room after changing into my uniform with the other set in my hand and walked to where I thought Tomochin was- only to find it empty. Breakfast was already served on the dining table not far from the kitchen though.
Walking closer to it, I found a piece of paper and picked it up.
I used your things without permission, sorry.

I stared at the paper quietly as I listened to the wall clock’s ticking in complete silence…
Oh… So she left already…

Itano’s PoV
As soon as I arrived in the classroom, I immediately made my way to my seat located at the other side of the door, near the window. To be honest, that wasn’t really my proper seat. The student who was supposed to occupy that transferred to another school, you see, so it was left empty. Since it was the furthest seat from everyone else, I took the liberty of stealing it and claimed it mine. Nobody seemed to care, anyway.
“Itano-san~!” One of my classmates called out. She was the second shortest in our class, and the one who was always filled with perverted antics and devious acts. “I wasn’t able to do my assignment today; you did yours in school yesterday, right? Can I copy it, pretty please?” She clasped her hands together in a pleading manner with her head bowed low at the same time.
Without saying anything, I simply pulled out a blue notebook from my table and handed it to her. Thankfully, I make my homeworks in school. Just in case something happens in the evening and would get in the way. Just like what happened last night.
Taking the notebook, she beamed out a smile at me with her deep dimples showing on her cheeks. “Thanks! I’ll treat ya some chocolate cornets later, don’t worry~” she waved the notebook in the air before running back to her seat “Sae, Sae! Quick, I found our ‘source of enlightenment’! Grab your notebook!”
I quietly watched her call out another classmate, this time, it was the second tallest in our class. I find it amusing how the second shortest and tallest actually gets along well. And to add it up, the shortest and tallest are the class’s President and Vice President, with the shorter one being the former and the tallest as the latter.
“Oh? Really? Lucky~! You sure are fast, Yuko!” Sae jolted up from her seat and occupied the empty chair right beside Yuko, dragging along her notebook and her mechanical pencil.
Everyone has always been like this- Only talking to me when they needed something important, and then, ignoring me completely when they have none. I didn’t mind it though; at least I won’t have any troubles pushing them away. And plus, letting them copy my assignments actually helps me as well, since they would always reward me with breads and lunch. That’s right, I’m the class Pet. They feed me if I do something nice.
Pathetic, I know.
I stood up from my chair and walked outside the classroom for a quick stroll. It was still thirty minutes early before classes would officially start. And the Principal just announced awhile ago that the teachers will have an emergency meeting. So I hardly doubt that classes would start early.
As soon as I reached the stairs, I bumped onto the last person I wanted to see- Kasai Tomomi.
“Ah! Tomochin~! Good morning.” She greeted cheerfully with a smile plastered on her face. Some of the students even turned their attention to us for a second or two before resuming what they were doing. “Jeez, you just left me like that this morning, Tomochin sure is cruel… And to think that we sl-”
I hurriedly clasped my hand on her mouth- Which unintentionally ended up with a ‘slap’ to her mouth with a loud smack.
And I could clearly see that it hurt.
She looked at me with her pout on before grabbing my hand. “That hurt!” She whined as usual.
“Well, it’s your fault for saying unnecessary things in public. What you were about to say could have led to misunderstandings, you know! What would your friends think if they misunderstood what you said and finds out that you actually let Itano Tomomi, the most unsociable student, stay in your home?” I frowned.
Staring at me with a blank look plastered on her face, Kasai’s brows slowly furrowed down to the middle. “Mou, Tomochin worries about trivial things too much! Tomo has no friends anyway so rest assured.”
Wait, what?
“Sorry, did I hear that right? You, with no friends? Then who were you messaging inside the train last night?”
“Oh, that? Tomo was actually checking online fashion shops~”
I mentally facepalmed.
In all honesty, my ‘respect’ to this girl is slowly… fading away. She’s way too… Well, I’m not really sure myself but for some reason, being with her somewhat annoys me. I don’t think of her as bothersome, but really, I can’t stop sighing whenever she’s around.
“Ah! Since Tomochin has no friends as well, does that mean Tomo is your first friend?”
“Don’t just go around announcing you’re my friend without asking me.”
“But you slept with Tomo!” She pouted and began flailing her arms in the air.
My eyes widened as soon as I realized what she just said. “O-Oi, idiot! Don’t just yell that out in here! Do you want a rumor to spread or something?!” My hand slapped her head out of instinct.
Taking a step back as a response, Kasai accidentally bumped onto someone.
The next thing we knew, someone was already laying flat at the end of the staircase, covered with the books she was most likely carrying before Kasai had bumped onto her.
The two of us immediately ran to her side and checked whether she was fine or not. She was still breathing, thankfully, but she was still unconscious.
“This… This is bad, Tomochin…”
“Tell me something I don’t know…” I slapped my palm on my forehead.
“No… I mean… This… This is the Student Council’s President! She’s supposed to have speech later, right?!”
“…This really is bad…”
"Oi, both of you! Have you seen the Student Council Pres? She's missing for some rea- Oh my God, what did you do to her?!" The Secretary of the council, namely Takajo Aki or Akicha, widened her eyes as soon as she saw the President lying flat at the end of the stairs, unconscious. "Sasshi! Oi, Sasshi, wake up!" she grabbed her by the collar and started shaking her violently. Wait, wouldn't that just make things worst? "Come on! I'll make you do your Sashiharassment on Kero-chan as much as you want, just wake up already! It's almost time for your speech!"
As though her offer worked, Sashihara- The student council President (believe it or not), opened her eyes and looked up at the Secretary crouching down right beside her. She dramatically and at the same time, slowly, reached her hand out to her. Akicha responded by holding it. "Aki..." Sashihara coughed. "I'm sorry... I have failed everyone... I suppose I'll be... Leaving... Now..." Her grip on Akicha's hand slowly lessened as she closed her eyes once again. And eventually, dropped it down as thought she had indeed died.
Kasai and I watched them with blank looks plastered on our faces.
"Pres?! Pres?! Sasshi!!!!" Akicha yelled out to the sky- well, more like the ceiling since we're indoors- making me facepalm for the nth time.
Why am I surrounded with idiots?
"You two..." She slowly stood up as her voice slowly turned into a threatening one. Oh boy... Is this her Yankee side everyone has been talking about...? "You better take responsibility about this..." Fully standing on her feet again, she looked at us with a deadly smile on. "And I'm not taking no as an answer..."
"H-Hai..." Kasai and I reluctantly answered in unison.

Standing in front of hundreds of students packed inside the school's gym, I quietly shifted my eyes to Kasai and signed her to begin reading the piece of paper secretly tucked on the small speech table placed in the middle of the stage. She shook her head hurriedly. I heaved out a sigh before stabbing a glare at her. Still, she shook her head and pressed her arms together into an X sign.
"Oi, you two, just read it already!" The Vice President of the student council, or should I say Kitahara Rie hissed out from the side on the stage. She pointed her index finger towards the paper impatiently. "It's your fault that Sasshi's locked in the infirmary, so read it in her stead." She added.
I quietly scoffed before grabbing the piece of paper. "Fine, I'll read it first."
"No, Tomo will." Kasai suddenly grabbed the edge of it and pulled it out of my grasp.
"Ha? Didn't you just say no earlier?" I stared at her, clearly not amused by her act. "Give it back, Kasai."
She shook her head. "No. I'll read the first lines first."
"Look, just because you're Younger and Taller than me for a few numbers doesn't mean I have to follow whatever you want. Now be a good girl and hand it over, Kasai Tomomi."
The students before us began laughing quietly to themselves as we continued on bickering. The microphone was on at that.
"Age and Height has nothing to do with this, chiyuu!"
"There's that Chiyuu again! You keep on saying Chiyuu chiyuu, chiyuu chiyuu! What does that even mean!?" I successfully grabbed a hold of the piece of paper she was lifting up. "Give me that." I hurriedly snatched it back before she could react.
"Mou, it's because Tomochin is always hot headed! That's why she has no friends at all!" She grabbed the piece of paper again- this time, by trapping me using her right arm. She swiftly wrapped it around me so I could stop moving as she used her free hand to take the piece off paper from my hand.
I frowned up at her. "Hey, you have no right to say that, you have no friends too!"
She paused for awhile with her jaw slightly dropping down. Taking this as my advantage, I took the paper back and lifted it up in the air- even though I knew that she could leisurely reach it since she's far taller than me.
After a few more minutes of silence, she finally snapped back and went back to reaching out for the paper again. "It's not Tomo's fault if people thinks she's weird! That's why I don't mind if they ignore me!" She took a step closer with her right hand held out towards the paper. I took a step away in response. "Chiyuu will do the opening lines! So hand it over, Tomochin!"
"Stop calling me by that ni-"
Everybody's gasps echoed throughout the Gym after a loud thud.
I groaned inwardly with my eyes tightly shut as soon as my back met the hard wooden stage.
Slowly opening them again, the first thing that greeted my vision was Kasai, with her eyes slightly widening...
...And with our lips locked together.
A/N: Yes, KitaRie, Sasshi and Akicha's in the student council. xD I thought that giving those roles to Senbatsu Members was far too cliched already so I chose the three musketeers. I mean, who doesn't love them? ;D

Buy no means I don't want to invade into your creative territory, but if you want to draw some inspiration from real world then bear in mind that she have been living by her own for couple of years now and have become skilled enough in cooking art. Based on her and other girls blog-posts she have orgainised quite few dinner parties. Unless other girls have been incredible polite by smoothing out her mishaps it appears she have done just fine.
Having said that don't worry. What ever route you take with this fic I still will read your stories. Keep them coming.

I agree with Akinyan, I believe Tomochin can cook, seen her in a couple shows with her cooking its not bad, but not super, I would say decent... she just.... isn't good with tasting the food.......... or just prefer different flavor/ taste to everyone else.....

After spotting the odd position Kasai and I were in on the stage, Kitahara hurriedly shut the lights off- engulfing the gym into nothing but the shade of black.
Wasting no time at all, I hurriedly placed my hand on Kasai’s shoulder and ‘gently’ shoved her away. I wanted to run, really. Rather, I wanted to slap her badly, but thanks to the darkness right now, I couldn’t even locate the idiotic girl. Slapping my hand on my forehead, I let out a shaky sigh as I hoped that it would help in calming me down. And it did, actually.
“Hey, you two, come over here!” Akicha hissed quietly from the side of the stage, turning her phone’s light on so that we could locate her much easier. The two of us complied, of course, and as soon as we were out of the stage, Kitahara turned the lights on again, showing the surprised and at the same time, confused looks of the students.
After a few moment of staring at us, Kitahara shook her head disappointedly and walked up the stage to read the letter in our stead.
Akicha suddenly placed her hand on her shoulder, looking down at me with her sympathetic eyes.
I slowly dropped my head down and glanced up at the idiot as a response.
“Great… My first kiss was with a girl… and in front of people I don’t know as well…”
I sighed bitterly.
“What just happened anyway? And are you okay? Your back didn’t snap, did it?” The student council president lifted her right brow up as she shifted her attention from me to Kasai- who was the culprit to all of this. Literally. “You didn’t just randomly tackle and then kiss her down, did you? Um… Kasai Tomomi, right?”
She nodded her head. “You can call me Tomo.” Her brows shifted down as she tried to smile, “I’m really sorry for everything I did… Really…” bowing down, she stayed in that position for a long while.
“Ease up, Tomo. Kitarie’s fixing things now, so try not to worry about it too much.” Akicha grinned, “Although… I think you two will have to fix this one problem on your own…”
I frowned.
“And what may this problem be?”
Her grin widened and slowly turned into a devious one.
“You’ll see soon.”
… I have a bad feeling about this.

After the unexpected event, Kitahara told Kasai and I that it would be best if we skip school for the day instead- which we did immediately. I don’t know about Kasai, but school’s nothing but a hindrance to me,
As we made our way home, the first thing that bothered me was the fact that Kasai was actually quiet. And she wasn’t trying to cling onto my arm as well. I know that I should be thankful about it, but for some reason, it was kind of sa- I mean, I couldn’t help myself from feeling awkward about it.
Unable to keep my curiosity in any longer, I sighed out loudly before turning to her and grabbing her by the wrist so she would stop walking.
“Kasai.” I called out while lightly pulling her back. “You’re awfully quiet. Is there something wrong?” My brows slowly furrowed to the middle. Just what the hell am I doing, anyway? This isn’t like me… Why am I even asking her if something was wrong? She could start crying for all I care.
She sniffled.
Wait, I was only joking on the crying part!
“It’s just that… Tomo caused a lot of trouble today… To the student council, to everyone… Even to Tomochin…” her voice croaked, making me feel guilty inside for asking her. “Tomo even used her first kiss on Tomochin…” Oh great, is killing someone through guilt the new fad?
Hearing that it was also her first kiss, I let out a sigh of relief- Wait, what? Why would I feel so relieved over something so simple- Rather, what’s there for me to be relieved about?
“You can’t call that a ‘real’ first kiss.” I finally let go of her wrist, “A kiss is something shared by two people who loves each other, right? So ours CAN’T be a real one.” Emphasizing the word ‘can’t’, I nodded to myself inwardly. That was an acceptable reason why we shouldn’t call it a first kiss, if I do say so myself.
“But Tomo does love Tomochin!”
I blinked.
“H-Ha?”
“I said, Tomo does love Tomochin! I do love you! So isn’t that counted as a First Kiss, then?”
“Wha- Well I don’t. So that’s still not counted.”
“Eh? But didn’t we-”
Rolling my eyes, I shook my head again. “A no is a no, Tomo.”
I continued on walking towards the train station, leaving her behind as I began to quicken my pace. Seriously, it seems like being worried about her and talking to her was a bad idea after all. And just what does she mean by what she said? I can’t believe how she can just say those three words so casually as though it meant nothing at all.
“Tomochin, wait!” For some reason, she managed to catch up without even a drop of sweat on her face- or at least panting. “Did… Did I just hear that right? You... You actually called me Tomo?”
Ah-
I instantly stopped on my tracks.
God no… Did I really call her that?
Impossible, that’s just too impossible.
“You’re being delusional again. Kasai.” After buying a ticket for the train, I left her again and proceeded inside the station, sitting down on one of the benches there as I waited for the next train to come. Which Is, to my dismay, still an hour away. People were giving strange looks to me as well. But I suppose that’s to be expected since it’s still time for us to be in school and I’m actually sitting here instead of in my classroom.
“Tomo’s not being delusional, Chiyuu…” A sigh escaped from my lips as soon as I noticed her sitting down right beside me with her arms crossed together and a pout on her face- which, to be honest, suits her for some reason. “I swear, I heard Tomochin say the name ‘Tomo’!” she puffed her cheeks more.
Why do I have to wait for the train with her?
“Hey, I’m also named as Tomo by some of my acquaintances, so that’s no surprise if I do say that word.”
“Excuses!”
“Shut up or I’ll slap you.”
“Go ahead!” She pouted.
I lifted my right hand up with a straight look plastered on my face. She responded with a broken smile and an obviously forced laugh, shifting her eyes to the side soon after before mumbling. “T-Tomo takes it back, please spare me.”
Smiling at her victoriously, I finally remembered something important- I wasn’t supposed to be talking with someone so casually like this. Wasn’t it me who said that I wouldn’t find any friends? That I would stick with being alone until the very end? Then why am I here talking with this idiot right beside me?! Tomomi Itano, I swear, if you mess this up and your father finds out, I’m going to hate you forever…
I sighed. Hell, as if I can come to hate myself…
“Tomochin?”
“Hm?”
“Let’s go to Tomo’s apartment again!” She chimed out happily, showing off her billion watt grin once again. The people inside the train station looked at the two of us for a second or two before going back to their business. What is this, déjà vu?
“Give me one good reason why I should go to your apartment.”
“Because Tomochin cooked breakfast for Tomo. I want to do something in return!”
“Okay, I meant two.”
“It’s still early; it would be a waste to just spend it alone, Chiyuu…”
“Three.”
“Umm…”
“Time’s up. I’m actually starting to miss my own apartment, so I supposed I won’t be going with you, I’m sorry, Tom- Kasai.” I smirked at her deviously as she looked up at me in disbelief. I have to admit, teasing her every now and then is quite fun. Especially whenever she looks at me with her ‘surprise’ face. And every after that surprised look of her, she would always pout.
And she did.
But it only lasted for less than a second as she smiled at me cheerfully once again, grabbing my hand tightly and shaking it up and down. I frowned, “I know! Tomo will visit Tomochin’s apartment, then! It’s only fair, chiyuu. You’ve already slept in my apartment, this time, let Tomo sleep in Tomochin’s!” the people in the station stared at us again, making me slap my forehead inwardly.
“Can you please stop talking about last night before a rumor starts spreading?”
“Then the kiss?”
“No.”
“Is that answer for the apartment one or the kiss?”
“Both.”
She put on her puppy-like frown and slowly shifted her eyes down to the ground. “Chiyuu…” she mumbled quietly, slowly shifting her body to the other side with her back facing me. Seriously, she acts like a kid too much.
Silence engulfed the two of us- but it was cut short as the train finally arrived. So much for one hour.
Standing up, I shifted my attention from the train back to her, quietly lifting my brows up as I noticed how she just remained in her seat. “Kasai?” I called out, but there was only silence with her giving me a mere shrug on her right shoulder as a response. I frowned at her in response as she turned her head away. Is this what they call the ‘silent treatment’? God, I seriously have to keep track on people’s actions now a days.
“Kasai, hurry up already or we’re going to miss the train.” I held my hand out to her.
She simply let out an ‘hmph’ and turned away even more.
Letting out a sigh, I dropped my hand down back to my side in defeat, pursing my lips into a frown tightly before sighing once again.
“Alright, fine. But not now, so how does tomorrow sound?”
She slightly turned her head to me, but still kept quiet.
“And you can continue on talking about the kiss.”
Her grin slowly appeared on her features once again before jumping onto me with her arms tightly wrapped around my shoulder. “I knew Tomochin is a really kind girl deep inside, chiyuu~! Tomochin is the Tomo loves, after all~” more people began staring at us after hearing the word ‘love.’
Good God, why me?

Arriving back to my apartment, I lazily took my shoes off and walked up to my room without any delay, dropping myself down on my bed soon after.
What a tiresome day.
No, not only today but last night as well, and all of this is because of one girl. An idiot at that.
Seriously, just what is wrong with me? I keep on repeating to myself that I wouldn’t befriend anyone, but there she is. And to think that I’ve been trying to disagree with her all this time. Why is it that I always end up complying to whatever she wants at the very end? She must be a witch. Yeah, behind that sexy face of hers is a devious witch- wait… Did I just say the ‘S’ word?
Great, something really is wrong with me…
Sighing, I stood up from my bed and changed out of my uniform.
I guess I’ll spend the whole day sleeping. There’s no use of stressing myself over her. Not to mention how my body’s been drying for a peaeful rest.

The birds’ songs echoed throughout my empty room as the sun’s light slowly entered from my ‘naked’ window (it has no curtain). Lying down on my bed, I blankly stared up at the ceiling with my everyday frown sticking on my face. I slowly moved my right arm up and rested it on my forehead soon after, closing my eyes for a second or two before heaving out a sigh.
Here I was, saying that I would get a peaceful rest…
But a day already passed and I still haven’t taken at least an hour of sleep…
I blame the kiss for that…

I hurriedly slammed my hand on the alarm clock sitting down on the table beside my bed before it could even finish its first beep.
Great, now it’s time for me to go to school.

Dragging my feet forward, I let out a yawn for the nth time of the day, rubbing my eyes lazily with my free hand as the other one tried to keep its grip tight on my bag’s sling. Hopefully, I don’t look like a panda right now.
Seeing the school’s gate only a few steps away from me, I smiled to myself quietly. Finally, I can take a rest inside my classroom. And possibly sleep in class.
“Look! It’s Tomochin!” My ‘secret’ smile immediately dropped down into a frown as I heard the ridiculous nickname first thing in the morning. And it was from someone else’s voice as well. “Oh god, it really is her! Hey, Tomochi~n!” Another voice said from the distance. My frown grew even more. Alright that’s it, who keeps on calling me by that nickname?!
Looking around the gate, I finally spotted two familiar figures standing not far from where I was.
Yuko and Sae.
“Kyaa! It’s Itano-sama!”
–sama ? Okay, that’s plain scary.
A girl hurriedly ran to my side, giving me a white board and a marker with a determined look on her face. Clearly taken aback from this, I furrowed my brows down and stared at the two objects, slightly tilting my head to the side. Just what the heck is she trying to pull off here?
“Can I have your autograph?” The girl chimed, clasping her hands together as she bowed her head down pleadingly.
“The last time I checked, I wasn’t an idol. So what’s with this?”
I placed my signature on the whiteboard nonetheless and handed it to her.
The girl’s eyes widened from happiness and let out a girly squeal as she took the object from me, happily waving it to another group of girls while sticking her tongue out at them.
The said group, which I think is a friend of her or so hurried searched random things from their bag and approached me, handing me another marker again as they held various objects infront of me just like how the previous girl did. I starred at them blankly.
“Okay, can someone please tell me what’s happening?”
“This must be what Akicha said yesterday…” Tomo tapped my shoulder and smiled at me brokenly as soon as I turned my head up to her, looking at the crowd before us soon after. “She did say there was another problem waiting for us, after all…”
More girls began to gather around us, asking for our signs or even asking us if we could kiss again. Unable to take all of the confusion anymore…
I snapped.
“WHY DON’T YOU ALL EXPLAIN EVERYTHING BEFORE ASKING FOR RIDICULOUS STUFFS LIKE A KISS, HUH?!”
“Well that’s easy.” Yuko’s dimpled smile came into my sight as she walked closer to us. “Tomochin, this is an all-girls school. You know what most of girls prefer in schools like this…”
My frown rose up on my features once again.
“…Yuri…”
She grinned.
“That’s right, and they happen to be fangirls of them. And now…”
“-They’re Tomo and Tomochin’s fangirls too…” Tomo cut in, earning a nod from Yuko.
This really is the pits…

That aside, this is a short update, I know. xD
Sorry, I seem to fail slowly as time passes by. But hey, at least I'm still trying, right? Right?! ;A;
Chapter 4
I stared at the pack of girls before us in disbelief with my brows slowly dropping down in annoyance. Sighing out loudly, I suddenly felt a soft tug on my sleeve.
“So, about Tomo going to Tomochin’s home…” Tomo began, beaming out her blinding smile not only to me but to the fangirls as well. I swear, this girl is secretly a sadist. I can’t help but think that she’s planning something evil behind this eye-piercing smile of hers. “I was wondering if Tomo can sleep there, chiyuu~”
The fangirls let out a girly squeal.
I knew it.
Mentally slapping myself on the forehead, a sigh left my lips one more time as I pinched the bridge of my nose. Seeing as how the fangirls were beginning to look more scary and ‘dangerous’, I grabbed Tomo by her uniform’s collar and dragged her inside the school with me, pushing aside some of the said girls who were blocking our way. I tried ignoring their whines as I stomped inside the school. Really, any more of this and I’ll surely snap.
As soon as we entered the school, my hand released Tomo’s collar.
“Mou, what was that about? It’s not easy to try and balance yourself while being dragged away, you know!” She pouted with her lips puckered out childishly. I simply rolled my eyes in response. “So,” she suddenly added, her grin appearing on her face again, “Can Chiyuu sleep in Tomochin’s apartment?”
Opening my locker, I quietly dropped my indoor shoes on the floor after pulling it out, exchanging it with my outdoor ones. “Chiyuu or Tomo, only choose one name for yourself for heaven’s sake, it’s confusing.” I finally answered- though it wasn’t really the answer to her question.
She pouted again.
I rolled my eyes to the side, “And no, you can’t sleep in my apartment.”
She puffed her cheeks even more, making her resemble a hamster filling its cheeks with food- which, I must say, is kind of cute. I’d be lying if I said it didn’t, after all. But there’s no way in heaven I’m saying that out loud. Especially around her, she’d just start being all girly if I do.
Finally ending her long stare at me, she walked closer to her locker and changed her shoes as well.
“It’s because Tomochin’s like this…” She trailed off as she picked her shoes up from the floor and shove it inside her locker.
I was waiting for her to continue, but to my dismay, she didn’t; leaving my thoughts hanging. My frown slowly crept up on my face, with my curiosity slowly growing bigger. “What do you mean ‘it’s because Tomochin’s like this”? Don’t leave me hanging, oi.” I finally voiced out while watching her walk away. I followed her soon after.
“Like~ I~ said~” She sing-sang with her index finger playfully pointing up. “It’s because Tomochin’s like this tha~t~” she trailed off again.
“That…?” My frown grew. Is she trying to toy with me?
“That I love her, chiyuu~”
I knew it.
A sigh immediately followed her answer as I slapped my hand on my face, earning a puzzled look from her in response. “Will you please stop saying that word so easily?”
“Eh? Do you mean the Chiyuu or Love?”
I rolled my eyes and faceplamed once again, but this time, mentally. “No, I meant the Santa.” After answering her idiotic question sarcastically, I immediately made my way to my classroom, walking ahead of her without even waiting for her to catch up.
‘Ehh~? The TomoTomo pair is having a quarrel?’ ‘It’s lover’s quarrel~’ ‘I’m telling you, that’s how they share their love!’ The students standing by the hallway whispered to themselves all too loudly. I could even hear it even though I was still ten inches away from them; So much for trying to hide it by hissing the words out and covering their mouths with their hand, I see.
Since when did this school turn into a ‘Girls love’ heaven anyway?
Ah… Since it was made, I bet.
Maybe I was just too captivated with my own problems. That might be the reason why I never realized how the students in this all-too-girly school are actually lesbians and bis. Well, sad for them, I’m actually straight. And I, without a doubt, have no plans of making their TomoTomo dream come true. Never.
I’m simply treating her like how a normal person would do to a... an acquaintance, right?
Or am I…?
Maybe I’m treating her a little bit too much than that? Perhaps like how a friend would? If so then I have to break my ties with her. I have a promise to keep, after all.
But I doubt that she would give up so easily, judging from how much she whines and pouts whenever I disagree with her. If so then what am I supposed to do? I can’t possibly just wipe her memory away now, can I? If only I had such ability then I would make my father completely forget about me instead, and then, I would be able to live peacefully like how a normal girl would. But no, reality’s just too cruel for ‘super powers’ like those.
Why am I even stressing myself about this anyway? I can just ignore her until she loses interest and leaves me alone, right? But then again...
I quietly turned around, directly facing the girl who has been running in my thoughts in an un-sweet and un-romantic way for awhile now. She looked up at me with her head slightly tilting to the side- her normal puzzled face plastered on her face.
…Then again, her cute expressions are too much for me to ignore…
I mentally slapped myself on the forehead again.
I have to stop thinking like this. I have to stop thinking that she’s cute. I know that she really is cute, but there are other people who are much cuter than her. Like the school’s muse, Maeda Atsuko. Or the School’s Discipline, Kuramochi Asuka. But they already belong to a certain class President and a certain student council member…
Wait… Oh… Another L pair I just noticed…
I must be turning into Haruna Kojima the second. I really have to start noticing things around me, seriously.
“..chin!”
At least I know for sure that I’m not a naturally born air-head.
“Tomochin!” I blinked, slowly turning my head to Tomo only to see hear wearing her pout again. “Mou, what’s wrong? I’ve been calling for your attention for awhile now!” She pouted even more. “Anyway, if you don’t stop walking, we’re going to walk past our classroom, chiyuu~”
Blinking once again, I quietly shifted my eyes up, staring at the small sign above the door beside us. “Ah- We’re here already… Wait- OUR classroom?” I turned my attention to her again, with my brows furrowed to the middle.
“Eh? We’re classmates, right?”
“Eh? We are?”
“Mm. Since we were in first year.”
… I seriously have to start noticing things around me.

As expected, as soon as we entered the classroom, the first thing that greeted us were several teasing from our classmates- even though I only ended up ignoring them as I made my way to my self-claimed new seat. Lucky for Tomo and I, the school’s bell rang as soon as we sat down, indicating that classes were about to start, and at the same time, announcing that it was time for our classmates to shut their mouth.
The class was boring though… Too boring. And thanks to my lack of sleep, my eyes were starting to close itself- which I did without any second thoughts. I hardly doubt that my teacher would notice me anyway, knowing that I’m sitting down on the furthest seat.
I quietly placed my arms on the table infront of me, resting my head above it soon after.
Time for me to sleep, then…

Kasai’s PoV
Lunch break came faster than I thought.
And as soon as the teacher said his goodbye and left, I hurriedly left my seat and walked closer to Tomochin’s, only to find her with her head down on her table, sleeping quietly. I then seated myself on the empty seat in front of her, observing her quietly with a small smile on my face.
Tomochin really is cute. Especially when she’s asleep. I actually almost spent the whole night staring at her when she stayed in my apartment. Thankfully, I suddenly blanked out, because if I didn’t, I would have kept on staring at her. It’s kind of sad that she keeps on hiding this cute side of her by putting on a scowl, really. Even though her scowl looks cute on her too, I still love it best when she smiles.
I think the only time I saw her smile was when we were eating that certain ramen…
Well, it was more like a grin, but it still looked irresistibly adorable on her!
Ah, wait… I should stop with this girly trance of mine and wake her up already- if I don’t then we won’t be able to eat our lunch.
“Okay class, get in your seats, classes will be resuming already.” The teacher announced as soon as she opened the front door.
“Eh?”
“Kasai Tomomi, please go back to your proper seat.” She glared at me.
“A-Ah, I’m sorry.” Standing up from the seat I was on, I quietly furrowed my brows down to the middle.
Eh…? Wait… I actually spent the whole lunch staring at Tomochin?
Ah… I’m hungry…

Tomochin’s PoV
Slowly opening my eyes, I lifted my head up and let out a quiet yawn. Rubbing my eyes groggily, I then shifted them from one side to the other- only to find the room already coated with the color of orange-yellow and empty.
“Classes must have ended already…” I mumbled to myself before fixing my things up.
“Ah, you’re awake already?”
“Well, my eyes wouldn’t be opening right now if I was still asleep.” Turning my head up to the direction where the voice came from, I immediately met Tomo’s face- which was, in fact, only a few centimeters away from me by the time I noticed our short distance together. I frowned inwardly before pushing her head away using my right palm. “Your face is too close.”
She let out a whine as I pushed her away. “You don’t have to push me away like that, mou! And to think that I waited for you to wake up as well.” She puffed her cheeks.
“I would have been happier if you woke me up instead.” Closing my bag after shoving some of my notebooks in, I then stood up from my seat and made my way towards the door, quietly hoping to myself that she wouldn’t follow me.
To my dismay, she did. “But you were sleeping peacefully! Tomo can’t possibly ruin such a nice scene. It’s rare to see Tomochin without her frown on after all.”
I frowned.
“See? There’s that frown again.”
“I was born with this face. So get used with it.” I continued on walking away from her, hastening my pace every time she catches up to my side until we finally reached our lockers by the school’s entrance. Without any delay, I pulled my outdoor shoes from it and wore it.
Hearing a light metallic slam, I quickly turned my attention from my locker back to Tomo, only to see her staring blankly right past me. “Tomo?” I slowly lifted my right brow up; turning my head to the direction she was staring at soon after.
Right before us, standing by entrance’s door, was an unfamiliar girl who somehow had a devious smile on her face. She didn’t look like she was a student from this school. Well, duh, she was wearing a different school uniform. But aside from that, she looked way too old to be a high school student. Is she from a University, I wonder?
I furrowed my brows down again, shifting my eyes from her to Tomo, then back at her, finally noticing how the two of them has been staring at each other intensely for a short while now. Just what is going on here?
“M… Meetan…” Tomo finally muttered out- though it sounded like she was reluctant.
The stranger’s smile grew after hearing her talk, nodding her head silently before walking closer to Tomo. Tomo responded by taking a step back, her lips slightly unlocked into an ‘o’ shape as though the person before her really was a ghost.
And once again, I’m going to ask this inwardly; what is going on here?
“Tomo~mi~ it’s been awhile, hasn’t it?” My body shivered from hearing the female’s overly seductive voice. What is she, a dark denpa angel?
Before Tomo could even say anything, the female suddenly placed a finger right under her chin, slightly tilting her head up as her smile became even more devious. “How have you been, I wonder~?” I furrowed my brows down after hearing her overly seductive voice again. I swear, it’s too… Well, seductive.
“M-Meetan… Please… Not here… Rather… No more…” Tomo took another step away from the overly seductive voiced stranger. (A/N: Sorry, OVERLY SEDUCTIVE VOICE is just too catchy for me not to repeat xD)
The said stranger lifted her brows up in response. “Oh~? Is something the matter?” blinking once, she slowly shifted her eyes to me, letting out an ‘ah’ as soon as our eyes met before smiling even more, making her look like one of those villains in a movie. With her smile still on her face, she took a few steps closer to Tomo again, cupping her chin with her hand before slowly leaning her head closer to her…
And then….
Their lips met.
MEETAN APPEARS! Kyaaa~~ <3 <3 <3 Seriously, I love her too much to just leave out on this fanfic. xD Thankfully, there's KaMee's Oshibe to Meshibe yuri duet which I can use as an excuse why this pair suddenly jumped out from the blue! :D Yay for Yuri songs!
