I was about to start a new thread when I realised that I needed the collective opinion of HiPstaz!! :doh: :jphip:
This will probably be a lengthy process, but trust me when I say it's going towards a good cause! :thumbup
So here's the specifics: Vote for the 3 most essential Korean songs of as many artists as you can think of/have the time to list. Basically, for each group and soloist, which 3 songs do you consider to be essential listening for anyone? Think of these songs as those which best characterize an artist (like the first thing you think of when someone says KARA is the butt dance and, by relation, Mister). If 3 is too many, just list the 1 or 2 essentials. If there are none, just leave that artist off your list :lol:

Man, I'm not so much into the music of Kpop as the personalities. :lol: They need to release concert DVDs more often so I can get a better feel for their album tracks!
In terms of important Kpop songs historically, probably Roora, Insooni, Lee SeungChul, and especially Seo Taiji songs should be counted, but hell if I know or like any of them other than Roora's 3! 4! :lol:

Whilst it started as a "my fave songs" list in a way coz thats what I consider to the best songs and thus the ones I most want to show people, it then turned into an actual list speaking from experience for many groups "which songs have I made my friends list to from <insert group name>?" so was pretty fun lol~
But I think I am the only person in the world who does not really see the GaIn appeal so that didn't compel me at all xD
