Title: [2012/02/12] Buono! Concert in Paris (France)
Post by: nachdenki on November 12, 2011, 12:54:53 PM
Not much information yet but it was supposedly today announced at the "hello smile live" that Buono! will go to France for a concert in Paris on the 12th of February and that it will be an independent concert, so without convention.

Wait MOULIN ROUGE? Even I've heard of that

Crap, I'd really like to go, but (1) I dunno if I'll be able to time-wise (2) travelling within Finland has got more complex since I no longer get student discount, plus taking that train through Finland is really no fun at all (3) it's Paris, didn't exactly have a great experience last time lol

On the other hand, Momo, Miya, Airi... Can't get much better than that lol

I'll have to wait for more info on this, not just from them but ~IRL~ info too

I'll have to go~ I've been waiting for this some time now and make extra savings (cash, so not on a bank) since mm was in paris to ensure that I have enough money for an europe concert with momochi regardless of what happens in my life.

I will need to take off a day or two from work but that's do-able.
I won't book the flight and hotel/hostel anytime soon I guess in case they announce sign events on Saturday or something later.

In the worst case I will go there early on Sunday, stay up the night and leave Monday morning (that is, if hotels have no rooms anymore when I book). Luckily flight to Paris is only 1 1/2 hours from where I live so that could work.

Now this is interesting.  Paris is very close to me (I'm in the UK) so that makes it convenient.  And Buono are awesome so there's my motivation to go.

Only thing is though, with them and Berryz announcing their overseas events, I'm kinda tempted to hold out and see if Momusu or AKB try another overseas event.  Plus I'm hearing reports that the area is a bit dogdy, which is a pain as it would mean I couldn't take my camera gear in case there is an opportunity to photograph/film the girls.

But on the other hand, if I don't go for this I could miss out.  Damn, I'm kinda really undecided on what to do right now :panic:

Probably shouldn't make predictions, but with all the youngins in current MM, I don't really see them making US or Europe trips this year - note that when they did go, the group had its highest average age ever, and I don't think it's a coincidence o-o Aside from that, they might be too busy pimping 9th & 10th gen in Japan to bother with us right now... But yeah who knows x'D

As I live in Paris now, I will sure be part in !!
I feel the ticket will be around 20~35€. No more than 35€ normally.
I already been to this "club" and it was 25€.

Be also aware that this club is next to Moulin Rouge (so Montmartre) and it's very touristic so a dangerous place. Please be careful.

^ Welcome to jphip~ :jphip: good to have a local person around here again.
At least that means it will be easy to find, that's one of my main concerns.. getting from the airport to the club and hotel  :sweatdrop:

What kinda merch T-shirts shall we make?
I'm fine with anything but first we should see how many people attend, might not be worth the effort for 3 or 4 people?
Also on the concert day I'll be wearing a momochi tshirt most of the time I guess and keeping the month in mind it'll still be cold in February around the time in Paris so we could only identify each other in closed rooms with a tshirt.
Maybe we rather need a button or something if at all

@nachdenki : it's easy to find, really. Metro station is near from the place. If you are lost in metro just saying "I want to go to Moulin Rouge" and someone will help you :)
Of course I will try to do a little map !

Tickets will be sold from the 24th on via Weezevent
Up front link post on g+: https://plus.google.com/u/0/106688418374472836413/posts/jAd2cARRSVX (https://plus.google.com/u/0/106688418374472836413/posts/jAd2cARRSVX)

It looks like weezevent is just some service behind the tickets which means they can be bought at digitick for example since they might be what this page (http://www.weezevent.com/billetterie_concerts.php) says at the point "Nouveautés 2010" .. at least I hope so.

Update regarding tickets and concert time:

Tickets can be bought from here: http://www.weezevent.com/evenement.php?id_evenement=11494&lg_billetterie=2 (http://www.weezevent.com/evenement.php?id_evenement=11494&lg_billetterie=2) (in 2hr from now)
And also on that page it says concert starts at 18:00 and ends at 19:30 so 1:30h long

Too bad I'm not online when they start selling but I guess there will be some tickets still left a few hours later  :sweatdrop:
Lucky me (thanks to momochi I'm sure!) the appointment I had was cancelled so I just bought my ticket o/
(http://img818.imageshack.us/img818/2736/bticket.png)
(big png file~)
It costs 41,03€ now and payment is done via credit card, minors need an adult to attend the concert or something.
I will update the first post when I'm home from work.

^ nice  :w00t:

If anyone needs help to be able to go to the concert you can ask me. I'll do everything possible to make it happen except for french related things where you probably better ask arie but from helping you find a place to paying your ticket or part of your flight/train whatever I'll do everything as long as I have the feeling you will go 100% with the help (and need it). I don't want anything in return, don't even need a thanks though it would be nice but all I want is people who like the girls to go to the concert since I would be helping Momochi, Berryz and Buono! and not you ... at least that's not actually my intention XD so that shouldn't stop you from requesting help if that would help you go there.
Of course I don't have unlimited money so I can only help a very few with that and people like shi (wink wink) I know for longer time and trust have priority but anyone can ask.
So if there is someone who can't go for a minor reason I will be more than happy to help.

I got my ticket too ^^

To get to the place where La Machine is, you will have to take metro's 2nd line and climb out at Pigalle. You'll normally see "Moulin Rouge" when you are in the street (boulevard de Clichy), La Machine is just next to this place.

Tickets's prices will depend on where your hotel is. If you are too far away, it's cheaper to take a Mobilis ticket or Ticket Jeune (same as Mobilis but cheaper, only for people under 26yo on week ends) ; you can take every metro, bus and trains with only one ticket !! Then, Paris is divided by zones, once again it will depend of you hotel's location. If you don't take it next to airport, it will normally be zone 1 or 2. They will ask you the zones to buy your ticket. If you don't know your zone, don't hesitate to ask someone. In general, metro stations have informations points and a point where you can buy but the second one is only at big metro stations. I can also help if you want.

^ isn't it better to get out at the metro station "blanche"?
Sounds complicated to buy a ticket  XD I hope people at information points understand basic English

Anyone booked the hotel yet? Is there a place you can recommend or where are you staying? Maybe even ideas where Buono! will stay at?

^ For the ticket thing, maybe just in case have names of useful stops/places written on paper, so you can point and show if there's a language barrier, especially when even simply pronouncing the place names is pretty difficult without any experience in French >o<

^ I hope you can get a ticket~ it's a pity there are not enough (I've also been asked via PM by someone but sadly can't help with this) even though it's very nice for Buono!

So I just booked my hotel and flight right now.
I'm going there on Saturday afternoon, arrival around 14:30.
Leaving on Monday, noon.

For anyone interested: I'm going to stay at "HOTEL JEAN GABRIEL". It's around 600m walking distance to the concert location. Probably not the cheapest, maybe not even the best within that range and certainly not a place Buono! will stay at but I got sick of searching really fast and was happy it's close and has free wifi. But yeah, it's around 90e/night.

If someone arrives around the same time it would be nice if you could help me with finding my way to central paris~(or we help each other).
I might be available for a a meeting with jphip people since not sure about joining H!O activities or anything yet. Won't do anything that requires a lot of planning though, just want some fun with Buono!/Momochi

Important information for people who bought a ticket from another person or who bought one with a different name (like sibling, parents).

In short, the original owner of the ticket is supposed to eMail soundlicious with contact details and name of the new person. Not sure if the new owner can also send the email.

Since I can't speak french a quote from H!O (original french news (http://soundlicious.com/nws-1065-fr-buono__concert_sold_out,_merci_a_tous__.html)):
Quote from: Paladar@H!O
Weezevent electronic tickets
Regarding Weezevent electronic tickets, you may have noticed that the tickets are nominative, the name figuring on the ticket being the name of the buyer. The buyer just need to be present the day of the concert with an ID card (not sure that it's how it's really called.. Read that in a game :D ), and with the person who will use the tickets he/she bought.
If the buyer can't make it to the concert hall, or if you want to give the ticket to another person, send us an e-mail at contact@soundlicious.com specifying your contact details and the name of the new person owning the ticket, before 48h before the beginning of the concert.

Sample eMail in french:
Quote from: neonero@H!O
Subject : Billet Buono! à Paris.

Bonjour,

Je vous contacte pour changer l'identité du bénéficiaire de mon billet pour le concert de Buono! à Paris.

Billet au nom de : (put here the name on the ticket)
Numéro du billet : (put here the ticket number)
E-mail :

Nom du nouveau bénéficiaire du billet : (put here the name of the new owner of the ticket)

The soundlicious news also says it'll be possible to store stuff during the concert for 2€ and that there will be another announcement.

Since I arrive kind of late on Saturday I expect they will have a some event before or while I arrive in Paris  :bleed eyes:

I'm looking forward for the playlist of this concert.
I hope that it will be the same as the normal stages for the japanese tour.
I bought my ticket in the first 3 minutes of the ticket selling start day, but didn't yet print it. I will do it before than my printer have no more ink^^°

I have seen many post on the web from french and english website, they are trying to organise some projects to do for the "Encoru" time, like singing a Buono's song to thanks Buono for coming in Paris.
I really don't like this project, I think we just have to enjoy the concert, clap hands, oshijump and do some wotagei if you know how to do it correctly..but for me it's not possible to sing during the "encoru"..like his name indicate the "encoru" is only the time to say "encoru" and nothing else. There is an exception, when it's a member's birthday we can call the name of the members instead of  "Encoru"..but at this time there is no birthday or other special events for the show in Paris. It's my personal opinion and every body will do like he want but I think  that just showing we are real fan and enjoying the show will make Buono more happy than some complicated project who will for sure not be perfect because everybody will don't know exactly what is really going on (30% encoru, 30% sing, 20% other, 20% nothing ^^°..something like that!)..so let me recommended to say "encoru" in the good timing during the "encoru"..there are alot of live videos on youtube if you want to do some training before the D-day.

I hope to see the jph!p members at this concert. :jphip:
I already know this concert will be epic!..don't worry, you will recognise me..if you see a crazy Suzuki Airi  french fan..it's me!^^°

^ Ugh why do ppl always insist on singing something? It's so unnecessary. You don't need to prove that you know the lyrics to their songs goddamnit lol. Just yell encore like a normal wota. It has been more than enough for the past 10 years!!
Title: Re: [2012/02/12] Buono! Concert in Paris (France)
Post by: nachdenki on January 14, 2012, 08:28:42 PM
Well the singing, it's about a line of momochi's Buono! song "Kia Ora Gracias Arigato", which is a "thank you" song for the fans, kind of.
So I assume the plan is to return the thanks by "singing" that line (kia ora gracias arigato, I think) as encore.
I have no opinion about this yet. I might say/sing it as well if everyone does, but I also think it's actually too long and complex.

The official (normal in Japan) Buono! encore chant isn't encoru either though, it's "bu~o-no~" as far as I know.

The official (normal in Japan) Buono! encore chant isn't encoru either though, it's "bu~o-no~" as far as I know.

As much as I can remember I always heared "encore" but "bu~o-no~" is also  a good idea for the encore. Just we have to hope that everybody can say it with the good rhythm, not too much slow, not too much quick..and follow correctly the encore leader (who will certainly be some japanese fans in front of the stage^^°).
Seems more complicated to do it well with "bu~o-no~" than with "encoru" if it's like for the Hangry & Angry concert in Paris in 2010, the encore was just everything else than a good encore,  the number 1 japanese fan of H&H in front of the stage did it well with his loud voice^^°

Jph!p members  are with the japanese fans in the good rhythm for  "bu~o-no~"  than for "encoru"..just we have to make the choice of wich one we will use..not 50% "encoru" 50%  "bu~o-no~"

We can speak about this encore time as much as we want but I think it will be like all the event outside of japan..not one way to do and everybody different..we can not manage everything and everybody during a concert except if we give some flyer before the show with the rules of a "special encoru" for a member's birthday or other reason like I've seen in Japan. I know japan is japan and we are not in Japan but I can't control it.. I'm always scary about the event outside Japan and want it like in Japan, everybody give the best for the Idol^^°  :otomerika:

I basically agree with everything.
Personally I also like the rhythm of the good old "en-co-ru" better than anything else but H!P groups started having their own chants about 4~5 years ago.

For Buono! I just checked some recording from Re;Buono (winter tour) since it has been some time since I last listened to a complete concert recording (so it could have changed or be bad memory of me), but it still seems to be bu~o-no as chant. That's what I understand at least.
The encore with the following two songs: http://www.mediafire.com/?cht1afcd78ndkkp (http://www.mediafire.com/?cht1afcd78ndkkp)

So I think I will do the bu~o-no chant first and if everyone else next to me chants something different I'm going to join them most likely or just shout mo-mo

I just realised that I didn't corrected it in my last post.
If there is a special encore for Buono, it's not "bu~o-no" but ボーノ "bono" because even if the name of the group is writ like this "Buono"  the prononciation is "Bono" you don't have to pronnonce the "u"

Goods are meh, I'll try to get them all to support them and for my memory/collection but there are no new tracks on the CD and the tshirt design isn't very awesome.

I'll try to bring some pink mini glowsticks for fellow momochi fans. I've got a lot for bracelets that don't fit around my arm so I have a lot to spare, also a couple of other colors. Maybe also some bigger ones to wave with since I might actually be using LED sticks (if they are "better") and even if I don't I'll probably have two or three to spare.
I tried to have fun with 4 or something in one hand once at a concert but it was too painful and distracting so I prefer 1~2 to have more fun though I look less special.

They havent replied yet, so do we "the new persons" have to wait until 48hrs before the beginning of the concert to print a new ticket or do they have a list with new names/old names to check ? Otherwise my new name is Jill  (http://www.cyberlulz.net/DERP/derp-nozomi.png)

BTW I'm flying from Hamburg via Amsterdam to Paris

I think they will have a list with new/old names since it seems most convenient if weezevent doesn't have this feature for their tickets (to issue a new when the owner changes). Maybe you can see if people at H!O got an answer.

I also fly from Hamburg~ but nonstop (=with Air France)

Maybe you can see if people at H!O got an answer.

Hi, I usually just lurk here, but I've kept an eye on the various forums since I am going to see Buono! in Paris.
I ordered 3 tickets and saw the need to buy a fourth one later.
I bought one off someone on H!O. The person who sold me the fourth ticket has e-mailed Soundlicous about two days ago and as far as I know hasn't had a reply yet.
I'm thinking about e-mailing them myself just to be sure.

I think they will have a list with new/old names since it seems most convenient if weezevent doesn't have this feature for their tickets (to issue a new when the owner changes). Maybe you can see if people at H!O got an answer.

I hope it

Microfiber towels & japanese photobooks (probably from the R*E*A*L tour too) will be sold at the concert, with the SOUNDLICIOUS special goods.

Everyone!!! Something really really strange has just been tweeted by Buono!'s account :

The French isn't very nice here, however we easily can translate it to :
"An event is scheduled for the day before the concert. As soon as the content is decided, I will tell you."

So stupid, got a chance around 12:05 at work to check the page and it was all timeouting and telling no registration is possible due to too many connections and then it was all over a few minutes later

There is something on saturday but it's also limited and I won't arrive in time to get a ticket for that either (edit: and even if I could make it I won't bother trying any of these limited first come first serve crap again)

At least I won't have to worry about going somewhere in time and thinking about what to say and stuff

What bothers me is the first come first serve thing. If they had a lottery for both and you loose it still sucks but it's mostly bad luck then.
But now a lot people didn't even have a real chance even if they tried~ Anyway, like I said, it's also good that I don't have to worry about extra events now (it's kinda what I'm most afraid of besides standing in the concert line and going from and getting to the airport in Paris).

^
If you buy everything except other member towels it'll be 228€~
Maybe I'll get two of the R E A L Tour momochi towel because I really like the design and big "momoko" on it~

Free glowsticks is nice if they're better. Nice for everyone who wasn't able to buy them yet as well.

I don't have a gift :/ I just suck at this too much, also in "real life"~ I have nothing worth giving them except money and attention/time  :bleed eyes:

arrived and at the hotel now~ had some burger and went to the concert location before to make sure I know the way tomorrow.

slightly ronery feelings now since I seem to not like paris and the laptop screen is too small so overall I don't feel very comfortable. However concert tomorrow then home sweet home o/

maybe I'll also interact with other fans tomorrow, only just spotted someone with a buono tshirt earlier but I'm not the one to talk to random people and don't have any meetings planned

fuuu this pc/firefox just killed my post..

so in short:
After standing/waiting in line over 6hrs and then standing during the concert all without food and only a sip of water I'm dead~
Sadly I didn't meet the taiwanese girl but I'm difficult to spot since nobody knows what I look like :nervous
I saw nimrod though, sneaking in line~ :tama-mad: but didn't talk to him :P2

So yeah with all the waiting and what happened inside I have very mixed feelings about this.
But Buono did a great show, they were all looking awesome and momochi the best!

In the end I didn't buy any goods since the lines were too long and after the show also the most sold out but after the show I also needed a cold coke more than any goods :sweatdrop:
Although by then there will be tons I will upload the pics I made of the line tomorrow evening. Different staff people were also taking pics and filming the lines a couple of times so we'll see more of that. A few fans also took pics during the concert

Nice to hear that everyone had fun.

Now a little longer report of my own experience in Paris. Like a blog~

Day 1 - Saturday - Arrival (NOT REALLY CONCERT RELATED):
There isn't much to tell since I was arriving too late to see them at the Kawaii Cafe. But to complete my hardships I had a little problem to find my hotel. Unlike I did with Japan when I had a lot time to prepare (still going to school / being just graduated at those times) I didn't walk the way with streetview beforehand and forgot to print a detailed map so all I had was a map where only the 2~3 main streets had a name. Now at Place the Cliche where my hotel was located there are tons of street going in every direction when you leave the metro. So I walked down a few streets to find a point of orientation it took me a... short while.
Anyway, I arrived at the hotel at like 16:30 maybe. There was a construction going on on the street before it and still is.
After refreshing while having a tee and checking wifi connection I went outside to make sure I know where the concert location is and to grab some food.
Took these pics of La Machine du Moulin Rouge:
(http://img708.imageshack.us/img708/1061/img0006hc.th.jpg) (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/708/img0006hc.jpg/) (http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/2055/img0005wz.th.jpg) (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/513/img0005wz.jpg/) (http://img804.imageshack.us/img804/1907/img0004uy.th.jpg) (http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/804/img0004uy.jpg/)
On my way back at the Quick Burger at the Place de Cliche (not the one next to la machine) where I had my dark vador burger menu as dinner I think I saw Chobineko from H!O with some guy.. the cafe buono (paris tshirt) caught my attention otherwise I wouldn't have noticed probably. Since I know them even less I didn't even think about talking.
Back at the hotel only some inet and tv stuff going on - having fun switching the tv menu language to German and being disappointed that Arte isn't dual channel in France or the TV didn't support it

Day 2 - Sunday - The Concert (it's kinda negative but dunno, it's just what's on my mind~):
Woke up early just in case (thought about MAYBE going somewhere else ChrNo related before standing in line). Checked the internet including jphip and H!O for updates, saw on H!O that the line was already getting long (at 8:something) so I decided to have my breakfast there and join them but an important note for me is that I planned to get water and food at a supermarket before going there but I just realized leaving the hotel that it was SUNDAY so I was/am expected shops to be closed and changed my plan spontaneously and went directly to la machine having only a small bottle with a sip of water from the hotel. The line already had a decent size at something past 9 when I arrived so I was already wondering whether to wait in line or not but decided I have a breakfast thus I checked the quick burger but it looked completely empty and as if people were still preparing for the opening. Just the way I am I decided not to disturb them and spontaneously decided to get in line which was a big mistake. Another big mistake was to refuse the croissant some french fan offered me but to be honest I thought he was just trying to sell stuff so I declined without thinking about it, this was mostly because he was approaching me from behind so I didn't know what the heck was going on.
Still early some French people were asking me (and other people of course) if I wanted to write a message to a c-ute member minus airi so those left in Japan with a BERRYZ photobook as writing pad since I'm not enough into c-ute I wrote for another online friend "[nickname] loves you!" on the member card
As the line got longer I didn't dare to leave my place in the line since I was alone thus unlike other didn't have a person to get me stuff form starbucks etc. while saving the space and I certainly don't expect people to "allow" me back in line even though they would probably have like they accepted nimrod being just there ( :P2 ).
Basically I was doomed to freeze there for hours but listened to some Buono! and Berryz to warm me up, later around maybe 13:00 I drank a very little water once because I was getting worried about my health but wanted to save the rest for after the concert JUST IN CASE to be safe. Around the same time I also stopped listening to my own music and listened to other people's phone music and LUCKILY at some point had some German and Dutch people behind me talking English and German so this was a big relief because I was able to follow a conversation which is what I like even though I don't talk much myself.
During waiting in the line the Japanese fans gave away free stuff, people always gathered around them like... how do you say? crazy. I didn't because 1. I didn't want to risk my position in line 2. it's not really what I'm like 3. the singles are already on the way to my home and I have tons of momochi pics already; so it wasn't worth breaking 2 and 1.
Later another Japanese wota gave away fan-art cards he probably draw himself - those were cute and I would have been more interested in even - kinda. Maybe someone who got a card of him can post his twitter url that he put on them (I think)*.
I don't know when exactly but I think at something around 15:00, maybe a little earlier, a van with Japanese letters appeared and Buono was leaving the car, from my position with my height I could at least see beautiful(! I mean it REALLY) black hair. There was a really loud mass of mostly girls screaming at the same time (it hurt for the first time during that day) and kinda late I decided to also move forward but they were already gone anyway I just gave in once :ph43r: but moved back to my place.
Afterwards two French guys appeared who were responsible for the line and announced that we had to group in A-L (wall) and M-Z (street) for the entrance. They only announced it in French so I asked those people behind me that were always talking in English and German but they didn't know either so we asked someone else behind us who was so kind to tell us what was going on (thank you~)
Mentioning this because it was the only and first time I talked with people there this one guy was asking me a few questions (once he found out I was German as well). It seems that nimrod also knows him because he was the only person who jokingly complained about nimrod cheating in line (directly talking to you/him  :P2) I also have a vague idea who he is but I'm not sure, I saw his last name on the ticket or ID and he told me where he is from (I think Düsseldorf?? my memory is baaaad) but it just adds more confusion to what I heard them talking about before.
REAL CONCERT RELATED REPORT SLOWLY BEGINNING HERE
Due to my last name I was in the A-L line on the wall, I was just stopped by this French guy before getting in, at the front of the line now with this Dutch guy (also Momochi wota~). Then they let in A LOT of the M-Z people and by A LOT I mean A LOT. They were running in masses like wth, I think to get people from blocking the sidewalk but it's just me guessing.
When entering people were yelling again to separate in A-L and M-Z lines, got quite annoying, but entrance went smooth without ID or backpack/etc check. They had a box full of smaller sized glowsticks before entering the actual hall and staff guy was holding a GREEN one in my direction, NO THANK YOU.
I had enough pink ones in theory anyway so I didn't bother.
Right after that on the left you were able to buy non alcoholic drinks and on the left was a seating area changed to the goods/merch booth. I was standing in line for about max. 1 min when people rushed in and I got worried to end far in the back so I got out of line (note: the dutch guy was also in the goods line right in front of me) to get on the floor ground. There were also seats little above floor ground and on the second level but most of them already filled with people.
So there my real misery begins. I get out my main glowstick that was thick enough for an original Japanese foam handle (needs 15cm diameter!) that I saved from years before and got out the glowsticks for a bracelet that I tested again and some I was able to put around my arm somewhat smoothly but the one I tried didn't work very well. People started to group behind me so I felt like I was running out of time and space so I gout out of my jacket and tried to put it in the backpack like I used to in Japan at Berryz concerts but it was too thick so I wasn't able to close my backpack and was left with it with the jacket being insecure and the cardboard roll for the glowsticks not fitting in anymore, that being said also have two cellphones and one tiny laptop in my backpack. You need to keep in mind that people were already going literally crazy with those PVs they were showing.
Upon entering I saw the C-ute one, berikyuu one, smileage (WTFHell), kikkawa, some other egg or something, upupgirls vdeo (with special message) and dream morning musume ... so all from c-ute onwards just listing them for people who didn't attend. I don't want to insult anyone or most people but I don't really get two things: why did everyone activate their glowsticks before the concert started and secondly why was everyone going nuts and crazy during the PVs? I understand that you have a party and enjoy H!P, I do too but I was already like deaf before the concert even started and Buono! (momochi) was the reason I was there not the other groups~ and I was surprised how many people seemed familiar with those less known songs because personally I didn't even know the new s/mileage song yet  :nervous
The real intro was the Buono! event video where they got the message regarding paris by staff separated by pieces of all their single PVs. Once that was done I activated my glowstick but had still a couple in my bag being unable to get hold of them because of my jacked in there and the little space to move but this was really the most little problem I had because I didn't want to hold more than 2 anyway. Since I didn't want to leave my place AGAIN I didn't dare to give my backpack to the locking place that was way back at an upper level close to the entrance but now I was stuck with my backpack with valuable devices inside between my legs/feet and the glowstick cardboard roll that kept falling out - being unable to move or even jump. My place was middle of the middle I think, maybe very little in the back of the middle but don't know. With my luck I had one crazy short but "big" French miya fan to my right that kept going nuts and bumping into me and another dude that was jumping friggen BACKWARDS throughout the concert, at the beginning there was one person between us in the middle but the guy between left his place probably because of him getting closer to him already so he was ready to get closer to me and he managed to do that (I didn't move at all because of may backpack). When he jumped on my backpack a few times he maybe realized what he was doing or at least he stopped moving backwards. On the other hand there was also a person pushing in front of me (slightly on the side) and all but those were all within an limit that I can totally accept for such a concert and ground level, they were hitting me but noticeable watching out as well trying NOT TO so that everyone can enjoy it.
During the show I was disturbed not only by people bumping into me but of course also by securing my backpack and just as important almost from the first song on I started thinking of having a nice cold coke. It got so intense that I couldn't wait for the concert to end and finally drink something. Supporting my worries was an incident of a girl passing out or something. After a few songs I noticed people moving away like two people to my right, not knowing what happened but it was kinda obvious so yeah, one moment later someone or some people got up a girl, helping her to get to the back (thumbs up for that) though maybe she just fell or someone was bumping into her too hard but from what I saw she was barely able to walk.
Having this in mind I stopped most chanting and reduced movements even more because I only had that little bit of water in the early afternoon and didn't want to risk anything myself already having a dry mouth and having pain in my back etc. from all the standing.
Buono! did some MCs during the concerts as you can maybe hear in the recordings but since they were all french I didn't get much and just stood there. When I thought I understood something that I also approve I clapped though.
Also to mention is that after seeing so many people it was a bliss when Buono! got on stage, it was really like 3 angels descending from heaven to say it with religious words. They were so beautiful and perfect compared to everything else it was really astonishing.
During the middle of the concert I also noticed the dutch guy who was in front of me in the goods line almost next to me so I guess going away from the line was not really worth it.

At the end of the concert everyone was expecting an encore, French people also prepared (now for after the concert) these song lines printing out flyers for people before the concert started (maybe I'll scan it later) to sing at the REAL end so since everyone expected an encore they shouted encoru and didn't sing the line for MINUTES until they turned on all lights and this woman appeared telling it's over to what most people boo'ed and at that point I left the place. I think now looking back when people are honest it was obvious there would be no encore when Buono! said it's really the last song (honto ni rausto/saigo namba/song) since it kinda always goes like that but at that time nobody wanted to believe it because it was over quite fast (me including! though I was also hoping it was over).
On my way out I checked the goods booth and the R-E-A-L momochi towel was sold out and also most other goods except for paris only ones I think but the momochi towel was what I wanted the very most and the line was long so I didn't want to risk that either the cd or even tshirt or poster is sold out by the time I'm in the line wasting valuable time I could have used to drink something so I didn't wait for everyone to leave, nor did I even try to go to the quick burger meeting that I seriously thought about going to but went right away to the quick burger at the place the cliche and got myself another star wars dark vador menu with big coke and one extra coke both 0,5L and cheeseburger to take it to my hotel and recover.

Now like daigong said I was awake too long so even if the report sounds little negative at some points I got enough "energy" out of it still but then again it's nothing compared to the rush I had after most berryz concerts in Japan.
My own little resume is that I'm not really made for what I tried to do under these circumstances. I should have cared less about the line and place or prepared much better or both. I will probably always prefer a regular Berryz concert in one of these normal halls with fixed seats where I can buy goods wayyyy before the concert starts and all without loosing my place and without people bumping into me from front or behind (only from the side) having all my focus on the girl. So if next time Berryz goes to Europe I'll very likely be there again, Buono! ... I'm not so sure, not because of the girls but other things, the concert they did was awesome no doubt!
Though the sound quality was a little bit meh and I still have a noticeably louder tinnitus now, hope it's gone by tomorrow. Now I still have these Buono melodies playing in my head as well but that's a good thing

Here my waiting line pics :bleed eyes:
The line at 9:51, only a few people behind me (I wasn't really in the line yet).

The line behind me at 14:34. I'm not sure how long it was at this point and if it got longer. To me it always, also later, looked like it was ending where the picture "ends" but it's difficult to tell since there were shops 'n stuff.

Day 3 - Monday - Departure (NOT REALLY CONCERT RELATED AGAIN):
Yet again not much so say, even less. Flight was scheduled for 10:20 (am). Alarm started at 4:50, got up at 5:50, left hotel at 6:30 and was extremely happy and relieved when I saw a ticket clerk at the place de cliche station who was also selling RER-B tickets to CDG Airport telling me where to change the line all in decent English, this blew 90% of my worries for that day away. Got up so early to take my train before rush hour but in the end I was also just max. 2 hrs early so not that wrong anyway. Flight was 10 min late, arriving at 12, unloading my package at home and going right away to work. :bleed eyes:

Last but not least, no offense Paris people but the place around the moulin rouge looked very dirty and uncomfortable and the RER (non private line) was the worst I've ever seen in my entire life in terms of quality and cleanliness. Good thing that it made my appreciate the situation here more but I would wish for the sake of everyone that instead of renewing the rer stations far outside they would get new trains or clean them at least.

Quote from: nimrod
But I had the feeling that there were more green glowsticks the red/pink around me .
Certainly! In the front, or in front of me, most people had both red AND green. Overall most were green. If you take people with only red it was probably more pink but that's just my impression, you can probably see it on pics and videos what it's really like....

disclaimer: I tried to re-read and correct stuff, also found parts where I wrote something different to what I wanted to write and corrected it but I can't check it all so if something doesn't make sense just ignore it please~

I was too much tired last night for a report.
I have not alot to report about this event after the long report I've seen before me^^° I will just speak about the most important for me.

Saturday,I came in front of the kawaii cafe around 4:30 AM, I was with 2 friends.
It was hard to wait for the sign ticket registration at 12:00 in front of this shop because it was really cold, my feet was like some ice cube, I was wearing my coat for moutain and snow sport^^°

I spoke alot with my friends, people from different forum members, and japanese fan.

my ticket number for this sign event was 13 / 100  :theking  :thumbup

After a good pizza restaurant I came back in front of the Kawaii cafe for the sign event! Too much excited when the Buono entered inside the shop...
And when it was my turn to get inside for the sign..my heart beatted so quickly..I little spoke with Momoko, Miyabi and more with Airi because she's my favourite.. And the best is I handshaked Airi  :inlove:  :thumbsup  :thumbup ..

As for Sunday, Concert day!
I came in front of "La machine" around 4:30 AM (like for the sign event), also cold weather but a little bit better than the last day.
Same group of people from forums and japanese fans, we had alot of fun.
The negative point is that no staff came before 4:30 PM..So one of my friend and an other guy had to managed the queue in the morning with the creation of a list with the nickname or name of people with the hours of arriving.
The real staff of "La machine" did a really bad work..no organisation...They didn't managed the entrance correctly..I think the japanese fans was like   :? "nan da kore?!" ^^°

Finally we got inside a little bit late on the initial program..I was in front and center of the stage just behind the japanese fans..the best place I think.
We was The 3 guys who wrote AIRI with light sticks during the concert (and Airi noticed it as she mentionned it during the sign session)  :thumb:

The concert was just crazy..I was not me..I was in trance.. The best playlist we can hoped..we got it^^°
I felt the tears came into my eyes during "Honto no jibun"..it was my ever dreamed Buono concert!

Even if I'm tired and it cost some money for train from my city to Paris, taxi for going to the event, food, ticket for the concert, CD, and goodies..I don't care..It was a great week-end and there is no price for meeting your favourite Idols.

I think I didn't came back yet from this event..I'm still in front of Airi in an endless time world..

BUONOOOOO! AIRIIIII!

oi~ all reports welcome~ it was little if not a lot different for everyone!

I can't even image what it's like waiting endlessly for both the cafe and the next day concert but lucky you~

I wrote my nickname on that/a list, the number in front of my name wasn't really correct though (not even a time I think, did look like 199).

The Airi sign made of different glowsticks slightly on the left was difficult not to notice, nice job  :thumbup

And yeah the organization wasn't very good. Letting us in like 30min later (17 instead of 16:30 as originally announced) wasn't great either. Hope they learn for the future.

It was mostly just chaotic because of me for me though, although most of the time the waiting line in front of la machine was a chaotic mob too, looking like one at least. Guess because people wanted to talk, dance and listen to music together~ and staff should have let people in earlier caring less about the A-L and M-Z grouping in the front of the line. Despite the bumping during the concert which is kinda normal, people seemed mostly friendly and willing to watch out for each other so I don't think that people would have killed each other with a less strict entrance method. But maybe better to be safe~

Yeah sorry no toilet story I didn't drink and eat enough that day and only went to the hotel toilet my entire stay. But I'm sure a few other people had fun with the public toilet that was in the middle of the street (like a long island, on each side the street for one direction).

The fan group photo is from the kawaii cafe event on Saturday, so I'm not there. :sweatdrop:. I would be on the la machine waiting line pics either in front of the actual moulin rouge or little forward standing at the history information sign which is both rather in the back. Now staff took most pics from the front, though only a few from other positions AND they were going the line up and down FILMING a whole lot of times.... probably 5 or more times and since the line got thin where I was I might be on some clips.

I like this period after an event when there is alot of reports from the fan and official articles with pictures.. you watch the pictures, you read everything and you think: " I was there! I saw Buono for real!!  :w00t: :nervous :panic: :thumbup"

I think the communication between the fans like we are doing now, help a lot for believing that you did it, because if you were alone.. you sometimes think "It was a dream..it's not true!"

It seems that nimrod also knows him because he was the only person who jokingly complained about nimrod cheating in line (directly talking to you/him  :P2) I also have a vague idea who he is but I'm not sure, I saw his last name on the ticket or ID and he told me where he is from (I think Düsseldorf?? my memory is baaaad)

Must be Mattthecat or DaiShuryou, but it didnt made a difference, because I was buying goods before the concert, and stood between those 2 at the concert.
I just wanted to meet the other guys,

I assume it being the latter person~ cause of the age.

I saw someone getting a sealed DVD from that Reina guy and one of the guys next to me bought the Airi Re;Buono micro fiber for 45€ (iirc) he was posing with for the camera guy earlier, but mostly pics yeah.

Momochi so beautiful on all these photos~

They were some sort of in a hurry during the concert.
Also main reason that there was no encore because Airi is still not allowed to work after 21:00 .

And they also had that signing session planned after the concert.

The concert ended at 19.30 + 15-20 Min. screaming for encore and the Signing Session later.
So they would had enough time to do the encore, but I guess it wasnt planed

Not sure how late the signing ended ,but they left the Moulin around  2130.[could be later?]
Maybe there was a tight scedule with the Moulin staff.
They really rushed through the songs, 6 songs in a row is not HP common.

And fun to see that the UF :theking president was there ,I think we did a good job. :twothumbs
So maybe we can expect more in the future...

who?
The person I talked with for a second who was also shouting to you about the line once. Telling from their conversation behind me, and stuff in the H!O thread it was most likely daishuryou. It has been ages since I last had contact with Matth but I can't really imagine him being one of these guys. I might be wrong though, even if I doubt it

Took me a while to realize the situation myself, I wasn't even entirely sure you guys (most of you) were German until we had to figure out what the entrance staff said and you reacted to my "was?" ("what" in German). As you probably noticed I'm a rather introvert person and have weird experiences with offline meetings so I generally prefer to stay aside of stuff.

But hey, now it'll be a lot easier next time while I can still hide from nimrod  :P2
Maybe if I attended the meeting at quick burger as I thought about during waiting in line, maybe we would have all known who we are better. But I was just longing for coke and silence so much that I canceled everything I planned.

To add to the line report while you're here, I should maybe mention those guys with Tsunku mask in line. There were 4 or 5?
You called for them, especially the one close to us, a couple times but they/he never really reacted   was funny.

Also turns out I know the guy with Risako happi, sort of (via internet). Helped him a little before his first Japan trip to a Berryz concert, one year later or two he was already staff at Sakura-Con  ... didn't talk to him either though. He was trying to arrange a meeting but was too impatient so it never happened...

The interview that Journal du Japon did before their first concert has finally been published.
http://www.journaldujapon.com/2012/02/buono-interview-rocknrose.html (http://www.journaldujapon.com/2012/02/buono-interview-rocknrose.html)

Quote
We met Airi Suzuki (°C-ute member), Momoko Tsugunaga and Miyabi Natsuyaki (Berryz Koubou members), the girls from the unit Buono! the eve of their first concert in France. The attitude of the three members is perfectly complementary : Momoko is acting with an impenetrable serious, Airi is a bit brighter and genki while Miyabi is very compromise between the two, halfway between communication and frank sincerity.
Meeting with these three singers dressed for the occasion in impeccable pink outfit, proudly displaying some badge parodying the image of The Beatles. The interview in the local of Nolife channel, to which we owe the spread of their music videos, is starting!

Q : Hello. How are you, how was your trip?
Airi : YEAH! We love being in France. Everywhere we're going in Paris, it's fantastical, it's superb, it's the top.

Q : Did you already visit Paris ? Which places did you already seen, the ones you really want to see ?
Momoko : We obviously saw Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe... We even been to the Louvre, we saw... Momo Lisa! (laughs) Haha, I was scared my joke wouldn't work. But thank you.

Q : Momo is officially Buono!'s leader. Do you think she's the best for this and that she's a great leader?
Momoko : (Laughs)
Airi & Miyabi : Yes, she's a great leader. Buono! is a band diriged through freedom and she's perfect in that role. It's true that there is often a hierarchy in that type of band. In our case, there is the leader, the sub-leader and the health guardian. Ha ha ha !

Q : What do you think about this hierarchy, isn't it a frustrating situation for you?
Airi : Not really. Me for exemple, I agree perfectly not being the leader. It allows me to pay attention to what we are all eating. No frustration at all.
Miyabi : It's true that in my sub-leader case, I often hear Momoko saying things such as : « Ah, it's me the leader ! » and I won't mind imitating her at all !
Momoko : But before taking this position, it took me two years of bitter battle, they'd have to do the same!

Q : You have a little gesture gimmick with the finger on your cheek. Can you tell us about its meaning ?
Miyabi : « Buono ! » means « tasty, delicious» in italian. We often heard that it's in that way that italians were expressing this feeling. We allowed us to use this gesture. It often happen that while watching TV we find celebrities who are telling « buono », and to think : « But... they're talking about us ! »

Q : J-POP is almost unknown in our regions. How would you describe this particular style of music to the non-fans ?
Miyabi : Me for exemple, I really would like to hang out in the streets ditributing our CDs... saying : « Hello, hi ! » to everyone with a little flag saying the band's name !

Q : Yes, but about the music ?
Miyabi : Hmm... Buono! has some songs that we're calling « supporting songs », for students who're studying as hell or to people who need to be cheered up. We're giving energy, cheering up people.

Q : Before coming to France, did you asked advices to Morning Musume。, who've already been to Paris ?
Momoko : Not really. We were really looking forward to come because we were sure it was a beautiful country, a superb place.

Q : Speaking of Morning Musume。, will it be possible for you to add some new members ?
Airi : We never thought about that...
Miyabi : Buono! before all, it's us. It's band created on our differences. We each have a very specific personality and that's what makes the charm of the band, whether in our songs and on stage.
Momoko : You want to come with us ? (Laughs) We're going to do auditions !

Q : Do you have any criticisms about the idols world? Are you able to blossom in that business?
Miyabi : No, it's not so hard and hellish as you might think. We also have a private life, we even went to Disneyland, it also doesn't prevent us to hang out among the group members. Of course, if we're asked to shake hands, we always do it with pleasure. The blossoming is complete, we're also going to school.

Q : You intend to continue your studies? You success to balance studies and idols life?
Momoko : Yes, I'm at the faculty. Everyone is telling me I'm cute, it's not easy to concentrate !

Q : It's understandable !
Momoko : Thank you! You're great !

Q : Isn't it too difficult to juggle between two bands ?
Miyabi : No, not at all. For example, we don't have the same costumes and wearing an outfit is a bit like stepping into the shoes of a character of a group. This isn't a problem, and it does not affect our privacy life. Everything is pretty easy, you can bind hours without problem.
Airi : You will understand by watching the lives, but in fact, the difference with °C-ute is that with five members, training is more focused on dance, we must all be perfect on the timing for the choreography. With Buono!, it's very different, each can be put forward and has its own personality. Not that it's hard to tell the difference, it's not always easy either. This is most obvious when you compare the two.

Q : Your style is a little more pop-rock compared to other groups of Hello! Project. If there's any style you want to try or songs you would like to cover with your own perspective?
Airi : It's true that we covered something from Siam Shade, a well-known rock band, we loved that. If we have the opportunity to do other covers of Japanese or international group, we'll jump on it.

Q : Buono!'s unit is outcoming the openings of Shugo Chara!. Are you watching any anime, do you have any favorite?
Airi : Yes yes, we love to watch some.
Miyabi : When I was younger I loved Sailor Moon, I loved to disguise as her.

Q : Do you have any message for your French fans?
Airi : We're extremely happy to come to Paris for our first live abroad. Unfortunately, the journey is very short ... we hope to come back soon to have more contact with our fans. We're really happy and delighted to be here. We count on you all!
Miyabi : In Japan, we're often doing solo events, mini concerts, things like that. It would be perfect to do that here.
Momoko : It would interest you to have exclusive info? There are two, get ready. The cutest girl in Japan, it's me. After, do you know our favourite idiom? Are you ready? ... « Yurushite-nyan~ » Japan is a great country, come here.

Q : Thank you!

"No, it's not so hard and hellish as you might think. We also have a private life, we even went to Disneyland, it also doesn't prevent us to hang out among the group members. Of course, if we're asked to shake hands, we always do it with pleasure. The blossoming is complete, we're also going to school."

And that's the difference between Kpop and Jpop. At least fans don't have to feel guilty that the girls are slaving themselves to hospital condition to entertain them. I love both but dang sometimes I wish I could buy Kpop stars vacation days. o_o
