I quite like the concept of this single. The eight new young girls dressed up like little chicks is really cute and it really works.
Even though the outfits differ slightly, perhaps it would have been more fun is the 4 older girls had a 'mother hen'-like costume  XD

I am a bit disappointed with the song, based on the above preview. It's starts out pretty cool, but then it becomes too 'safe'. Imo they should've gone all out with the cute/crazy/bird themes. I still have high hopes for the PV though.

Well, we never know what's going to happen with the interlude.
Could be some crazy bird stuff going on then.

But overall I thought they hit a pretty good balance with the bird themes.
The tweeting and clucking sounds throughout weren't too overdone.
Actually, I think they're subtle enough that maybe you missed them?

If Momusu goes back to being cute and silly, I might enjoy them like before.

It seems like when 9th gen came in, they were releasing...well, I called them 'awkward music'. Like, they weren't sure if should go for a cutesy, pop theme (with the kids being involved now) or a more mature, maybe rock-ish one so they ended up weirdly in the middle.

she can walk on her own but i think she's still not able to dance yet. if you watch the dancing part there's only 11ppl not 12, if anything she'll probably just be in the lip scene and that screen pulling parts lol

well she was getting better but i think it was to soon to let her dance in the h!p summer concert and thats what screwed her over really, she shouldnt've started dancing again until the fall concert for me personally, and i think thats what they're doing now. let her be in the pv and performance but make sure her foot's fully healed 1000%

heading back to the pv, i wanted to see the full ver like yesterday lol

At this point, her leg muscles have atrophied--sometimes you can see how it's significantly smaller than her right leg.
Even if the bones are completely healed, her leg muscles just aren't strong enough yet.

THANK THE LORD! bout time we got the full pv! I really do like how it came out mius the projector thing, but it still worked in the end. this pv looked pretty fun and the girls looked like they honestly enjoyed themselves. i had to lol a bit though near the end with riho's line risa was like playfully hitting her chick butt XD

I liked the PV and I am impressed with how photogenic all of the 9th and 10th are. Quite honestly, I think the child like nature of the song was a refreshing change of pace in the 'Idol Genre' of music, and they might as well take advantage of the young age now to do a PV like this.In a couple of years there will be a flock of very pretty mid and late teen age girls who will be able to handle the angst filled teen drama pop, or the hip hop influeced dance songs, so let's enjoy their 'baby Musume' stage now, because it won't last for long.

Can't stop humming the song to myself, it's stupidly fun and cute.
In this PV I think Mizuki really shines. She's a good singer... or  so this PV make it seem. ^_^ I havent heard so much of her really. I need to look at the concerts from 2011.

I'm superexited about his new Musume, i'm just really sad that it's time for Risa to go (she's been my fav for a long time). Now I wish the 9th gen would have been earlier so it wouldnt be sucha "shock" with all the new people we havent gotten to know so much yet. But still, yay for this single and PV. I might even buy the single. And I havent bought any singles since "Sexy boy". ^_^

listening to the song several times, I think potentially this group is going to have one of the best diversity of singing voices of any of the MM line-ups.
If the song writing can take advantage of the 9th and 10th generations'  variety of voice types, I think there are going to be a lot of fine songs released.

The projector parts were being done LIVE!

Too bad that entire concept is lost when they edited the regular version. :[

They got a weekly #3 with 31,094  :thumbup

They managed to stay ahead of BUMP OF CHICKEN who got #4 with 27,416.

The gaps to #2 (100K) and #1 (495K) are huge, so this is the best result we could've hoped for.

9th and 10th looking really good on the dance portion of that performance......the training is showing more and more results as there is very little discernable gap in the skills- between the 9th and 10th members with  little dance background and those who are dance pros......
