MMJ are an idol group based in Hiroshima.

The girls themselves are big AKB48 fan. They started out as an AKB dance group, called MMJ48 but have since dropped the 48 part and now have their own songs. Whilst they still perform AKB dances they have become idols in their own right.
There are a total of 16 members. Not all members perform at every event due to schedules many girls have jobs, the others are still in school.

So I guess I'm a big fan of MMJ's now oops. :) I was already digging them but the fact that my favorite member Kyao (who always wears a big ribbon in her hair) tweeted me back kind of sealed the deal, haha.
That, and their original songs are all pretty solid; Renai Agenda and Love Letter are my favorite, but I want to hear their full mini album because the small preview of Giri Giri I've heard is pretty great.
