Another one of my fave but no one else likes :sweatdrop: but Nao is one beautiful woman :inlove:.... she's an actress, model and shockingly a popular pianist which is certainly a rarity among the young folk today.
Be nice if there were three of her.

‘Hayami-san to Yobareru Hi’ special episodes to replace ‘Kazoku no Uta’
(http://picroda.jphip.com/japanese/jphip10998.jpg)
Fuji TV seems to have pinned their hopes on Matsushita Nao to revive their Sunday drama time slot just in time for the upcoming summer season.
On May 18th, they announced that they are going to bring back the drama ‘Hayami-san to Yobareru Hi‘ starring Matsushita with two special episodes after cutting the disappointing ‘Kazoku no Uta‘ down to just eight episodes. ‘Hayami-san to Yobareru Hi’ had just aired during the winter season with a decent average rating of 10.5%, which isn’t a very high rating, while ‘Kazoku no Uta’ seems unable to climb above 4% anymore.
Fans of ‘Hayami-san’ might be afraid that it could just be a two-episode summary of the entire plot due to such a short notice, but Fuji TV explained that it will actually continue the story. The story began with the incapable Yuriko (Matsushita) marrying Kyoichi (V6‘ Inohara Yoshihiko), the eldest son of the Hayami family, without knowing that she would have to deal with all the housework and adversity of the Hayami family’s all-male household. By the end of the drama, she had grown into a very strong woman and wife.
In the two special episodes, the relationship between Yuriko and Kyoichi gets tested with the sudden appearance of Kyoichi’s former girlfriend, played by the beautiful Uchida Yuki, after 10 years, and the bond of the Hayami family is shaken by the revelation of an unthinkable secret. The rest of the Hayami family will once again be played by Funakoshi Eiichiro, Kaname Jun, and KAT-TUN’s Nakamaru Yuichi.
Matsushita commented, “I’m really happy that we’re able to bring back ‘Hayami-san to Yobareru Hi’ like this. I once again would like to work together with everyone in perfect harmony, and depict a heartwarming family drama.”
The two special episodes of ‘Hayami-san to Yobareru Hi’ will replace ‘Kazoku no Uta’ on June 10 and 17.

Matsushita Nao invited to play piano at ‘12th John Lennon Super Live’
(http://imageshack.us/a/img405/503/20120912matsushitanao.jpg)
On September 13th, it was revealed that actress Matsushita Nao has been invited to perform “Imagine” at the upcoming ‘12th John Lennon Super Live‘ memorial concert at the Nippon Budokan on December 8th.
Matsushita is not just an actress but also a gifted pianist. She commented, “It will be my first time to perform at the Budokan. I hope that I’ll be able to enjoy it and won’t be too nervous.”
According to the announcement, the offer came directly from Yoko Ono herself. Yoko has been taking piano lessons since she was a child and sympathized with the actress/pianist.
It was revealed that Matsushita had been exposed to The Beatles a lot during her childhood thanks to both of her parents. This is also why she didn’t hesitate to accept the offer. She said, “Back then, I loved listening to ‘Long and Winding Road‘ and John’s ‘Woman‘. Yoko is a cool woman, and I look up to her. My heart is probably going to race like crazy when I get to meet her in person.”
Her rendition of “Imagine” will only be the second time in 10 years that the song gets performed at the ‘Super Live’. The last performance was done by Sakamoto Ryuichi. Matsushita expressed, “I’m being enchanted by the melody line of the song even moreso than its lyrics and message. I wonder how I can add a personal note to it.”
As usual, all of the proceeds will be used to support the construction of schools in developing nations. The past eleven concerts already helped to establish 117 schools in 28 countries. This year’s proceedings are expected to help build at least another 10 schools.
With such a spirit in mind, Matsushita added, “Although I’m really not that great, I hope I’ll be able to contribute through music. It would be great if my piano playing gave people energy and courage.”
Aside from Yoko herself and Matsushita, you can look forward to performances by Ayaka, Anne, Okuda Tamio, Saito Kazuyoshi, THE HUMAN BEATS, Fujimaki Ryota, flumpool, Yoshii Kazuya, LOVE PSYCHEDELICO, ROY (THE BAWDIES), and many more. More performers and the complete set list of the ‘12th Super Live’ have yet to be arranged and announced.
