No official thread for this yet? It's getting a physical release this week!
The powers of Berryz Kobo's "Because Happiness" and C-ute's "Shiawase no Tochuu" have combined to form a complete song just in time for the 10th anniversary of the H!P Kids joining Hello Project! Already available via digital download, the official release of the mashup features a slightly altered arrangement.

Each CD features two versions of the combined song, the originals by Berryz and C-ute, and instrumentals. Limited versions A and B come with a DVD that features live performances of each original song.

I have to admit, as simple as the video is, I was moved watching the girls have fun with thoughts of how far they've come after all this time...though it also helps that I just saw one of these groups live and up close recently. Risako in particular looks amazing here. :wub:

A few details I seem to have missed:
People buying the single qualify for a signed poster at the Idol Festival at Budokan on June 25.

And according to Saki Shimizu's blog, Limited C will feature a Berryz version of "Shiawase no Tochuu" while Limited D will feature "Because Happiness" done by C-ute!

6/19 - 2nd place (as TommyVD mentioned)
6/20 - 6th place
6/21 - 5th place
6/22 - 4th place
It seems like with a bit of luck (or fan power) it'll be able to beat Kimi wa Jitensha's sales. I guess you don't need 40 pv versions to beat a sales record after all, but it sure helps. :P

I'm not surprised that this single is outselling "Kimi wa Jitensha..." since this song is essentially drawing from the core fanbases of two groups instead of just one. Still, very good milestone for the H!P Kids who seem to finally be coming into their own this year after a decade of growth and hard work!

Momochi so sneaky :lol: you really got to wonder where she got the idea from to use it as peach sign~
I also love her facial expression :lol: it's always so brilliant when she found something (new) to ... I don't know what it's called but it's usually the stuff that annoys some people :lol: she just seems to enjoy it a lot~
About the single, awesome sales but no wonder with both groups on them and a couple editions.
I think I bought most or all versions~ but they're still on the way due to slow SAL shipping. I'm really looking forward to listening to berryz singing the c-ute song :heart: also c-ute singing the berryz song.

A new release under the up-front-works account in a very long time, so please install it once if you can. Seems to be for mixing the songs kinda like it is on the special webpage but maybe better.
It's sadly not supported by my android on windows mobile so I can't get it at the moment :/

In the end I listen to the Berryz version of °C-ute's shiawase no tochuu more than any other song from this release :ph43r: It's very nice~
