Didn't expect to wake up this but if she had stayed she would have grown into a great ace, well, she already is or has but time changes everything and such.

I totally don't understand. She's been pushed, well received, and consistently awesome. I'm not sure whose expectations she hasn't lived up to but she shouldn't listen to them.
MAJOR bummer. This girl was one of NMB's best personalities.
I'm thinking this is a personal decision more than any 'business' move. All I can hope for now is that she's doing what's right for her.
