DARN! I want to go to Paris! But it's to expensive and a bit too far at 1 546 km away from me. I wish they would come to Stockholm. Or even Berlin would be doable for me. Gyah! Will see if I can save some money.
To go to the event you have to purchase the french version of their album, right? All the french I know is like, oui fromage.

Nice idea, but I'm not going to buy the album and travel back and forth to Paris for just five members.

I agree with riot, I'd rather go to Stockholm or Berlin :D I even speak (some) Swedish and German... Too bad that it seems their favourite place in Europe is the one place I'd rather not go to again... It's just not worth the cost >_< It's ok, I'll just save for another Japan trip...
EDIT: I still think it's awesome that they are doing this, and I hope a lot of people show up so they'll be encouraged to try different destinations >_< If you are a non-French fan going to the Paris event, be sure to pimp your country, ok? If they see a lot of people from a certain country, that country might make the next spot on their list...
I mean, I still can't believe that h&a actually came to Helsinki, and it must've been partly because there are some of those loud fans like Masa aka Masashi-kun here... How else would they have noticed this random country in the north where nobody ever comes... :lol:

The brand new CD will be on sale the 30th of October 2012, during the ~THANK YOU~ Worldwide Handshake Event in Paris where some of the members will participate, and on Ankama online shop.
This product contains a unique ticket who provides you the right to give a handshake to some of the members of the band during the ~THANK YOU~ Worldwide Handshake Event in Paris.

In order to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the most well-known and oldest Japanese Idol Group, five members of the Morning Musume。 will be in Paris on October 30th, 2012 for an exceptional event where they will meet their fans! All are more than welcome!
In partnership with the label Bishi-Bishi – the European publisher of Morning Musume。– their album “⑬ Colorful Character” will be first avail
able on the day of the event for €25 and will be then on sale on Bishi-Bishi’s Website and in its distribution networks.
To participate in the event, you will have to buy the album on the spot. The album contains a ticket which is the precious door opener to the “Handshake“.
For the reservation for the album, you have to register ONLY from October 11th (from midnight, CET) to October 14th (until 11:59pm, CET) by sending an email to: bbmorningmusumeparis@gmail.com with the following information:
- email subject: Registration for ~THANK YOU~ Worldwide Handshake à Paris
- email body: name, first name, e-mail, phone number.
You will receive a confirmation email specifying you to come to the event with your ID and €25 in cash. These elements are mandatory to get the CD and to take part in the event.

lol, makes sense. Kikka has an 'empty' week anyway between the Orleans and Brussels Expo and I assumed she'd stay in Europe anyway.

I was at the Hard Rock Cafe since 10:00, a few other french guys were already there. And MM arrived AFTER 15:00, but there was a good mood in the queue.
Well Kikka only gave us the Buttons.
It was quite full, but I had very much time at the handshake, but I didnt know what to say, and they didnt understand me I think, but then Mizuki saw my tattoo and showed it to the other girls who liked it, btw Mizuki had a vey strong squeeze, but It took my time at the handshake, I think 10sec for each girl . I think they will show that on TV, at least the Tattoo. But I heard that a few other guys where pushed :wth .
I even gave an Interview (he asked me first alone, but I didnt want to do it alone, so there were the 3 of us from germany) :panic:
To bad it was only the handshake and nothing else :(
The only hat the CD (JP Standard Version) and no other merchandise, not very clever imho.
and we wrote a few postcards for Reina in the queue.
