The Supreme Court of Canada ruled unanimously on Friday that hosts cannot be held legally liable for letting their guests drive home drunk. (http://www.cbc.ca/story/canada/national/2006/05/05/hosts-liability.html)

There's always those unsavory fellows that show up at parties, shouldn't have be responsible for them after they leave. :sweatdrop:
