In a breakthrough that could benefit fields as diverse as networking, photography, astronomy, and peeping, science-types at Japan's Institute of Physical and Chemical Research have unveiled their prototype of a glass-like material that they claim to be 100% transparent. wow. 100% transperancy. Hopefully they won't make sliding doors out of these, or that could lead to some horrible accidents. >_>

^ Transparent doors would be really bad. Glass sliding doors can cut someone's arm or leg off if that person were to run through it. Imagine a transparent door. Maybe it be good to see how many dumb criminals would try and run through one of those and get knocked silly XD

Using this 100% transparent glass and 100% reflecting mirror you could build up a great maze for a amusement park or something.

Dammit, glass! I was hoping it'd be the sort of material you could make clothes out of. :P

You always could, just think backto those suits of armor fellows used to wear back in the day. Might be a bit uncomfortable though. Ouch.
